Source: kali9 / Getty Officers Cleared In 2017 Shooting Of Rapper Gangstalicious Five Connecticut police officers have been cleared in the fatal shooting of YouTube rapper named Zoe Dowdell aka ‘Gangstalicious’ in December 2017. Authorities said Dowdell and the two teens were suspected in a string of violent armed carjackings and attempted carjackings in New Britain in the period leading up to the fatal shooting. The investigation results were released by Fairfield State’s Attorney John Smriga Thursday, clearing the officers of wrongdoing. According to WTNH. Since the ruling, actual footage of the police shooting has been released, showing multiple officers shotting into a vehicle with Dowdell and two other teen boys. Today, one of their most recent suspects was allowed to walk away from his alleged crime unscathed. According to ESPN , San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster had the domestic violence against him dropped the State Attorney for lack of evidence. Prosecutors concluded there was insufficient evidence to file charges against Foster after “a meticulous review of the facts of the case,” said Estella Gray, director of communications for the State Attorney’s Office. Adonte Pointer, Attorney for the victim, Elissa Ennis, didn’t mince words in response to the State Attorney’s decision. “We’re disappointed. The prosecutor’s choice is yet another slap in the face to Miss Ennis, just like the one Mr. Foster gave her in Tampa,” Ennis’ attorney, Adante Pointer, told ABC News. “Elissa Ennis was fully ready to participate and hold him accountable. This is not a situation where she recanted, nor that the prosecutor had new evidence that it didn’t happen.” Just so that we’re all clear about what exactly Reuben was charged with… Tampa police said Foster and Ennis were involved in a verbal altercation and that “Foster slapped her phone out of her hand, pushed her in the chest area, and slapped her with an open hand on the left side of her face.” Police said a 1-inch scratch was observed on her left collarbone. This incident followed a February 2018 arrest where Reuben was suspected of domestic violence and weapons possession. Charges were dropped when Elissa recanted her initial testimony that Reuben hit her. She then said the recant was lie during an interview on GMA. A “love” lie. Scot. Free.

Recently, Cardi landed in Australia, where she was scheduled to perform at the Origin Fields Festival in Perth. Her performance looked lit, but there was some drama just hours before when she landed down under. Her publicist, Patientce Foster, was caught on video ready to fight a woman who said something slick about her Cardi as they walked through the airport arriving Australia. Apparently fans and paparazzi were frustrated after waiting to see Cardi B who covered her face in a blanket as she walked through the terminal. Things escalated when a woman was heard saying “it’s no wonder your husband left you”. That’s when Patientce Foster can be seen in the video confronting the woman. “B*tch, I’ll smack the sh*t out of you,” she said. “Don’t ever come out your mouth about her motherf*cking husband. Folks thought Patientce was doing way too much and acted unprofessionally in the situation where she antagonized the Australian woman and threatened her. Cardi B says she finds her actions favorable. Source: Earl Gibson III / Getty Producer Detail Is Being Sued By A Sexual Assault Accusers One of the aspiring singers who is accusing music producer Detail of sexual assault has taken the next step with her claims and is now suing him. On December 27, Kristina Buch filed a lawsuit against Detail (born Noel Fisher) in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the documents–which were obtained by Billboard — Buch accuses Detail of sexually and mentally abusing her over a two-year period, also claiming the beat maker used his influence to keep her in line throughout their professional relationship. According to the lawsuit, after meeting, Detail impressed Buch with “promises of a music career, showering her with compliments and telling her she was going to be a star.” Their working relationship took a very dark turn, though, claims the aspiring singer. “This complaint, unfortunately, tells the tale of an aspiring musician who was manipulated, abused, and ferociously and repeatedly raped at the hands of a person she trusted, her supposed mentor, a critically acclaimed music producer,” the lawsuit reads. It goes on to claim that Detail, “viciously and violently raped Buch on seven different occasions,” and was “controlling and verbally abusive toward Buch, telling her that she needed to have sex with him and others to get ahead in the music industry. Fisher also consistently attacked Buch’s self-worth, breaking her down emotionally and maker her subservient to him.” These same claims were initially made back in May when Buch and another woman, Peyton Ackley, both claimed to have suffered abuse at the hands of the producer. At the time, both women were granted restraining orders by a judge. Detail has worked with the likes of Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Future, Rihanna, and more, producing huge hits including “We Dem Boyz,” “Sexy Can I,” and “How To Love.

As TMZ reported, after Diddy posted an intimate shot of Cassie on his IG story Friday & Saturday night, Cassie took to Instagram to post a photo of her own. Unfortunately for Diddy it was of her locking lips with a new boo. Cassie appears to have moved on with a younger man. It’s Uuclear if this was in direct response to that, but Cassie seems to be sending a message of her own. The mystery bae has been identified as fitness and health guru Alex Fine. Fans were optimistic that the longtime lovers would link back up after Cassie was seen with Diddy shortly after Kim Porter died last month. But it now looks like that reunion was just moral support though, as the two haven’t been seen together since and haven’t given any indication that they’d rekindle their 10-year romance.

The 18-story building is reportedly occupied by hedge fund super wealthy land developers. Kanye viewed the property on his own while in town for Art Basel without Kim knowing. The unit is reportedly 4,700 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and an insanely large terrace. The building is tricked out with a gym, pool and spa. It was originally listed at $15.5 million.
