F**k Them Kids: Racist Soup Cookies Of Covington Catholic High School Say Wearing Blackface Is “School Spirit”

Source: Alex Wong / Getty Covington Catholic High School Students Defend Racist Blackface Throw the entire Covington Catholic High School in the trash and set it on fire. It should come as no surprise that Nick Sandmann and his a-hole cronies who jeered and mocked Native American elder Nathan Phillips are getting the royal treatment from not only right-wing cable news, but also from 1600 FUBAR Ave. in Washington, D.C. EXCLUSIVE on the new #LauraIngrahamPodcast — the Covington Catholic students threatened by the leftist internet mob will be meeting with @realDonaldTrump at the White House as early as tomorrow. @iTunes @PodcastOne — Laura Ingraham (@IngrahamAngle) January 22, 2019 Looking like Nick Sandman & Covington Catholic students were treated unfairly with early judgements proving out to be false – smeared by media. Not good, but making big comeback! “New footage shows that media was wrong about teen’s encounter with Native American” @TuckerCarlson — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 22, 2019 Nick Sandmann and the students of Covington have become symbols of Fake News and how evil it can be. They have captivated the attention of the world, and I know they will use it for the good – maybe even to bring people together. It started off unpleasant, but can end in a dream! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 22, 2019 It appears that the school and the kids’ parents are putting their sons out on the trail to do some incredibly insulting PR work in conservative spaces like Trump’s favorite morning show, Fox & Friends . According to The Daily Beast , senior Sam Schroder asked about wearing Blackface, peep his reply: “Five years ago, there was a pep rally where one of the members of the school body appeared to have blackface on. People have even asked you to explain that. How do you explain that?” Schroder, wearing a white button-down shirt and a blue striped tie, said: “I just explain it as showing school spirit. We have many themes. Like nerd, business, whiteout, blueout, blackout—as you’ve seen in the video. Ever since I’ve gone to CovCath, we haven’t been able to wear black paint because of the video, but I know the kids meant nothing by it, it’s just showing school spirit.” Steve Doocy asks a CovCath kid about others wearing blackface at basketball games, and he says since he’s been there “we haven’t been able to wear black paint because of the video, but I know the kids meant nothing by it, it’s just showing school spirit.” pic.twitter.com/rbuO5CKIts — Bobby Lewis (@revrrlewis) January 23, 2019 Blackface is as much about school spirit as KKK hoods are for keeping warm during negro-dragging horseback rides on a bitter cold night. FOH, cr-…soup cookie. We highly suggest you read a very insightful Newsone piece about how these kids are being treated versus how Black kids who are considered “threats” are treated.

Bebe Rexha See Through of the Day

Bebe Rexha is upset about being fat because fashion designers refuse to dress her fat ass for the Grammy’s So she’s posting up pics of her in her expensive house by the pool in lingerie or whatever this is, possible showing off her Double D’s that match her massive gut… Here is her rant about being a size “8” / 800 Because she’s trying to make it a thing, so people give her attention and she’s seen as some icon to the fat chicks everywhere, when everyone knows that she decided to make herself famous at 29 after working in the industry for a decade, because she knew it was a time people would embrace fat chicks and listen to fat chicks make shitty, flimsy pop music, in an era of no one having taste… Fatty Rexha, not Anna Rexha is bullshit manipulative to the audience that celebrates this shit…. Just keep them big titties coming and I’ll avoid looking at them thighs… Marketing these days…so gross…unless you like an ass like that…and you do…sick fuck. JOIN THE NEWSLETTER YOU ASSHOLES! Ankh Explanation: Erykah Badu Explains Her R. Kelly Comments, Fans Still Say ‘See You Next Lifetime’

