One Of R. Kelly’s “Kept Women” Speaks Out As we’re sure you’ve heard by now, R. Kelly’s been accused of preying on young women YET AGAIN — this time, keeping a bevy of brainwashed young beauties holed up in a mansion together and cutting them off from their families solely for his own sexual pleasure and entertainment. That’s if you believe the parents of one of his alleged “victims,” 21-year-old Joycelyn Savage. In addition to a lengthy expose by Buzzfeed, Joycelyn’s parents held a press conference detailing how brainwashed they believe her to be, detailing her personality changes, and her supposed inability to leave the home R. Kelly has placed her in without his permission. Now, TMZ has caught up with Joycelyn, and she pretty unconvincingly is reporting that she is a-okay and her parents need to leave her alone: ….right. Nevermind the fact that the shadow of whoever was filming her clearly made a “cut it” motion with their hand when it came to questions about where she is and who’s there with her . She also confirms she hasn’t steadily spoken to her family in nearly six months while she’s under Kellz’ “care.” Yeah, sounds SUPER voluntary. Granted, this girl is an adult — regardless of how young and lost she sounds here. We don’t know how much recourse the family truly has when she’s over 21 and claiming that she is choosing to do what she’s doing and simply not ever speak to or see them. Getty Images Pay Yo Bills: DMX Charged With 14 Counts Of Tax Fraud, Pleads Not Guilty DMX was having a ruff couple of days last week after getting arrested for 14 counts of tax fraud. According to the New York Post , the pooch loving rapper spent Thursday night in jail before posting up $500,000 in bond and released. X aka Earl Simmons is accused of evading $1.7 million in taxes during the peak of his career from 2002 to 2005. Dark Man X has also been charged with failing to file tax returns from 2010 through 2015, and with filing a false affidavit in United States Bankruptcy Court. Prosecutors say “DMX allegedly went out of his way to evade taxes, including by avoiding personal bank accounts, setting up accounts in other’s names and paying personal expenses largely in cash.” Cameras caught up with the rapper and he says he plan on taking his time and fighting it. A source close to Beyoncé tells PEOPLE the mother of three hasn’t hit the gym in the month since delivering twins — despite the trim figure she showed off on Thursday and Friday. “Beyoncé hasn’t started to work out yet,” the source says. “She is all about recovering.” Insane right? WENN Donald Trump’s Administration Just Cut $200 Million From Teen Pregnancy Programs In not so surprising news, Trump and his administration have cut a huge amount of money from funding for teen pregnancy programs, $213.6 Million to be exact. These budget cuts amount to two years’ worth of funding from five-year grants that were given to these same programs by the Obama administration two years ago, designed to help find scientifically proven ways to help teens avoid unwanted pregnancy. The annual grant letter sent to the Federal Office of Adolescent Health this year began with the following sentence: “this award also shortens the project period to end June 30, 2018, at the end of this budget year,” though the initial end date when rewarded was said to be 2020. Those affected by these cuts include the Chicago Department of Public Health, the University of Southern California, and the Healthy Teen Network in Baltimore. Though teen pregnancy rates have been steadily declining since 1990, and were at a record low in 2016, the U.S. teen pregnancy rate is still the highest among developed countries. So shoutout to Trump and his administration for taking a step in the wrong direction and cutting spending when we really need it. Is his term over yet???

Scott Olson/Getty Images Men Arrested For Group Assault On Queens, NY Woman A Queens woman was brutally assaulted while leaving a prayer meeting at her church earlier this week. According to Daily Mail , Four men surrounded the woman, forcing her to strip naked and perform oral sex on each of them while they held her at gunpoint. They also robbed her of her belongings before leaving her on the street. The moment at which the four men zeroed in on the unidentified woman as their target was caught by street cameras. The mother-of-two was seen walking along 150th Street in Queens, New York, her hands filled with bags as the four men lined up and followed her from across the street. Because of the footage, 19-year-old Julisses Ginel, 17-year-old Justin Williams, and 20-year-old Brandon Walker, were arrested over the attack on Thursday. Police are still searching for the fourth man involved. SMH! This woman’s life will never be the same. We can’t figure out what would make young men this age thing to even do something like this.
