Weston Gosa, 16 & Pregnant Baby Daddy, Passes Out in Mid-Mug Shot After DUI Arrest

Weston Gosa, the father of 16 & Pregnant star Whitney Purvis’ child, was arrested for DUI in Georgia on the Fourth of July after allegedly crashing his car. He may or may not be aware of this fact yet. Judging by what has to be one of the top celebrity mug shots yet, Gosa wasn’t just driving under the influence … he was plastered out of his MIND: According to the Floyd County Police Department, the 23-year-old Gosa smashed his car, and was placed under arrest for driving under the influence. Police say Gosa was under the influence of prescription drugs at the time of his arrest – Xanax and Lorcet. He apparently has no prescription for either. Gosa has been charged with felony possession of controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of drug-related objects (he also had a pipe), and DUI. As for Whitney Purvis, she dumped this slacker last year (likely a smart move) … but was arrested herself in March for stealing a pregnancy test from Walmart .

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez: Sort of Still Together!

They may be going on private helicopter flights , but might the relationship between Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez soon be grounded for good? According to TMZ insiders, none of whom is named or extensively quoted, Justin and Selena have been unstable for quite some time now. Their status is described as “unstable,” by the website, which claims the young superstars have continually split and reconciled over the past few weeks. Having been dating for 18 months, Bieber and Gomez are together at the moment, the source adds, but it’s a tenuous situation and their relationship could crumble at any time. Rumors of a break-up first cropped up in May, following a mysterious Bieber Tweet . While we have no confirmation in either direction, both halves of the couple have certainly been busy of late. Bieber is flying around the country, performing and promoting his new album, while Gomez recently talked of going on tour some time in the future. San Diego Fireworks Fail: Everything Goes Off at Once, Show Over in 30 Seconds

A bootleg fireworks fail on some random guy’s street? You almost expect that on July 4. But the seventh-largest U.S. city screwing up? That’s more noteworthy! The July 4 fireworks show in San Diego ended abruptly after a malfunction on three barges in the city’s coastal bay caused all the explosives to go off at the same time. An extravaganza that was supposed to last 25-30 minutes was compressed into about that many seconds. Silver lining: those 25-30 seconds were awesome!! San Diego Fireworks 2012

Megan Rapinoe, U.S. Soccer Star, Goes on Record: "I’m Gay"

First, Anderson Cooper . Then, Frank Ocean . Now… Megan Rapinoe. In the latest issue of Out , the U.S. soccer star says she’s never hidden her sexuality, but she’s never made it official, either. Until now. Simply put, Rapinoe tells the publication : “For the record: I am gay.” A midfielder for the Seattle Sounders Women, Rapinoe is preparing for the Summer Olympics in London and makes it clear she understands her responsibility now as a role model. “I feel like sports in general are still homophobic, in the sense that not a lot of people are out. I feel everyone is really craving [for] people to come out. People want – they need – to see that there are people like me playing soccer for the good ol’ U.S. of A.” Rapinoe has been dating an Australian soccer player for about three years.

Happy 66th Birthday, Bikini!

While two-piece swimwear had been around since the early 20th Century, the bikini was officially introduced July 5, 1946. The world? Never the same after that. We can all thank a Frenchman named Louis Reard, whose idea was to fashion a garment, using as little fabric as possible, that could still be legally worn in public. As our gallery of celebrity bikini photos shows, his dream lives on to this day. A French sunbather tries on the bikini in the mid-1940s . The rest, as they say, is history. Today, 66 years later, his invention is so indoctrinated into the very fabric of our culture that we even have the bikini onesie . The Bachelor winner Courtney Robertson is back doing what she does best. No, not saying “winning” and making catty comments that leave anyone with a vagina hating her after. Heather Morris Nude Photos: Hacked, Leaked!

It would appear that Glee cast member Heather Morris has become the latest victim in a seemingly never-ending string of celebrity photo hacking scandals. Unfortunately for her, some of the hacked photos are very, very nude. Well, it’s unfortunate because they were leaked against her will, that is. Not cool. But, if conversely you have a thing for Heather Morris nude, it’s fortunate. Of course, there’s a possibility that it’s a computer-generated fake or a look-alike who resembles Heather and can pull off some good Glee -style props. The collection of pictures in question here includes a hot shot of a woman who strongly resembles Heather, in her Britney Spears “Slave 4 U” outfit, in a trailer. It also includes pics of a woman with a similar body in her underwear and nude shots, with her lovely (non-fake) breasts and other genitalia exposed. Heather Morris had some tasteful, professional nude pics taken before her Glee stint, and hasn’t been shy about showing off her body. So it’s all good. Still, the person who hacked Heather’s phone and posted these? Weak. Just the same, because we must, follow the link to see the leaked Morris pics .

With Jesus Not on the Ballot, Duggar Family Endorses Rick Santorum For President

GOP presidential hopeful Rick Santorum has received a celebrity endorsement on the day of the Iowa caucuses. Or 19 of them, to be precise: The Duggar Family! The TLC reality family joined the ultraconservative candidate in Iowa on the campaign trail, where he’s battling Ron Paul and Mitt Romney with mere hours to go. Confession time, though: Santorum is not their first choice. “You may not agree with everything [Santorum] has done,” Jim Bob Duggar said. “But you’re not going to find the perfect candidate unless it’s Jesus Christ running.” Santorum, to the family patriarch, is the next best thing. “He’s somebody that doesn’t take a poll to know where he stands. I’m asking families, Christians all over America, to get behind Rick Santorum for president.” Duggar made his comments in Iowa, where he arrived after packing up a dozen of his kids in a big tour bus, freshly repainted to include Santorum’s name. His wife, Michelle, recovering from the miscarriage of their 20th child , remained home in Arkansas, though is still doing her part, making calls for Santorum’s bid. Jim said he particularly admires Santorum’s stances on abortion and other social issues. “He has a proven track record,” Duggar said in an interview . “He’s a proven Christian Conservative. He has always done what’s right.” “He is somebody that goes and really just votes from his heart and votes on conviction, votes on things based on the Constitution of the United States and the Bible.” “That’s the kind of man we want to support.” So much for separation of church and state.

Mischa Barton Flaunts Fuller Bikini Body

Not having a steady job in years appears to be agreeing with Mischa Barton. The actress strolled around Miami Beach in a retro bikini this week, and while we find the high-waisted shorts to be uglier than her character on The OC , we must say: we’re impressed by Barton’s body. It’s far less skeletal than it used to be: According to The New York Post , Barton has been telling friends her figure is due to “eating really healthy, keeping a mostly vegan diet and running.” And therein apparently lies the key: eating. Britney Spears: Does Our Girl Still Have It?

Pop icon Britney Spears is making headlines all over the world for her recent songs, music videos and Femme Fatale tour, but not all of them are positive. Her trademark scandalous, skimpy costumes have earned harsh criticism from some, while her devoted fans continue to flock to the singer’s every show. One thing’s for sure: This is not the Britney Spears of old. The pop icon kicked off the UK leg of her tour in London Thursday night, showing off her ample, womanly curves in sexy bras, panties, leotards, etc. The 29-year-old chanteuse, whose weight has fluctuated in recent years, is not shy about flaunting a slightly healthier midsection and … other attributes. But is she phoning it in these days? The Daily Mail reported that Britney’s ticket sales have been sluggish and that her lip synced performance at the O2 arena “lacked soul” and that there was “no real interaction between the singer and her fans.” Does Britney Spears still have it?