Source: Ethan Miller/BET/Scott Legato / Contributor / Getty Fair or foul??? Erykah Badu Explains R. Kelly Comments Erykah Badu is explaining comments she made during her Chicago concert. As previously reported Erykah got hit with a barrage of ‘boos when she brought up R. Kelly and said that she was “praying for him” before adding that fans weren’t sending “unconditional love” his way. “I’m sending a prayer right now for R,” said Erykah. “I hope he sees the light of day if he’s done all those things that we’ve seen on TV and heard those ladies talk about,” she continued. “I hope he sees the light of day and comes forward.” “But y’all say f— it! That’s not love. That’s not unconditional love. But what if one of the people that was assaulted by R. Kelly grows up to be an offender themselves. We gonna crucify them? How do we do this? Just something to think about.” Now Erykah’s clarifying her comments and standing by saying that she has “unconditional love” and wants “healing” for him. “That doesn’t mean I support your poor choices,” said the soul songstress. I love you. Unconditionally. That doesn’t mean I support your poor choices. I want healing for you and anyone you have hurt as a result of you being hurt. Is that strange to you ? That’s all I’ve ever said. Anything else has been fabricated or taken out of context. – eb — ErykahBadoula (@fatbellybella) January 21, 2019 Despite her explanation, fans still aren’t buying and are wondering in particular why she’s not sending that same love his alleged victims’ way. my problem is that you have a history of blaming lil girls for the male attraction they receive + you speak about the trauma Kelly faced more than you are affirming of the many young Black girls he continues to victimize — MS. BLISS (@ajthe1ne) January 21, 2019 Reducing decades of abuses and violence to poor choices is where you’re misstepping. Responding to such devastating circumstances requires a great amount of discernment and depth. I see where you’re coming from to an extent, not sure why ur loving on him instead of his prey. — Leather (@BeLeather) January 21, 2019 Do YOU agree with Erykah??? Or will YOU be “seeing her next lifetime”?? Source: Jeff Kravitz / Getty

Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook Speak Out After Police Visit

Not all 90 Day Fiance scandals are fun. Some are deeply alarming. Leida Margaretha accused Eric Rosenbrook of abuse , and Eric said that he was just trying to stop her from killing herself. Police visited their home, and Leida has released a statement. Us Weekly reports that the Baraboo Police Department in Wisconsin visited Leida and Eric’s home. This was on Sunday morning, January 20. The police visit took place from 8:30 to 8:43 in the morning. Police have confirmed that they paid the couple a visit, but have so far declined to provide any details. It is clear to fans that this visit was almost certainly over the couple’s alleged domestic incident. Messages, purportedly from Leida and Eric, each told their sides of the story. 90 Day Fiance superfan and blogger John Yates shared what appear to be text messages that Leida sent. “He pulled my hairs really hard,” the text messages attributed to Leida say. The words attributed to Leida confess: “I don’t want to live with him anymore.” “I was about to kill my self with a knife,” the alarming text reads. “He grabbed a knife,” the texts conclude. “And abused me after that.” That is terrifying on multiple levels — the allegations of abuse and also the threatening of suicide. “We had a fight,” Eric Rosenbrook said in other messages. “I had to wrestle a knife from her,” Eric reported. “As a result of the interaction, the Marine came out in me,” he claimed. “I pulled her hair to get her to stand up as she wouldn’t let me stand her up to look her in face,” he admitted. “She insisted on calling the cops so I did,” Eric wrote. “They took her to the hospital to evaluate her mental condition.” Obviously, we can understand taking a knife away from someone to save their life. It does sound like, by Eric’s own admission, he went too far. Following this incident, Leida is reportedly no longer handling her own social media. Instead, she is speaking through a publicist, Linda Zimmerman. In a statement to In Touch Weekly , Leida’s publicist acknowledges what went down. “A domestic incident did take place between Eric and Leida on January 20, 2019,” the statement confirms. The statement continues: “The couple asked that you please respect their desire to keep things private at this time.” And there’s more. Leida and Eric are now both saying that the screenshots that were released were only made public because their Instagram accounts were hacked. On the one hand, Instagram accounts can absolutely be infiltrated. The social media giant (owned by Facebook) does not always respond to reports of stolen accounts with great alacrity. At the same time, some 90 Day Fiance fans are leery of these claims. Leida has made similar claims in the past. It’s true that Leida Margaretha was one of this season’s villains. She was perhaps the most hated 90 Day Fiance star for Season 6, which is no easy feat, considering her competition. No matter what you (or anyone) may think of her as a person, no one deserves to be abused. This is not the first time that Leida has expressed thoughts or impulses of suicide, and we hope that she can make a swift and full recovery. Reality television drama is one thing. Real life suffering is another. View Slideshow: 90 Day Fiance Couples: Are They Still Together?

