Teen Mom 2 stars Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska are ready to begin new chapters in life. Of what? That’s a bit less clear. But something new! With Teen Mom 2 likely coming to an end after the rumored Season 5, the ladies who co-star with Jenelle Evans and Kailyn Lowry are looking ahead. This week, Chelsea Houska signed with a new management company, while Leah Messer-Calvert revealed that new things were coming her way too. Chelsea’s new opportunity is with an agency that also manages Farrah Abraham and, reportedly, Nikkole Paulun. It’s not clear what Houska is pursuing. Most likely (and fortunately) it won’t be in Farrah’s line of work. Just pray anyway. As for Leah, it’s even less clear what she has in mind for her next step. The mother of three revealed on Twitter, “I can’t wait to start doing what I have such a passion for! #NewChapter My girls will always be my motivation!” Earlier this year, she discussed opening a tanning salon, but put that on the back burner. Now, fans wonder if a “new chapter” refers to that salon. No matter what Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer -Calvert choose to do in life, it is obvious that they have a lot of opportunities as well as cute kiddos. Let’s just hope they continue to keep their priorities in line and become some of the rare Teen Mom success stories, rather than cautionary tales. We would define success as being parents and role models who make the best of their situations, rather than succumbing to the perils of fame.
