Alicia Keys To Mentor On ‘American Idol’ Next Week

Singer will also join Elton John, Carrie Underwood, Black Eyed Peas and more on ‘Idol Gives Back.’ By Jocelyn Vena Alicia Keys Photo: Chris Jackson/ Getty Images While “American Idol” will be giving back next week, Alicia Keys will be giving out her advice to the remaining seven “Idol” hopefuls on Tuesday night’s show. Keys will mentor the contestants on “inspirational” songs, in keeping with the week’s charitable theme. Then on Wednesday, she’ll be one of the performers for the big “Idol Gives Back” episode, which will be hosted by Queen Latifah in addition to regular host Ryan Seacrest. Elton John, Carrie Underwood, the Black Eyed Peas, Annie Lennox and Jeff Beck are among the other performers announced for the show, which will raise funds for Children’s Health Fund, Feeding America, Malaria No More, Save the Children’s U.S. Programs and the United Nations Foundation. Fox has also announced that surprise guests will stop by the show on April 21. As a mentor, Keys has a tough act to follow in “Idol” alum Adam Lambert , who gave honest, insightful words of wisdom to the contestants this week (though he couldn’t save Katie Stevens and Andrew Garcia from elimination). Adam Lambert Brings Lasers to American Idol Results Show

Andrew Garcia and Katie Stevens were both eliminated from American Idol last night. This wasn’t a shocking result, but it was a sad one, as both contestants shed tears during the episode-concluding montage of their time on the show. We wish Andrew and Katie the best of luck. On a more positive note, Adam Lambert performed his latest single (“Whataya Want From Me”) about 45 minutes into the hour. Donning a colorful suit, skinny tie and, of course, a bit of guy-liner, last year’s runner-up put on an emotional rendition of the single – and used lasers on stage. “I wanted to do something a little different,” Adam said to Ryan Seacrest afterwards, later giving thanks to the show: “I owe American Idol everything.” Humble and incredibly talented? But he wasn’t the only past Idol finalist to return to the stage that made him famous: season seven contestant Brooke White also performed, which would have been exciting and memorable – except that she brought Justin Gaston with her. Yes, the same Justin Gaston that’s famous for posing in his underwear and formerly dating Miley Cyrus. The pair put on a strange duet of the single “If I Can Dream.” Is Gaston even lip-synching it? I hate Tila Tequila and I think the rest of the world does too, but she’s trying her fucking hardest to try to rebuild the useless celebrity she had, but no one gives a fuck about her or her crazy stunts, it’s at the point of boring and I knew she was done when she only had 4,000 people watch her strip on webcam a few months ago…but she’s still trying to make noise and get noticed, but it’s only a matter of time before she kills herself, and we can only hope she brings other internet celebrities who tricked the mainstream into thinking they were relevant, like Perez Hilton….. So as much as I want to ignore her existance out of fear that any publicity she gets means she’s winning, I’m confident in thinking that even if I turned my site into a Tila Tequila project, it wouldn’t help her already doomed future….and that failure excites me…. I’ve not rich and never have been, in fact I am fucking ghetto but figure I could get a minimum wage job and pay off a set of tits for my wife after 6 months to a year, so it’s not like this Montag bitch did anything impressive, she did something typical of girls with low self esteem who think tits make you relevant, when really pornstars get paid more if they have natural tits, because the world doesn’t really find the shit that crazy anymore, we’ve grown from the 90s, so I can only hope the buzz she is getting fades fucking fast, so that she ends up broke trash with nothing to show for her few years of manipulating the people who knew she existed from The Hills, than her tits, cuz that would only be fair for all the bullshit she’s spewed and all the successes she’s had, when really she’s nothing but a talentless trashcan of a person. I figure some of you like fake tits, even though real tits are so much hotter, so I’ll post this shit, but I just want to make it clear that I find this bitch a fucking joke and her tits as useless and pathetic as her….not that you care what I think…but don’t worry the feeling is mutual, cocksucker….