#RememberWhen: Ol’ Dirty Bastard Interrupts The 1998 Grammys After Puff Daddy Wins ‘Best Rap Album’

Source: Jim Spellman / Getty Remember when Kanye West hopped on stage at the VMAs and interrupted Taylor Swift ‘s Best Female Video win? Of course you do, but depending on your age, maybe you didn’t know Kanye West wasn’t the first Black man to catch the spirit, run up on stage, and suddenly  speak his mind at an award show. Back in 1998, Wu-Tang Clan were nominated for Best Rap Album at the Grammys, but lost to Puff Daddy . Much like ‘Ye did in 2009, Ol’ Dirty Bastard intervened and gave everyone a piece of his mind—just as Shawn Colvin was about to accept her award for Song of the Year. Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty MTV reported at the time: “After sneaking to the microphone and kissing presenter Erykah Badu in mid-bumrush, O.D.B. urged the crowd to ‘Please calm down,’ and launched into a confusing speech thusly: ‘I went and bought me an outfit today that cost me a lot of money, because I figured that Wu-Tang was gonna win,’ O.D.B. said, referring to the Best Rap Album that Wu-Tang was nominated for, but did not win earlier in the evening as the honor went to Puff Daddy. “‘I don’t know how you all see it, but when it comes to the children, Wu-Tang is for the children,’ O.D.B. continued. ‘We teach the children. Puffy is good, but Wu-Tang is the best. I want you all to know that this is O.D.B., and I love you all, peace.’ O.D.B. was then ushered off the stage, and a thoroughly confused Colvin was allowed to give her acceptance speech.” [ione_media_gallery src=”https://globalgrind.cassiuslife.com” id=”4104584″ overlay=”true”] When asked what got into him, the late rapper reportedly told MTV News ‘ Chris Connelly backstage at Radio City Music Hall, “Something just jumped into my blood.” O.D.B. also apologized, though he said he believed the Grammy stage was, in fact, the appropriate place to express his thoughts on Puffy’s win. Puffy beat out the Wu-Tang Clan with his debut studio album No Way Out , which features many of his most classic hits to date, including “Victory” featuring Notorious B.I.G. and Busta Rhymes, “I’ll Be Missing You” featuring Faith Evans and 112, “It’s All About The Benjamins” featuring Lil Kim, The Lox, and Notorious B.I.G., “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down,” feat. Mase and more. Puffy also beat out Missy Elliott’s Supa Dupa Fly , Notorious B.I.G.’s Life After Deat h, and Wyclef Jean’s Wyclef Jean Presents The Carnival . Watch it all go down at the 2:29 mark in the throwback clip up top and let us know if you knew someone Kanye’d before Kanye Kanye’d at the 2009 VMAs? Also, tune into the 61st Annual Grammy Awards, February 10 at 8 p.m. EST.

Ariana Grande Remembers Mac Miller on Posthumous 27th Birthday

Ariana Grande may have a new hit single out in the form of “7 Rings.” But the beloved pop star took a moment away from celebrating this professional success on Saturday in order to mourn a personal loss. We’re talking, of course, about Mac Miller. On the occasion of what would have been her ex-boyfriend’s 27th birthday, Grande took to Twitter and posted a very simple and very heartfelt message. It read: miss u . Grande posted the message right after the clock struck midnight. Miller was found dead of a suspected drug overdose in September of 2018. He had been battling a substance abuse problem for many years prior to his passing, with Ariana crushed that she was unable to help Miller turn his life around. About a week after this tragedy, Grande shared a video of Mac telling a story while they ate dinner together. “i adored you from the day i met you when i was nineteen and i always will. i can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. i really can’t wrap my head around it. we talked about this. so many times,” she captioned it. And she added: “i’m so mad, i’m so sad i don’t know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i’m so sorry i couldn’t fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you’re okay now. rest.” While Ariana has mostly chosen to mourn Miller in private, she did post about him again on social media just days after releasing her previous smash song “Thank U, Next.” This was the track on which she sang about her exes, including Miller and ex-fiancé Pete Davidson. “Wish I could say, ‘Thank you’ to Malcolm / ‘Cause he was an angel,” Grande sings at the outset of the single. Not long after Miller died, Grande started to date Pete Davidson. They got engaged after just a few weeks and then went through a very public break-up. Along with Grande, meanwhile, many others stars paid tribute to Miller on Saturday. Wrote Juicy J, for example: Happy bday to my brother Mac Miller i miss my bro every day. We continue to send our condolences to Miller’s loved ones, friends and family members. May he rest in peace.
