Mother Watches Son Get Paddled By School Principal Umm …WTF?! A video shows a 5-year-old boy getting paddled by his school principal in front of his mom. Shana Marie Perez, who recorded the punishment, says she’s had a long-running dispute with the principal. Her son had 18 unexcused absences and she was once arrested for his truancy. The school threatened to have her arrested again if she did not give them permission to paddle Thomas. She told Inside Edition: “I felt like I had no other option. The principal led me to believe that the paddle was the only option.”

Michigan Dept. Of Corrections Ex Inkster Cop William Melendez Get Sentence Overturned In Appeals Court An ex-cop who beat motorist Floyd Dent in the head and choked him during a traffic stop was convicted back in November, but this week an appeals court has overturned his sentence. Originally, William Melendez was serving 13 months to 10 years for beating Dent. The appeals court ruled this week that Melendez can now serve half of his sentence in a boot camp facility where he will train military style for 90 days then move into a halfway house. According to The Root , after 13 months, he is eligible for parole. Talk about adding insult to injury! Dent said he’s suffered memory loss from the incident and has fear for his life.

K. Michelle’s Music Reportedly Banned From Radio One Stations Remember when Lil’ Mo went all the way IN on K. Michelle for skipping out on a DMV area fan brunch a few weeks back? It turns out she wasn’t the only one pissed off by K. Michelle’s dismissiveness. Apparently, her refusal to show up for her supporters and fulfill her obligations to the station cost her all her spins across the nation. Via AlwaysAList : Several Radio One executives spoke to AlwaysAList.com and confirmed that you will no longer hear any songs by K.Michelle—past, present or any artist that features her on a collaboration—due to her bailing on several Radio One promotional events while she was in the Washington, DC earlier this month. Apparently, Radio One’s WKYS 93.9 FM’s new morning show, “The FAM with Lil’ Mo and DJ QuickSilva” was hosting a fan breakfast for 50 fans of K.Michelle that was going to be broadcast on the air. Because the event was scheduled to take place on April 1, the co-hosts—Lil’ Mo, DJ QuickSilva and Britt Waters—and the 50 fans that gathered at the studio thought it was an April Fools prank when they were told that the “Love & Hip Hop” star decided to no-show. Reps for the 32-year-old singer told Radio One that she wanted to stay a Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, DC the night before the appearance, but because the property was sold out she had to stay in the nearby city of Baltimore, Maryland. Supposedly, K.Michelle did not want to wake up early and make the hour-long commute to Silver Spring, Maryland where the WKYS studios are based “because she wanted to sleep,” her rep also told the Radio One team. There was one K.Michelle fan in attendance that revealed that she had decided to skip her chemotherapy treatment that morning for a chance to meet the singer. She was devastated the booty-enhanced belter was so dismissive of her supporters. As a result of the decision, Radio One’s top brass made the call to pull all of K.Michelle’s music on all of their 55 broadcast stations in 16 markets across the country. Damn! Tyga’s Lamborghini Up For Repossession Tyga really lives WAY beyond his means. With multiple homes and rental properties already in default and eviction , the rapper is now facing a SECOND car repossession in the last four months. Compound that with the fact that he’s going to become his son’s uncle any day now, and this guy’s just having a pretty awful 2016 all around thus far… Via TMZ : Tyga and the repo man are getting real tight — his car loan company’s trying to liberate his Lamborghini and nearly $450k from his bank account. According to docs obtained by TMZ, Tyga owes Choice Motor Credit $357,350.77 for not making payments on his 2013 Lambo Aventador … and as a result, they want to take back the luxury ride. Tyga should know the drill by now — CMC says it already repo’d the rapper’s 2014 Bentley Mulsanne back in February and sold it. However, Tyga’s still on the hook for more than $91k on that whip. He’s gonna save a ton on car insurance. Funny… he can’t seem to keep up with payments on anything he leases, but still manages to lavish his teenage love affair Kylie Jenner with the same extravagances he can barely hold on to… But hey, if Kylie likes it, and he’s content with being kicked out, repo’d, and sued for back pay every five minutes, who are we to say anything….right? An attorney for the deceased’s family has released new information alleging that Smith’s wife Raquel Smith was shot twice in the legs by Smith’s killer Cardell Haye before Hayes turned turned the gun on Smith and shot him seven times in the back and once in the chest. SMH… WDSU reports: The attorney for the family of Will Smith spoke for the first time Wednesday to give an account of what happened the night the former Saints football player was killed. Thomson said Will Smith and his passengers came up to a Hummer, which was being driven by Cardell Hayes, and the vehicle came to a sudden stop. He said Will Smith slammed on his brakes to avoid hitting the Hummer and believed he didn’t. He said Will Smith noticed the Hummer pulling over and, out of concern for his safety, he drove away down Magazine Street. He said that shortly afterward, Smith saw the Hummer driving at high speed behind him and it rammed into his vehicle. Thomson said Will Smith got out of his car to find out what happened. He approached the two men who were in the Hummer. The attorney said the driver of the Hummer, Hayes, was enraged. Racquel Smith and the other woman who was with them went over to where the former football player was and brought him back to their vehicle. Thomson said the driver of the Hummer followed them and fired twice. The bullets struck Racquel Smith in her legs, and she collapsed. He said the driver then shot Will Smith six to eight times in his back. Thomson said the gunman showed no remorse and stood over the former football player’s body.
