It has been three months since Bobbi Kristina Brown’s hospitalization, and her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has not visited her. Nick has been the center of a lot of negative attention surrounding the mysterious happenings that led Bobbi Kristina to be hospitalized and diagnosed with irreversible brain damage. So much, in fact, that Bobbi Kristina’s family has refused to allow Nick to see Bobbi Kristina, citing Nick may have had a role in Bobbi Kristina’s drug use . That might be changing though. Nick has offered to meet with Bobby Brown to discuss finally visiting Bobbi Kristina. If things go his way, he will finally be able to see Bobbi Kristina. According to US Weekly, “Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families’ wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts.” “He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her.” Nick had requested to see Bobbi Kristina numerous times before, but the Browns have responded with the recommendation from legal counsel. “Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina but…declined to meet the terms of any possible visit,” the statement said. But Nick is still desperate to see Bobbi Kristina. Attorney Randall Kessler said, “Nick has repeatedly offered to meet with Mr. Brown privately to discuss his request in person, rather than through lawyers.” “Those offers have also been rejected.” Gordon recently went to rehab after a supposedly “volatile” interview with Dr. Phil in March. Nick’s mom told Dr. Phil, “He has said to me many times that he is going to kill himself.” She added, ”Two weeks ago, he tried…He was able to throw up pills.” Since the interview, Gordon is out of rehab . But sadly, Bobbi Kristina remains in a coma. Bobby Brown is optimistic about his daughter’s prognosis. After she was awoken from a medically induced coma, Bobby Brown said Bobbi Kristina was awake and was looking at him. “Bobbi Kristina’s condition has changed since moving from Emory University Hospital and there has been improvement,” his lawyer said on April 20. “Doctors have indicated that she will have a long life. However, Bobbi Kristina is presently embarking on a rehabilitation process and the quality of her life will not be known for years to come.” Her grandmother told the world a different story though. The legal future of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s care and medical needs will be decided by her father and her aunt, Bobby Brown and Pat Houston. Pat Houston and Cissy Houston’s counsel, David Long-Daniel, and Christopher Brown, counsel for Bobby Brown, confirmed in a statement: “We are delighted to inform the public that the court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown (‘Krissi’).” From this day forward, “Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi’s care and medical needs.” The decision comes three months after the only daughter of the late music icon Whitney Houston was discovered unresponsive in a bathtub. It also comes amid rumors regarding Bobby Brown fighting Whitney’s family over his daughter’s estate, believed to be worth eight figures. Whatever issues the families have seem to be settled … for now. Houston and Brown spent Thursday in court, where a conservator – a neutral party – was also selected on behalf of Bobbi Kristina, 22. The conservator represents the interests of a person who, for one reason or another, lacks the capacity to make decisions on their own. Attorney Bedelia Hargrove will be “responsible for Krissi’s assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims,” continues the statement . “Both parties are delighted with the court’s decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care.” “We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter,” the parties’ statement concluded on Friday. Bobbi Kristina remains on life support at an Atlanta-area rehab facility, where Bobby Brown and Pat Houston have been constant visitors. As for Bobbi Kristina’s estranged partner Nick Gordon , he is out of rehab and yearning to see his ailing lover, who he believes he can help.
