Source: Suriyo Hmun Kaew / EyeEm / Getty Basketball Coach Allegedly Shot Player’s Father After Complaints According to the New York Post , a Brooklyn high-school basketball coach was arrested for shooting the father of one of his players after the dad complained about their kid’s playing time. Coach Todd Myles, 42, of the Pathways in Technology Early College HS allegedly lied to cops about what went down that night with local dad Christopher Hooks, who allegedly pulled up on him at his house to argue over his son’s playing time. Myles told police that a third person also arrived with a gun and started shooting. Myles is facing charges of attempted murder, assault and criminal use of a firearm.

Source: Stefanie Keenan / Getty The Two Parties Seemingly Formed A Relationship That Is Now Being Disputed It appears Fiji Water was getting extra comfortable with their new viral sensation Kelleth Cuthbert, a.k.a. Fiji Water Girl and now she’s suing them dry. Cuthbert was catapulted to fame at this year’s Gold Globe Awards when her good looks and flawless water bottle posing made it’s way into celebrity pictures. Her photobomb status was cemented in awards show history , and Fiji water had a new face to make their product go viral. However, Fiji Water allegedly went too far when they started using life-sized cut-outs of Cuthbert’s image in stores. According to TMZ , Cuthbert is suing Fiji for creating cutouts of her at the Golden Globes without her permission, one of which, ironically, photobombed John Legend at an L.A. grocery store. Cuthbert, whose real name is Kelly Steinbach, said Fiji tried to coax her into signing away her rights. Though she did a mock video with the company, Cuthbert said she never actually inked a real deal, and it was all for show. Steinbach says the cardboard cutouts of herself started showing up around L.A., including the one involving John Legend. She said her viral moment generated up to $12 million in brand exposure, and now she wants in on the cash. Fiji is calling BS though. A rep told TMZ , “This lawsuit is frivolous and entirely without merit. After the Golden Globes social media moment, we negotiated a generous agreement with Ms. Cuthbert that she blatantly violated. We are confident that we will prevail in court. Throughout our history, we have had a sterling reputation working with talent.” Eesh. When friends become enemies. There’s no word on the exact amount Cuthbert is asking for. But hey, you can’t be mad at her for trying to get her paper.

But Erica Mena says…not so fast. And she has proof. You may recall, Erica and Cliff stayed together in with a roommate in an Atlanta estate around October 2018 when they reportedly got into an explosive fight. Cops were called and both parties were charged over the incident. In a matter of months, Erica has moved out and on with life. Cliff, however, says Mena was holding on to his property, specifically a TV and rims. In an IG story, Cliff wrote : Since you got the police involved I tried to do sh*t the right way & pick up my TV & rims & you say they ain’t there. How ya’ll sposed to have so much money but ya’ll stealing from me. I’m the broke one tho. You sposed to be happy & moving on but steady reaching out to anybody who ain’t block your weak a**. While continuing to be the highlight of “Celebrity Big Brother”, Tay Tay told her former almost fight partner Lo Lo Jones that her boo a.k.a. “T’Challa” had a preference for white women before they dated. Mind you, Tamar said something similar about her ex-husband and noted he “went for blondes” before her. “I met T’Challa and now it’s a wrap again. But he didn’t date Black women, which is crazy,” said Tamar in a clip seen on MadameNoire . “He did not date Black women. It’s like, I’m attracted to men who don’t like Black women. Vince neither, remember that? Vince either. […] “All white girls or others.” Tay also added that her bae, who hails from Nigeria, changed her mind about marriage. “When me and Vince split up I thought I would never get married again. I didn’t want to go through that again. It was a lot. I just never thought…I’m really grateful about it.” While we still haven’t seen Tamar’s Wakandan King, she recently talked about her King with Wendy Williams who noted that he has dreads and a “really nice body.” Tay also said her man’s more than a snack he’s a “lunchable” and a Harvard businessman who she wants to have babies with. FBI officials have just discovered that a sinkhole just north of Miami, Florida is actually an unfinished 150-foot-long tunnel to a bank across the street. Here’s a look at the underground tunnel leading up to a Florida bank – discovered when police responded to a possible sinkhole. The FBI says it’s about 50 yards long and just 2-4 feet wide. The attempted bank burglary on @ABCWorldNews pic.twitter.com/34i17BKYru — Victor Oquendo (@VictorOquendo) January 30, 2019 Agent Leverock told reporters that the tunnel was so narrow “a person would have to lie on his or her stomach to navigate it.” According to the FBI news release , Inside or near the tunnel, investigators found a wagon that had likely been used to haul dirt, as well as a power generator and a winch, which can be used to haul heavy loads. “Everybody here is just shaking their heads,” Agent Leverock said. “They could’ve been going for the A.T.M., they could’ve been going for the vault.” Police are still baffled and investigating the mysterious tunnel. No arrests have been made.
