With Justin Bieber lashing out and claiming Selena Gomez is a drunk  who went to rehab to deal with her own damn issues, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department now has something to say to the singer: YOU’RE A FELON! TMZ reports that the Justin Bieber egging case has officially been sent over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the police are recommending he be charged with a felony. Justin Bieber: Felony Charges to Come? As previously reported, Bieber is accused of causing over $20,000 worth in damage to his neighbor’s home in Calabasas last month after he hurled a number eggs in his enemy’s direction. The cops subsequently executed a search warrant of Bieber’s property, hoping to find some kind of evidence that would link him to the crime. They failed to find anything new inside his home, although they did arrest Lil Za there for drug possession. Still, authorities apparently believe there is enough to drop the hammer of justice down on the rule-breaking singer. “I went to the D.A.’s Office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony,” Lt. The District Attorney will take about a week to decide what to do with the case: file no charges, file misdemeanor charges of file felony charges. In the meantime, of course, Bieber is due in court next month to face his DUI charges and still has to answer for an alleged assault in Toronto in late 2013. Not that Justin seems very concerned about any of it. He’s too busy bragging about how he took Selena Gomez’s virginity .

Another Justin Bieber scandal, another photo of Justin Bieber and his brother posted online in an attempt to soften the image of the troubled star. A few weeks ago, after allegedly egging his neighbor’s house, Bieber posted a couple cute shots of himself and his siblings. Now, a day after Bieber was booked in Toronto on charges of criminal assault, his father has Tweeted a picture of Justin and brother Jaxon in bed. “Safe and sound #homesweethome,” Jeremy Bieber wrote as a caption. Bieber stands accused of striking a limo driver in the head during the early hours of December 30. It’s unclear what prompted this attack, but sources say multiple witnesses have verified that Bieber was picked up by a limousine around 3 a.m. after a night of partying in Canada. He was in the vehicle with five or six entourage members when the incident went down. Justin, of course, is ALSO accused of drunk driving and drag racing in Miami last week. According to toxicology reports, he had weed and prescription pills in his system at the time of his arrest. Justin Bieber: High on Weed, Pills at Time of Miami Arrest

Justin Bieber was high on marijuana and prescription medication when he was arrested this month. When he was arrested this month in Miami , we should say. We now need to make a distinction because Bieber was also arrested yesterday in Canada. According to toxicology results obtained by TMZ, the singer had weed and Alprazolam in his system when police pulled him over for drag racing last Thursday night. The latter is a key ingredient of Xanax, an anti-anxiety drug. Justin Bieber Arrest Footage The report also showed Justin tested negative for cocaine, opiates and meth. Meanwhile, according to the official report, officers on the scene say Bieber admitted he had been “smoking all night at the studio” when pressed. He also acted “excited, talkative, insulting [and] cocky” as the incident wore on, initially agreeing to a breathalyzer, for example, but then giving officers a hard time when they tried to administer it. The 19-year old was out of it and couldn’t follow basic instructions on how to provide this sample, legal documents add. They say “he had extreme difficulty providing a continuous breath.” The artist’s attorney has entered a plea of not guilty into the record for this Miami arrest and his client is due in court on February 14. He’s also due in court on March 10 to answer for assault charges that allege he beat up a limousine driver in the wee hours of December 29 in Toronto. On the same day his lawyer entered a plea of not guilty for last Thursday’s DUI arrest , news has broken that Justin Bieber will soon be charged with criminal assault for an incident that took place last month in December. Here is what we know at this time: Justin Bieber – “Confident” (Music Video) While riding inside a limousine last month, some sort of altercation took place between Bieber’s entourage and the vehicle’s driver. Initially, a member of Justin’s security team was believed to be behind the attack… but Bieber reportedly did not cooperate with Canadian officials when they asked to speak with him and they proceeded to turn their attention toward the 19-year old singer. According to TMZ, a trio of witnesses spoke to the police and incriminated Bieber in some way, giving authorities reason to believe he physically assaulted the driver. The star is being booked for assault, given a citation and will be released on his own recognizance. Prior to this news hitting the wire, manager Scooter Braun asked (via Twitter) for folks to give his friend and client some leeway. “for all those asking @JeremyBieber and @pattiemallette love their son. Justin Bieber DUI Update: New Footage, New Charges

Early this morning in Miami Beach, Justin Bieber was arrested  for drunk driving. But that’s not all. TMZ now reports that the artist was booked for drag racing because his people actually sectioned off a residential street specifically so Bieber could go up against Khalil, a rapper who was also arrested at the scene. Justin was also charged with resisting arrest because he refused to take his hands out of his pockets when ordered to do so by police. In the following footage, we see fans surrounding Bieber’s yellow Lamborghini prior to cruisers and sirens then doing the same: Justin Bieber Arrest Footage Officials believe Bieber was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of his arrest. He failed a field sobriety test after getting pulled over and was taken to the police department for further examination. We can also confirm that Bieber had been partying at SET nightclub prior to getting behind the wheel and that a model named Chantel was in his passenger seat. This arrest is the latest scandal in a disturbing run of ridiculousness by Bieber of late. Justin Bieber ARRESTED for Drunk Driving, Drag Racing in Miami

