At the beginning it was amazing and a lot of fun. It was like, ‘Cool, I can talk to my fans!’ And now I think that we’re losing the art of it. When I joined Twitter it was just me, but [when] you’ve got contracts, it’s so planned. There have been plenty of Kate Gosselin child abuse allegations over the years. The documents detail an incident that occurred on Octover 19, 2010, in which Jon claims that he found physical evidence of abuse, including a “large red welt” on daughter Leah’s backside that he discovered while bathing her. “[Leah] later explained that it was from Mother after Leah bit Hannah,” the document explains.
