Justin Bieber’s bodyguards have been accused of assault several times in the past – and now Justin Bieber is facing yet another lawsuit alleging that his personal security staff attacked a photographer. Justin Bieber Sued For Bodyguard Assault An audiotape obtained by TMZ reveals a 911 call in which a man identified in the suit as Michael Munoz claims that he has been locked inside a Subway restaurant after being chased by “Justin Bieber’s bodyguard.” The call was placed on the same night that Bieber was arrested for drunk drag racing in Miami. Munoz alleges that he was taking pictures of Bieber as he exited the SET Nightclub. Bieber allegedly became upset, and his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson pursued Munoz into a nearby Subway where he locked the door behind them and demanded that Munoz delete the photos he’d taken. According to the suit, the bodyguard punched and kicked Munoz and then forcibly attempted to remove Munoz’s memory card. Bieber’s attorney Howard Weitzman has issued a statement denying the allegations. “This new lawsuit filed by a paparazzo is yet another shakedown for money,” says Weitzman. He may have a point: Munoz never mentioned being punched or kicked by Patterson when he filed his initial police report and he reportedly haggled with the bodyguard at the time of the incident, offering to sell the pics to Bieber for $10,000. Karrueche Tran (who may or may not still be dating Brown) narrowly avoided confrontation when she and her friends bolted from the club upon learning that Rihanna had arrived with her entourage. Reportedly, Rihanna is dating Drake so it seems unlikely that she’s still so hung up on Chris that she would start beef with Karrueche. Even, so RiRi’s temper is alomost as notorious as Chris’, so Tran and company may have done the right thing by playing it safe. Besides, maybe Tran wasn’t afraid of a physical confrontation and just wanted to avoid partying with her ex’s ex. Even semi-celebrities like Karrueche probably hate awkward situations like that. While a cat fight between Rihanna and Karrueche would’ve been hugely entertaining, we’re glad they’re just avoiding each other like grownups. The artist sat for a four-and-a-half hour long deposition in relation to a lawsuit filed against him for allegedly ordering his bodyguard to assault a photographer outside The Hit Factory. And the legally-mandated appearance turned ugly once opposing lawyers brought up the topic of Selena Gomez, Justin’s famous ex-girlfriend. Justin Bieber Shows Up for Deposition According to TMZ, the attorney wanted to know if Justin’s ex was present for any incident involving the paparazzi, a line of questioning Bieber’s lawyer believed was meant to get a rise out of him. Which turned out to be the end result. At one point, Bieber and lawyer Howard Weitzman actually left the room, as the singer yelled in regard to Gomez: “Don’t ask me about her, do not ask me about her!” Sounds like someone may be a tad touchy over Selena laughing off his reconciliation attempt. Bieber did return a few minutes later, but with an attitude. For instance? He mockingly referred to opposing counsel as “Katie Couric.” The troubled singer also asked if he were on 60 Minutes .