Justin Bieber has been arrested following an incident early this morning, according to multiple reports. It was really just a matter of time, wasn’t it? Following a scandal-filled two weeks in which he egged his neighbor’s home … watched his best friend get arrested for drug possession… urinated his initials in the Colorado snow… and dropped 75K at a strip club , the singer’s wild behavior landed him in the slammer. The singer was booked on charges of DUI and drag racing in Miami, Fla. According to TMZ and its sources, the incident went down early this morning and Bieber is currently in jail and having his blood-alcohol level tested there. The singer allegedly failed a field sobriety test after being pulled over in a yellow Lamborghini for drag racing through the streets of the South Florida city. He had a model named Chantel in the passenger seat and had just left SET nightclub. Sources say that Bieber will soon be processed and released on bail after a judge sets an amount during a court hearing later today. UPDATE: Bieber has also been charged with resisting arrest in non-violent fashion. As fans and celebrity gossip readers know, the troubled 19-year-old has been accused of reckless driving on numerous occasions over the years. He has been cited for speeding and gotten into many arguments with neighbors who continually urge him to slow down due to kids playing in the area. With so many recent controversies staring him in the (punk) face, Bieber’s mother Patti Mallette asked fans to pray for her son this week. But what about those Bieber could have killed by getting behind the wheel in an inebriated state? And then racing a fellow vehicle to boot? Police Officer Accused Of Lying About Facts In Chris Brown Assault Case An internal investigation has been launched surrounding Chris Brown’s most recent assault case amidst conflicting reports about the statements made by the officer who responded to the scene. via Billboard District of Columbia police have opened an internal affairs investigation into statements made by a police officer who responded to reports that singer Chris Brown had punched a man outside a Washington hotel. The investigation centers on a disputed conversation between the officer and an unidentified acquaintance of Brown, discrepancies that will likely be important for the authorities to reconcile as the criminal prosecution moves forward. The apparent inconsistencies are described in charging documents laying out the basis for the assault case against Brown and his bodyguard. Chris Brown Rejects Plea Deal on Assault Charge The acquaintance reported being told by the officer that the alleged victim said Brown never hit him, according to the police records. The officer was then interviewed by detectives and denied having even spoken with the acquaintance. However, a uniformed Secret Service officer at the scene told detectives that he overheard the conversation with the officer and confirmed the acquaintance’s story. The accuser also denied having told anyone that Brown never struck him, the documents state. An Associated Press reporter who had previously asked the police department about that conversation was contacted this week by an internal affairs investigator assigned to the probe. The investigator confirmed a review was underway. “We are aware of the discrepancy among witness statements in the Chris Brown case. This is not uncommon in cases with multiple witnesses involved. We have received no complaint of misconduct on the part of any officer in this matter,” Police Chief Cathy Lanier said in a written statement. In an interview Thursday, Lanier added, “Nobody has accused anybody of lying. One person says one thing, one person says something else. Nobody has made an allegation that an officer is lying” or covering anything up. The female police officer was not named in charging documents, and police officials did not identify her. The head of the police officers’ union said he had not been made aware of the investigation. Danny Onorato, Brown’s lawyer, declined to comment, as did a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office, which is handling the prosecution. Judges Revokes Chris Brown’s Probation Over D.C. Arrest Brown was charged with assault after a man said Brown and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, had punched him after he tried to get into a picture the singer was taking with two other people. Brown’s lawyer said he is innocent of the misdemeanor charge and revealed in court last week that he had rejected a plea offer. He is due back in court Feb. 20. Hmmmmm. Chris Brown Assault Charge Reduced; Star Faces Misdemeanor, Free Without Bail

The assault charge against Chris Brown, filed after his arrest early Sunday morning, has just been reduced from a felony offense to a misdemeanor. Chris has been released from jail, where he had been for about 36 hours, with no bail. He is required to stay 100 yards away from the alleged victim. Brown will not be required to take a drug test, as often stipulated in such cases. His bodyguard’s charge was also reduced to a misdemeanor. The controversial 24-year-old was arrested for felony assault in Washington D.C. after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel and breaking his nose. Brown had been in custody since, though it’s unclear who threw the first punch , and the reduced charge certainly indicates some of that uncertainty. Law enforcement sources have indicated that the fight started when the man and his friend photobombed Chris, who was posing for a picture with two girls. The victim says the same in his official statement, claiming he was trying to get a picture with Chris when Brown allegedly said, “I ain’t down wit that gay s–t.” The victim says he responded by saying to Chris, “Why you hoing?” Chris then said, “I feel like boxing” and hit him in the face. Then, he says, he went to square off with Chris when the bodyguard also hit him in the face. According to the victim, who suffered a broken nose, after the bodyguard punched him, the R&B star got behind the bodyguard , screaming, “Yeah, walk away.” Sources close to Chris insist it wasn’t over a photo, though, and that the guy tried to get on Chris’ tour bus, and Chris was just trying to stop a trespass. In his witness statement, Chris DENIES punching the victim and says he was on the bus when the victim tried getting on and his bodyguard “handled it.” Brown, who recently broke up with Karrueche Tran , faces certain jail time if found to be in violation of his probation for beating Rihanna back in 2009. He could theoretically have his probation revoked without a conviction, but the more likely scenario is that probation officials will see how this plays out.
