Email Submit Angela spoke about Stacey’s opponent Brian Kemp , who is the Secretary of State of Georgia that is being accused of purging voters. She mentioned that there are multiple things in place right now to take legal action against Brian. Over 25 complaints have been made and some are even calling for him to resign from the position he’s currently in. F or a second time, a federal judge put a halt to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp ’s attempt to throw out absentee ballots over mismatched signatures. See Also: Georgia Isn’t Even Trying To Hide Its Racist Voter Suppression Efforts With This Video Federal Judge Leigh Martin May on Tuesday rejected Kemp’s request to suspend her initial Oct. 24 temporary order that instructed all local election officials to stop rejecting absentee ballots over the signatures, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. Kemp is appealing May’s first ruling and wanted the judge to suspend her decision until a higher court hears the case. Kemp, the GOP nominee for Georgia governor, is in a tight race against Stacey Abrams , who could become the nation’s first African-American woman governor. He’s been criticized for his multiple attempts to suppress the Black vote for the 2018 election. Former President Jimmy Carter has asked Kemp to recuse him to ensure a fair election . The rejected ballots were disproportionately from minorities. In siding with the voting rights organizations, May ordered Kemp to instruct all election officials to stop tossing out the ballots over signature issues. She noted that there are many legitimate reasons that signatures on the ballots may not match the signature on government ID cards, including stress, age, or simply rushing to sign your name. Officials must mark those ballots provisional and give the voter the right to appeal the decision or confirm his or her identity. The secretary of state’s appeal of May’s order is expected to be heard in the United States Appeals Court’s Eleventh Circuit. Readers may want to take the following article with a grain of salt the size of Kim Kardashian’s boobs. According to an article in something called Heat World, which sources allege is a magazine in Great Britain, Kim and Kanye West are in couples therapy these days. Such a claim is not new. We actually wrote that Kimye was in an extreme version of counseling way back in early 2017. But there is something new in Heat World’s report, and that something is this: Neither Kim nor Kanye is wearing any clothing during these alleged therapy sessions. They are stone cold naked. “It was Kim’s idea,” an insider explains to Heat of talking openly about their issues while sitting in their birthday suits. Adds this insider: “She made the point that they’ve always communicated better when their clothes are off… “As ridiculous as it sounds, they both agree that being naked loosens their inhibitions and puts them on the same level.” For years, of course, we’re shared photos of Kim Kardashian nude . But it’s one thing to be nude for a magazine spread; it’s a very different thing to be nude while discussing serious marital issues with a therapist. “Most people would have laughed her out of the room, but Kanye agreed to give it a try, especially now he’s lost a bit of weight and is more in tune with his body,” the source hilariously adds, prior to detailing exactly how these sessions go: “[They’re] letting it all hang out while they go through the events of the week and where they’re at relationship-wise.” And the therapist is just cool with this? Yes! Apparently! If you choose to believe this report for some reason! “[They figure] that if it helps Kim and Kanye express themselves, then why not?” There has been a lot of talk of late that Kim is once again thinking of leaving her husband. Multiple outlets have written that she’s sick of his MAGA-loving ways and prepared to divorce Kanye if he doesn’t shut up or change his misguided views. However, speaking to Van Jones this week on a podcast, Kim stood up for West and sounded like a woman who had no plans to be single any time soon. “He’s put himself up against the world for me when everyone told him, ‘You cannot date a girl with a sex tape. You cannot date a reality show girl. This is going to ruin your career.’ Everyone told him that,’” Kardashian said, adding in this interview: “To me, he was like, ‘Oh, you’re not going to tell me what to do. Email Submit A lot of people watched in shock as Dr. Phil and Treasure Richards discussed why she hated Black people so much. “Most African-Americans speak ghetto, and when it comes to Black people, I think they’re all ugly, and I have nothing in common with them. I act and think like a white person, instead of a Black person,” the obviously Black girl said. Treasure’s mom Monique Richards was also on the show and blamed herself for Treasure’s mindset. According to their story, Treasure grew up thinking she was biracial because her mother lied to her kids about their biological father (a white man). Somehow, Treasure dismissed her other roots, but her sister, Nina, says it’s all a lie. She also spoke with Essence.com who reports: What pisses Nina off even more, is that her deceased father’s name and reputation was ruined. William Richards, who was a white man, died in 2006, and had his photo shown on national television. Monique apparently lied about the fact that Treasure never knew he wasn’t her biological father. According to Nina, her siblings always knew he wasn’t their biological father, but he was the one who raised them. “They disgraced my dad who I loved dearly. I haven’t spoken to my mom since the episode aired. My mom and I have had a relationship very rocky, because she’s done a lot of evil stuff,” Nina said. “Treasure always knew who her biological dad was, when it came to daddy (William), he was a very loving and kind man. All of that narrative of her not knowing she wasn’t white, is fake. He loved us and was such a loving person and seeing his picture his picture slapped all over television was a disgrace.” Nina doesn’t understand why her mother went along with the alleged scam. “It’s a disgrace to our family and our race. We are a Black family. Very Black. We’re Detroit Black,” she said. “For my mom to allow this, is a mind f-ck to all of us.” She believes the Dr. Phil team is racist and plans to call CPS on her mother. “Dr. Phil’s people did not care. They wanted to spin this narrative. This is why I believe everyone on that show’s staff is a racist. Dr. Phil corrected my sister for saying “retard” is a derogatory word, but never corrected her on saying ni–ers,” Nina continued. “As a proud makeup artist, who promotes Black beauty, it offended me to hear my sister talk about Black women the way she did. My mom raised me to be a proud Black woman, and the love of Black culture was always there … I’m calling CPS today. She needs to do some hard time in juvvie and sit down and be in a controlled area. R emember the days when Republicans worshiped the Constitution? Well, those days are over with as President Trump said he will use an executive order to suspend the 14th Amendment. See Also: Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Assault Conviction In an interview with Axios , Trump said, “We’re the only country in the world where a person comes in, has a baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States for 85 years with all of those benefits. It’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. And it has to end.” Actually, this is not true. There are several countries that have birthright citizenship : Brazil, Jamaica, Argentina, Canada, among others. Trump continued: “It was always told to me that you needed a constitutional amendment. Guess what? You don’t. You can definitely do it with an Act of Congress. But now they’re saying I can do it just with an executive order.” He added, “It’s in the process. It’ll happen with an executive order.” Trump also claimed he’s consulted with the White House counsel. The 14th Amendment has its roots in slavery. Adopted in 1868, it’s considered one of the Reconstruction Amendments and granted citizenship rights and equal protection of the laws to former slaves. In short, under the 14th Amendment, citizenship is awarded to children born in the U.S., or in U.S. territories, to parents who immigrated into the country. Some people were claiming Trump could not suspend the 14th Amendment and he is just trying to stir up his base for the midterm elections. But we should not doubt the hate of this man. What’s even scarier is that even if he decides to sign an “executive order,” there is no branch of government to stop him.
