Beyonce Invests $150,000 In Side Step App Beyonce invested a nice piece of change into a start up app called “Side Step”, where people can buy tour merchandise with out standing in line. According to iTechPost , Bey made the investment through her company, Parkwood Entertainment and is already selling her tour keepsakes there while on tour right now through the end of October. Sidestep also sells merchandise for popular artists like Justin Bieber, Fall Out Boy, Selena Gomez and Panic! At The Disco. Other investors for the company include actor Jared Leto and former Lady Gaga Manager Troy Carter. Sidestep’s sales rose to 10 times from the last year, and has reached $ 2 million to date. A report in the NYPost states that Denzel Washington has accepted a plea deal for strangling Aretha Franklin. Thing is, it’s not THAT Denzel Washington and it’s not THAT Aretha Franklin. A man from Manhattan named Denzel Washington was charged with assaulting his mother, who just so happened to be named Aretha Franklin. The altercation happened inside the mom’s apartment in a doorman building on West 93rd Street, according to the Manhattan criminal complaint. “I am informed by Aretha Franklin,” the complaint says, “that she observed the defendant place his hands around her neck and apply pressure, thereby causing redness, bruising and substantial pain to her neck.” As part of the plea deal Washington will have to enroll in an anger management course. The obvious tension and drama between the unlikely duo naturally has people speculating that they’re on the rocks…and with new reports claiming that their lowkey breakup caused the Kardashian fam to cut Chyna out of her own baby shower , it appears to be the truth. News that it all started with a misunderstanding. “It was a guys-themed party and Chyna was going to surprise him,” the source says, “but he never showed up, so the sisters told her not to come.” Adding a little bit of strain on the couple’s relationship, though, is that Rob and Chyna are “in one of their fights and are currently not speaking,” the source adds.
