Pitch Perfect 2 Trailer: Rebel Wilson & Anna Kendrick Get Nasty-er!

The 2012 smash hit Pitch Perfect proved that a capella singing competitions are a big draw to today’s audience. Now Rebel Wilson and Anna Kendrick are returning in their lead roles, and the sequel looks like it could be even better! Check out the first trailer below: Pitch Perfect 2 Movie Trailer The first Pitch Perfect grossed over $113 million dollars worldwide, on a budget of just over $17 million. That’s what people in the movie industry call “bananas.” It’s been three years, but now Rebel and Anna are back, along with a slew of supporting stars who are coming along for the ride: Elizabeth Banks ( The Lego Movie) , Adam DeVine ( Workaholics ), and Katy Segal ( Sons of Anarchy )  just to name a few. We last heard from Anna Kendrick when she live tweeted the Super Bowl . And we last saw her co-star Rebel Wilson in this drunken photo with friend and fellow superstar Jennifer Lawrence. Now things are looking up for both of these talented young starlets, as each of them is receiving top-billing in the sequel. Of course, Anna Kendrick has always been credited first in the franchise, but Wilson has made some pretty significant gains in her career since 2012, and is now just as big a box office draw as her much slimmer counterpart. I don’t usually fall in love at first sight, but I think I’m officially obsessed with Emily Sears after seeing this shoot she did for Maxim Australia . According to my research, Emily’s “the pride of Australia,” and after these pictures, I can definitely see why. I’d be pretty proud of this busty blonde if I were them too. Pride’s one of the emotions you can feel in your pants region, right? I always forget.

And I always love when the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue comes out, it’s almost like having another birthday. Only instead of getting “real” pants with zippers and lectures about “finally growing up,” I get bikini pictures from hotties like  Nina Agdal , Kate Bock , Gigi Hadid , Lily Aldridge , Kelly Rohrbach , Hailey Clauson , Emily Ratajkowski . Uma Thurman Pulls a Renee Zellweger: What Happened to Her FACE?!

Uma Thurman stepped out at a premiere event in New York last night, and is it just us does or she look  completely freaking a tad…different? To be clear – it’s not like Uma looks bad here. Quite the opposite. In fact, if we didn’t know the woman in the above photo is supposed to be Uma Thurman, we might be interested in finding out her situation , if ya know what we mean. Not, the problem is that Uma’s got a serious case of Renee Zellweger face going on here, and we can’t help but wonder why. For comparison, here’s Uma just one year ago: Sure, there are rumors that Uma’s dating Quentin Tarantino , so good decisions might not be her strong suit, but what would possess such a naturally gorgeous woman to go under the knife? Especially, when she spent so many years avoiding blades after severing ties with Bill and the rest of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad! (We sometimes confuse movies with real life.) Look, we can understand why Uma might be feeling a bit insecure these days: It’s tough for women in Hollywood over 40; her ex-husband  Ethan Hawke is up for an Oscar ; her new boyfriend is the coked-up human version of IMDB…she’s got a lot on her plate.  We just hope just hope this new look is the result of an allergic reaction, or some sort of perma-grimace from months of listening to Quentin blather on about forgotten Korean zombie films of the 1950s, and not evidence that this gorgeous icon succumbed to pressure to “fix” her already flawless face. 27 Heinous Celebrity Plastic Surgery Fails 1. John Legend Defends Kanye West: He’s Funny, Harmless!

John Legend is on Team Kanye West. With many coming down hard on Kanye for his behavior at the Grammy Awards – during which he pretended to crash Beck’s acceptance speech for Album of the Year, prior to saying the artist didn’t deserve it – Legend has come to his pal’s defense. “I thought it was funny,” Legend told Us Weekly of West’s brief appearance on stage. “I looked at it as just a funny thing that people were going to talk about.” They definitely are talking about it. Garbage lead singer Shirley Manson says Kanye needs to grow up and stop acting like a “twat” with all of his rants against singers he doesn’t adore. “It didn’t hurt anybody,” Legend added. “Anybody who’s upset just needs to relax. It was funny.” Legend is also quick to say that he respects Beck and doesn’t necessarily agree that Beck didn’t deserve his Grammy. “Beck won his award fair and square. Beck is super talented and I have several of his albums and I’ve listened to him for a long time. I think people were surprised that he won but that doesn’t mean he’s not deserving, that just means people thought other people were going to win too.” Beyonce, specifically. West reacted in shock and anger that Beyonce did not take home Album of the Year. For his part, Beck was okay wit Kanye’s actions. “I was just so excited he was coming up,” Beck said after the ceremony ended. “He deserves to be on stage as much as anybody… I still love him and think he’s genius.
