Flight Forced To Land Due To Smelly Restroom Someone on a flight from London to Dubai blew up the airplane bathroom SO BADLY that the pilot had no choice but to turn around and take everyone home. Typically one would think the situation could be remedied with time and a spritz of air freshener…but apparently the stench permeated the plane to the point where continuing on for the rest of the trip simply wasn’t an option. Via VICE.com : A British Airways flight was forced to turn around and land over the weekend because somebody did a s–t so bad the plane was essentially rendered useless. Imagine living your life in the knowledge that you once turded so appallingly that a 747-400 had to turn around and land. Your liquid s–t bought a $533 million airplane juddering out of the sky. Imagine looking your loved ones in the face after that. Imagine hugging your mom. You couldn’t. Your a**hole is essentially a terrorist. Anyway, the BA flight from Heathrow to Dubai on Saturday had to turn around and flop back down again at Heathrow just 30 minutes into the seven-hour flight because somebody did a toilet crime. “The pilot made an announcement requesting senior cabin crew, and we knew something was a bit odd,” one passenger said. “About 10 minutes later he said, ‘You may have noticed there’s a quite pungent smell coming from one of the toilets.’ “He said it was liquid fecal excrement. Those are the words he used.” The flight was rescheduled for the next day, and British Airways made a statement saying, “We’re very sorry for the discomfort to our customers,” before providing everyone on the flight — including the rogue sh–ter, presumably, whoever they may be –with overnight hotel accommodation. The saddest (or most hilarious?) part of it all, is you know that there were at least a handful of passengers that knew EXACTLY who the culprit was. We just want to know why it is they couldn’t have handled this situation at the airport before takeoff??

Man Attacks Woman For Refusing To Have Sex With Him After He Bought Her McDonald’s via Palm Beach Post A West Palm Beach man is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail after he allegedly beat a woman who refused to have sex with him after he bought her breakfast at McDonald’s. Justin Jarrard Oliver is facing charges of felony battery and false imprisonment. Oliver, 26, is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. The woman told West Palm Beach police that she and her boyfriend picked up Oliver in her car Wednesday morning then drove to the McDonald’s on 45th Street west of Australian Avenue. The trio placed their order and Oliver paid the tab, according to an arrest report. Oliver then “demanded sex from (the victim) due to him buying her McDonald’s food,” the report said. As the woman was driving, Oliver allegedly “grabbed her by the arm/hand and attempted to pull her into the rear seat for sex,” according to the report. The woman screamed and held on to the steering wheel before bringing the car to an abrupt stop on 35th Street near Broadway. Once the vehicle stopped, Oliver jumped out and tried to pull the victim out of the car while again demanding sex, the report said. Oliver allegedly punched the woman with his fist, causing “severe injuries” that included a 1 1/2-inch laceration above her left eye and numerous other cuts and abrasions, the report said. The woman’s boyfriend jumped on Oliver’s back, allowing the woman to move the car a short distance away. The boyfriend then got back in the car and the woman drove to St. Mary’s Medical Center. The hospital staff alerted police. Police found Oliver near the location of the assault. He refused to answer questions from police, citing his right not to incriminate himself, the report said.

Ferguson Activists Continue To Protest Injustice After Police Shootings Of course they’re undeterred. Probably because they didn’t have anything to do with it… The Huffington Post reports: As the hunt for suspects in the shooting of two police officers in Ferguson, Missouri, extended into a third day, activists took the first steps on Saturday to force the mayor out of office while residents awaited signs of progress in the investigation. A group called Organization for Black Struggle (OBS) said it is starting a petition to recall Mayor James Knowles. He is one of the few senior city officials remaining after the police chief, a municipal judge and others resigned following a U.S. Department of Justice report March 4 depicting a Ferguson police force mired in racial bias. An uneasy quiet prevailed in the St. Louis suburb, in contrast with the mayhem that erupted near midnight on Thursday when gunshots rang out during a protest rally, wounding a pair of officers. Police arrested two people on Saturday night in neighboring St. Louis when about 70 protesters tried to block a street, a Reuters witness said. They were later released. The shooting on Thursday sent a fresh jolt of tension through a city that has become a symbol of racial conflict since a black teenager was killed by a white police officer last August and a grand jury returned no criminal charges. “There has been a lot of outrage here over the past seven months,” Montague Simmons, executive director of OBS, explaining why activists were determined to press ahead with their demands. “We feel this could be a moment of transformation where people go from being outraged to being involved.” There’s also some chatter about lack of evidence of these police shootings. Man Opens Fire, Injuring 5 And Killing Two In Deadly Shooting Spree via Fox News A Mississippi man shot the owners of a house where he was living in and their children, killing the father and nine-year-old daughter as well as critically wounding the mother and two other children Friday, police said. The mother and her two children crossed a busy two-lane highway to plead for help from neighbors who were awakened by loud knocking on their door. “It was like out of a horror movie,” said Donna Davis, 39. “I still see that little girl’s face in my mind.” Jermaine Sims, 31, and the nine-year-old daughter died later Friday morning. His 29-year-old wife, Victoria, and their 6-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter survived the shooting but were in critical condition, Captain Clint Earls said. Jimmy Lyons is accused of shooting the family, Earls said. He said the 32-year-old man and Sims got into an argument but did not know what about. “The only thing we are waiting on is getting some of the victims in well-enough health to where they can shed some light on what caused the incident to erupt,” Earls said. Lyons faces two counts of murder and three of aggravated assault.
