Gilbert Arenas Files Stay Away Order Against Laura Govan Gilbert Arenas and Laura Govan have been thru 7 levels of hell throughout their tumultuous relationship but it looks like he’s finally had enough of the bull$#!t and is putting matters in the hands of the court. If you recall, we reported that Gil wants Laura and the kids evicted from their L.A. home ASAP. That request came after Laura’s leaked emails revealed that Gilbert gave her STDs and laid hands on her numerous times. The folks at BallerAlert have obtained copies of a “stay away” order that Gilbert filed against his perpetually angry baby mama. The filing pretty much states that Laura Govan can’t sneeze, cough, bat eyelashes, or drink a Starbucks anywhere in Gil’s general vicinity. If it isn’t about their kids, she is ordered to stay her azz away from him or risk being hit with a formal restraining order. Man Dies In Car Crash Just Minutes After His Girlfriend Broke Up With Him Would you die for love? A British man died when his car hit a tree just minutes after his ex-girlfriend broke up with him. Via NY Daily Mail : Ben Blakey, 27, had driven 100 miles in a last-ditch bid to get back together with sweetheart Sheona Ryan. But when she told him there was no hope of rebuilding their relationship, he sped off and ploughed into a tree, an inquest heard. Blakey was described as being in an “agitated state” when drove off before hitting a traffic sign, performing a U-turn and accelerating down the road. A CCTV camera captured the moment his Volkswagen Polo inexplicably veered to the right, mounting a grass verge before smashing into the tree about 4:30 a.m. on May 16. The 27-year-old was taken to hospital but later died from head injuries, reported Mirror Online. A coroner said she did not believe Blakey, who was described by his family as “an inspiration,” meant to take his own life. “I am satisfied that he drove off in an emotional state and directed the car towards the tree,” Coroner Dianne Hocking said. “But I am not satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that he intended suicide as he appeared to have changed his mind at the last moment.” The hearing was told his car’s brake lights had come on indicating that he did brake. The car was traveling at 42 mph at the time of impact. His aunt Mary Jeffers said Blakey made a good impression on all who met him and had left a huge hole in people’s lives “that cannot be filled.” So sad!

Kim Zolciak’s Stroke Reveals Major Heart Issue It looks like Kim Zolciak’s stroke might have actually been a life-saver. The reality star lost feeling on one side of her body and was hospitalized just hours after appearing on “Dancing With The Stars.” Though the condition seemed minor — a closer look by docs revealed that she was already suffering a much more serious heart condition. Via TMZ : Kim Zolciak’s mini-stroke was far more serious than anyone thought … we’ve learned she had a heart procedure following the TIA and could have died. As we reported, Kim had the mini-stroke in Atlanta, hours after appearing on “Dancing with the Stars.” She had lost feeling on one side and her ability to speak, but it was only temporary. Kim has told friends that doctors thought she could be released almost immediately, but a test revealed there was a more serious, underlying heart issue. Doctors kept her in the hospital and she told friends the docs performed a procedure Friday. We do not know the nature of the problem or what doctors did to correct it. We’re told Kim would never have known about the heart issue had she not gone into the hospital for the TIA. And doctors told Kim if the heart problem were left untreated, it could have become life-threatening. Wow. Whatever she’s going through sounds very serious. We really hope she’ll be alright!
