Source: Towfiqu Photography / Getty Georgia Cop Found Not Guilty Of Murdering Anthony Hill Previously, we reported that naked and unarmed Anthony Hill , an Afghanistan war veteran, was killed by an Atlanta-area Dekalb County Robert “Chip” Olsen back in 2016. Today, according to CNN , Olsen will walk away scot-free from murder charges related to Hill’s death. Although the jury found Olsen not guilty of murder, they did find him guilty of aggravated assault, making a false statement, and two counts of violation of oath. For that, he faces 35 years in prison. Hill had a documented history of mental illness but did not have a weapon of any sort when he allegedly charged at the former police officer while completely naked. We hope Olsen is sentenced to every hour of that 35 years, but after seeing how Amber Guyger ‘s case went, we don’t have very much confidence…

EST On NBC The creator behind the TV shows “Chicago Med,” Chicago Fire” and Chicago P.D.” said this week’s crossover episodes have a “really scary” storyline that could happen in real life. “One Chicago” creator Dick Wolf said Wednesday night’s three-hour event about a flesh-eating virus plaguing the Windy City would shock viewers because it’s a crisis that’s within the realm of possibility. “It’s basically the same primal fear as “Jaws” or “The Birds” – it’s nature run amok,” Wolf said. “It’s scary.” Wolf said flesh-eating bacteria are in nature and recalled last summer’s spate of cases involving people who caught it after swimming at the beach. (The doctor) “said, ‘It’s out.’” This week’s episode sees the casts of “One Chicago” franchises “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago P.D.,” and “Chicago Med” join forces to save the city from the potential pandemic. “All I can say is stay tuned,” Wolf added. “There’s really good stuff coming up. The crossover, I think, will scare a lot of people.” Wolf, whose other primetime series “Law & Order: SVU” is the longest-running TV show in U.S. history, also revealed what he believes has helped his shows’ longevity: “The writing,” he said. “It’s always the writing.”

Source: Chris McKay / Getty Fabolous’ Georgetown Performance Was Cancelled Due To His Alleged History Of Domestic Violence According to XXL , Fabolous was supposed to be perform at Georgetown’s “Hoya Madness” event this weekend, but because of domestic abuse allegations , he won’t be hitting the stage. Earlier this week, Georgetown officials released a statement saying that Fab had been disinvited to the event. “After engaging with students, we have cancelled the musical act for 2019 Hoya Madness,” the statement reads in part. “We take domestic violence very seriously and were unaware of the charges against the entertainer when he was booked through a third-party entity. We are committed to enhanced vetting of future performers and doing all that we can to support a safe and respectful community.” Fabolous was scheduled to perform along with Big Tigger, Georgetown University’s cheerleaders and a pep band but the details of his recent indictment for domestic abuse charges last year after being arrested for allegedly attacking the mother of his son, Emily Bustamante, caused students to speak out against the performance. It seems like Fab and Em have put their differences to the side, but it looks like people are still not letting the Brooklyn rapper off the hook that easy.
