Source: Roy Rochlin/Ethan Miller/Getty / Getty Cory Booker Talks Potential White House Wedding With Rosario Dawson People were a bit shocked when Rosario Dawson came forward to confirm her baeship with Presidential Candidate Cory Booker a few weeks ago. We’re not saying that they don’t love each other, we’re just saying that you can’t be the President of The United States AND be a bachelor. But anyway, Cory was recently rhapsodizing about Rosario to Ellen Degeneres and things escalated very, very quickly according to Buzzfeed : “She’s just an incredible human being,” Booker told Ellen DeGeneres of Dawson in an interview airing Wednesday. “She’s a deeply soulful person and has taught me a lot of lessons about love already and that sometimes you show the greatest strength when you make yourself vulnerable.” Oh, but it wasn’t over there. Ellen backed Booker into a corner about getting married at the White House if he were to become POTUS: “I mean, if you go in single and have a wedding in the White House — I mean, we would watch,” DeGeneres said. “That would be like our royal wedding — that’d be great.” “So you’re saying if Rosario and I get there, wait, don’t do the marriage before?” Booker jokingly asked. “Would you help preside over the wedding?” he asked DeGeneres. “Yes, I’d be a big part of that,” DeGeneres confirmed as they shook hands. Listen. A Black wedding at the White House? Whew, chile, the RATINGS.

The discussion caused Tevin Campbell to trend with people expressing their support for him. One of most influential voices in support of Campbell just happened to be New York Times bestselling author Roxane Gay and director, producer Ava DuVernay. Gay wrote: Smh. Psyche Terry founded Urban Hydration with her husband, Vontoba, after suffering from skin ailments for years. The result is a line of plant-based skin and hair care products, like an aloe vera gel mask and coconut oil shampoo and conditioner – that is in some 9,000 stores nationwide. “We’ve been very intentional with our ingredients,” Terry said. “if you’re struggling with any disease, you can feel safe using it or with your children or on a pet.” Source: Courtesy of Psyche Terry/Urban Hydration / Courtesy of Psyche Terry and Urban Hydration But Terry said Urban Hydration’s goal is not just to create beautiful hair and skin, but to also give back to people in need. Last year, the company donated 16 percent of its revenues to charity, Terry said. In 2017, the company partnered with nonprofit WATERisLIFE, and a portion of the proceeds from every product sold provides a gallon of water to families in need. The company has financed two wells in Kenya and is now helping to build a third in the Congo. Urban Hydration also awards a college scholarship annually and supports a school for the blind. “We have a heart for serving, and we’ll see where that takes us,” Terry said. “We just want to work as hard as we can so that more people can see that it doesn’t really matter where you come from or how much you have, you can give back. it’s our hope to grow that message.”

But at the end of the day…that’s not my preference.” Kodak, again responded in the only dumb a$$ way he can: “I’m talkin’ ’bout, how are you a girl but don’t want your p**** penetrated?” Responses from the LGBT community and beyond were swift and precise. Kodak is being a whole trash bag of a human and harassing a woman about sex WHILST FACING SEXUAL MISCONDUCT CHARGES is about as trash as can be. Damn, I hope it’s not time to cancel Daniel Caesar . He has great music. Caesar went on Instagram Live to drunk rant to express his thoughts on Black people, celebrities and more. The rant kicked off with Caesar asking why black people were mean to social influencer YesJulz who was recently involved in a Twitter back and forth with fellow influencer and “ State Of The Culture ” co-host Scottie Beam and Karen Civil. Check Out: Black Twitter Is Dragging Culture Vulture YesJulz By Her Blaccent For Coming At Scottie Beam & Karen Civil He then turned his attention to “cancel culture,” how Black people need to bridge the gap “can’t win the game by choosing to not accept the winning team’s [white people’s] strategy.” He also addressed Dave Chappelle’s homophobic joke saying “he can say what he wants.” He also had some words for “ State Of The Culture ” host and Podcaster Joe Budden. Now the “Best Part” singer did say that anyone that disagrees with him “can stop listening to his music.” Caesar has some dope music so I don’t think he should be canceled. He even says although he doesn’t agree with Budden and Chappelle’s words, he’s not going to cancel him. Towards the end he says he wants Black people to win. However, someone should have taken homie’s phone. Let’s see what he says when he’s sober. Source: Marvel / Disney Since Nick Fury pushed send on his retooled pager, Captain Marvel’s impressive solo debut and most recently, the new Avengers: Endgame trailer, fans have been speculating as to what exactly is going to happen in the epic conclusion. According to Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige, Captain Marvel’s presence in the April 26 film is not to do what we hope she would. All we want is to see Thanos get a well-deserved fade for snapping