Anthony Anderson Responds to Allegation of Assault

Anthony Anderson is under criminal investigation. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that it received a report against the Black-ish star, with The Blast writing that Anderson is accused of assaulting a woman last year after an event she catered for him. Inside tell the aforementioned website that the unnamed victum met with Anderson a second time after the event to discuss future opportunities. This is supposedly when the assault took place, although no other details are really known about it at this time Sources tell The Blast that the woman reported the incident months after it allegedly happened, as she was inspired by the #MeToo movement to finally speak out. “We have a crime report listing him as a suspect in a crime. It is an open investigation,” the LAPD has simply said in response to this story. A spokesperson for the star, meanwhile, has issued a statement on Anderson’s behalf. It reads as follows: “It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report, whether it is true or false. “The authorities have not contacted Anthony or any of his representatives about this matter. Anthony unequivocally disputes the claim. Back in 2004, Anderson and assistant director Wayne Witherspoon were accused of raping an extra on the set of the 2004 film “Hustle & Flow.” However, the charges were later dropped when the judge ruled that there was no probable cause to try the case. This has no practical bearing on the latest charges, we’re just reporting a few facts. Anderson was just nominated his fourth Emmy Award for his portrayal of Andre Johnson, the patriarch on the ABC sitcom Black-ish. He is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame later this year, as well. On the small screen, Anderson’s resume includes appearance and/or starring roles on Guys with Kids, Treme, Psych, Shameless and The Shield. On the big screen, he has had roles in The Departed (2006), Kangaroo Jack (2003) and Transformers (2007) and Scream 4 (2011). Anderson is married with two kids. We’ll have more on this story if/when news breaks.

Rebecca Black Bathing Suit Tits of the Day

Rebecca Black, the gone viral for the dumbest song ever, is still out there, remembered and famous enough for people to stare at her big tits, the way god intended it to be, when he invented tits, he knew he was giving women competitive advantage…. Point being is that if you have a dumb fucking viral song a decade ago, you can still get seen, noticed, remembered, put on the VIP list…so long as you got tits… People are such suckers, I just haven’t figured out how to make them suck me, without paying them. I think going viral would be the best thing that could ever happen to anyone – especially early on in their social media internet life…. Rather than doing daily updated posts about nonsense for 14 or 15 years…which is insane. I have done 40,000 posts on this site, not 1 of them has gone viral… 40,0000 posts….hundreds of original videos and photoshoots, MEMES, etc…..NOT ONE HAS GONE VIRAL…. While other people put out one picture, one photoshoot, one video and boom…they make millions of dollars… You would think I would take a fucking hint already right… Well clearly I’m a masochist. Black Students ‘Humiliated’ After Police Called Over Accusations Of Leaving IHOP Without Paying

Go here to read the rest:

A group of 10 Black students has sadly discovered that they are not safe from police while in college. An internal investigation was launched after the students were stopped by cops and wrongfully accused of having an unpaid bill at an IHOP in Clayton, Missouri, police said Monday, July 16. The freshmen, who were unidentified, attended a summer start program at Washington University, which sits at the boundary of St. Louis and Clayton. They walked to IHOP for a late night meal and paid their bill on July 8. However, they were tracked down by officers in multiple squad cars after a restaurant manager issued a complaint about young Black males dining and dashing without settling a $62 bill, The Associated Press  reported. There were six squad cars that followed the students, the university said. Only four cars were named in the incident, according to St. Louis police. Police made the 10 students walk three blocks back to the restaurant, with six squad cars following them. https://t.co/97xP90YorV — St. Louis Post-Dispatch (@stltoday) July 16, 2018 The incident comes at a time when the nation is on high alert about racial profiling incidents that involve cops being called on people of color. The students were cooperative with police and showed their IHOP receipts to officers. They even agreed to walk back to the restaurant and talk with the manager who issued the complaint. After all was said and done, the manager defended the students as innocent and said other customers had left the unpaid bill. However, the damage had been done. “The fact that these 10 students, all of whom are African American, were scared and humiliated is unacceptable to us,” Washington University Vice Chancellor for Public Affairs Jill Friedman said in a statement Monday. “It is extremely disappointing that they have been so seriously let down, even before the official start of their first semester.” Incidents such as this one further show that there are not many safe spaces for students of color at or near colleges and universities. Smh: Another White Person Felt Safe Using The N-Word Around Black People & Chaos Ensues

Source: Karsten Jipp / EyeEm / Getty I don’t know what it is about public transportation that brings out the boldness in racist White people, but another one tried their luck by using the N-word around Black folks. Some of us might remember how things like this end when rapper Princess Nokia threw her afternoon lunch at a New York subway racist last year . Now, a Chicago bigot was on the receiving end of Black fury. According to WGN 9 , a White man was arguing with passengers at a train stop and eventually the N-word is thrown around. A Black guy then removes his shirt and glasses, which is never a good sign for a bigot, and eventually he punches the White guy causing him to land on the edge of the track. The Black guy then hits the White guy again, nearly sending him into the train tracks. Eventually, other passengers intervene. According to a witness , the man who was punched used several racial slurs before the violent scene. The video has since gone viral with over 2 million views. Check it out for yourself below. Katie Holmes: Clinging to Jamie Foxx Relationship Despite Being "Publicly Humiliated"

While there’s never been any sort of public confirmation, it’s common knowledge Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have been dating for at least the past two years. The relationship has been a subject of intense tabloid interest, and there was even a time when it was rumored that Holmes was pregnant with Foxx’s baby . Throughout all of this, both parties have kept mum on the subject of their semi-public romance — and now it seems we may know why that is. Sources close to the couple say Foxx refuses to fully commit to Holmes. Apparently, she would be happy to confirm that they’re dating, but he refuses to be tied down. One insider says Holmes is “humiliated” by Foxx’s reluctance to acknowledge their relationship, but claims she can’t bring herself to break up with him. “No one understands why Katie loves a man who can’t seem to commit or why he’s publicly humiliating her like this,” the source told Us Weekly . “Everyone just wants her to take care of herself and to be happy. But she won’t let go of Jamie.” The insider adds that in recent weeks, Foxx has made no secret of his dalliances with other women, thus exacerbating Holmes’ embarrassment. The actress was reportedly infuriated by photos of Foxx spending the Fourth of July with ex-girlfriend Kristen Grannis. Katie was overseas with daughter Suri at the time the pic was taken. A different source concedes that Holmes is frustrated by Foxx’s unwillingness to commit, but claims she’s ultimately happy with their relationship. “[Holmes] has fun with [Foxx] when they are together,” the informant claims. “It’s a relationship that works for her.” Unfortunately for Katie, she doesn’t have the luxury of privacy while she attempts to figure out how to proceed from here. Her relationship remains a topic of widespread fascination — despite the fact that she and Jamie have never even appeared in public as a couple. Just last month, reps for Holmes denied that she and Foxx called off a wedding and broke up. Interestingly, her team refused to confirm or deny that Katie and Jamie were an official couple.