his fingers and turning our favorite heroes into blunt ashes and we assumed Captain Marvel would be the one to deliver it. But based on recent comments from Feige, her coming back to Earth is not to save the day but to usher in a new age of Marvel films or a changing of the guard so to speak, for she will be taking over as the leader of Avengers. Speaking with Empire Magazine , Feige confirmed that Endgame the conclusion to the newly dubbed Infinity Saga will focus on the core six Avengers we first introduced so many years ago. He basically reveals that defeating Thanos will come with a tragic cost, so this film aims to be a homage or goodbye to the original Avengers as we know it. We just don’t know whether it will be Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, Thor or Hawkeye that will bite the dust. Hell, it could be all of them for all we know. “People would point out that that Cap wasn’t in Infinity War a whole lot. And Iron Man didn’t really speak for that last half hour because of what was going on. But those characters and all of the original six are very much the focus of Endgame in a very personal and emotional way.” Adding more fuel to the fire, Infinity War and Endgame co-writer Christopher Markus also revealed to Empire Magazine that the MCU will be changed following the upcoming Avengers film. He made sure to add the “deaths” we saw in the movie were real and as fans the quicker we accept it, the faster we can move on. “We are in different territory, possibly than anyone’s ever been in before in terms of a movie series. The MCU continues to exist. Who happens to be in it is fluid and evolving things where, because it’s all connected, you can’t reboot one. All the parts have to work together. Things continue, but like life, losses are real, and change is real.” Well, we will have no choice with seven films still in the pipeline including Spider-Man: Far From Home , a Black Panther sequel, a Black Widow solo film, Doctor Strange 2 , an Eternals film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 with James Gunn back in the director’s chair and finally Shang Chi which will be the first movie starring an Asian superhero. So make sure you have your tissues ready next to your popcorn y’all it sounds like we are going to need emotional support after Avengers: Endgame . Now this version of the film’s trailer backed by “Can You Stand The Rain” mixed by the good folks at For All Nerds aka The Fanbros Show stings even more. And finally, the Avengers EndGame trailer with New Edition’s Can You Stand The Rain. Authorities extradited Graham on Thursday from Texas to Los Angeles where she’s being held on an unrelated warrant. After she arrived in Los Angeles, investigators interviewed her regarding her daughter’s killing. She was not immediately charged in the girl’s death. On March 12, police arrested Graham’s boyfriend, 38-year-old Emiel Hunt , and charged him with Trinity’s murder. Hunt faces a maximum sentence of 50 years to life behind bars if he’s convicted. Graham, a registered sex offender, was convicted in 2009 of enticing a minor female for prostitution. Deputy Marvin Crowder said the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner called about 8:30 p.m. Friday to notify the sheriff’s office about the status update. It was previously designated a suspicious death investigation. This homicide ruling confirmed what many had already suspected—she was killed intentionally. The sheriff’s office released this statement about the case, “The victim was found partially inside a black rollaway type duffle bag … where her upper body was seen protruding. Although preliminary investigation initially led investigators to believe the victim was between the ages of seven and 10 years, further investigation with the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner determined the victim was a Black female between the ages of eight and 13. The young girl was found to be wearing a pink, long sleeve shirt with gray panda print pants (actual clothing depicted). She stood approx. 4 ft, 5 inch. tall and weighed about 55 lbs. No obvious signs of trauma were found on the victim’s body.” Workers found her body in bushes near a popular trail. Investigators believed at the time that she was dumped there sometime on the evening of March 3. SEE ALSO: Our Sisters’ Keepers? Hamden Public School clerk Corrine Terrone resigned on Friday after video of her calling a Black couple the N-word and spitting at them (twice) went viral. The video, which was posted on Facebook by Tatiana Winn , shows the White woman going off the Black man as her two young daughters stood beside her and watched. “Don’t you dare talk to me like that in front of my children motherfu**er. Oh you motherfu**er, you motherfu**er. That’s why there’s ni**ers in East Haven.” No word on what started the racist tirade or who the Black couple in the video is, but it cost Terrone her job. Hamden School District released a statement regarding the incident saying, “The language (Terrone) used in the video is in conflict with the values of the school district and someone who will use that sort of language in any setting whether public or private is not someone we want anywhere near our children.” Welp.
