Justin Bieber Sued Over Beating In Subway Restaurant

Justin Bieber’s bodyguards have been accused of assault  several times in the past – and now Justin Bieber is facing yet another lawsuit alleging that his personal security staff attacked a photographer.  Justin Bieber Sued For Bodyguard Assault An audiotape obtained by TMZ reveals a 911 call in which a man identified in the suit as Michael Munoz claims that he has been locked inside a Subway restaurant after being chased by “Justin Bieber’s bodyguard.” The call was placed on the same night that Bieber was arrested for drunk drag racing in Miami. Munoz alleges that he was taking pictures of Bieber as he exited the SET Nightclub. Bieber allegedly became upset, and  his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson pursued Munoz into a nearby Subway where he locked the door behind them and demanded that Munoz delete the photos he’d taken. According to the suit, the bodyguard punched and kicked Munoz and then forcibly attempted to remove Munoz’s memory card. Bieber’s attorney Howard Weitzman has issued a statement denying the allegations. “This new lawsuit filed by a paparazzo is yet another shakedown for money,” says Weitzman. He may have a point: Munoz never mentioned being punched or kicked by Patterson when he filed his initial police report and he reportedly haggled with the bodyguard at the time of the incident, offering to sell the pics to Bieber for $10,000. Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart Threaten Legal Action Over Tabloid Cover Stories

Casper Smart frequent exotic massage parlors and/or is a homosexual seeking fast and easy one-night stands. So claim a pair of tabloid cover stories this week, both of which have prompted Jennifer Lopez and her boyfriend to threaten lawsuits against the publications behind them. The first, from In Touch , quotes a couple of employees at a massage parlor in New York City who allege Smart has stopped by for appointments there twice in the last month. Star , meanwhile, asserts that the dancer was caught at a peep show in the Big Apple last month, somewhere that’s a “well-known cruising spot for gay men looking for instant hookups.” According to TMZ, the couple’s attorneys, Shawn Holley and Howard Weitzman, have sent letters to both magazine warning that the “reports” are “false, malicious and defamatory” and will cause “immense damage” to Jennifer and Casper’s careers and reputations. They pair will follow up with legal action unless retractions are printed. No response so far from In Touch or Star .

Jeremy Renner might not need any help with his performance in bed. But he might require assistance reading labels in the future. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, the actor told a story about how he once asked a friend for some sleep medication before a 10-hour flight from Los Angeles to London. An easy enough request, right? Not in this case. “I take a little sleeping pill, pop it and realize nothing’s happening,” The Bourne Legacy star said. “But something else was happening.” If you know what he means! Yes, folks, Renner was given Viagra instead of Ambien and the results kept a certain part of him WIDE AWAKE for almost the entire trip. Watch the star go into detail now:

Kristen Stewart Penning Apology to Liberty Ross, Source Says

Kristen Stewart has already apologized to the public for her makeout session with Rupert Sanders , much to the consternation and horror of Robert Pattinson . Now, an insider tells Radar Online, the actress is prepared to address Sanders’ wife directly. She is apparently writing a note to Liberty Ross . “Kristen didn’t feel it was appropriate to issue a public apology to Liberty once the story of her affair with Rupert broke,” the source says. “Instead, she’s going to do the decent thing and write Liberty a private letter expressing her deepest regret for her actions.” The mole goes on to say that Stewart only wanted to mention Pattinson in her initial statement because she’s “desperate to save” that relationship. But she feels “awful” for getting in between a man, a wife and his two children. For whatever it’s worth to either Ross or Pattinson, a reliable website claims Stewart and Sanders did NOT have sex . Randy Jackson Rants: Executors Want to Murder My Mom!

Katherine Jackson is resting safely at home and has even agreed to split guardianship of her grandchildren with TJ Jackson . So all is relatively calm on this family’s front, right? Very wrong. Randy Jackson went off on a Twitter rant this afternoon, accusing the executors of his brother’s will of an assassination plot against his mom. “It is my fear and belief, that they are trying to take my mother’s life,” Randy wrote of those in charge of Michael’s estate, adding that they are attempting to “isolate Katherine just like they did to Michael, in order to propagate their lies, financial agendas and to protect a fraudulent will.” And that’s what it all comes down to for Randy, sources say: he is not mentioned in his brother’s will and many believe he will go to any length necessary to change that. “It is clear that anyone who stands up against the Executors of the Estate – John Branca, John McClain and their attorney Howard Weitzman – is denied access to my mother.” What an absolute mess. Try to rest in peace, Michael, even as your family makes that very difficult.

The disgraceful reality star actually flew to her ex-husband’s hometown today, as multiple sources confirm she’s landed in Minnesota. To what end? NOT to reconcile, insiders tell TMZ. Instead, Kim and Kris will simply meet with the pastor that officiated their August 20 wedding in an attempt to gain closure. And, hey, if paparazzi just happen to be present, and if new stories are created out of the meeting, and if this trip makes Kim seem more sympathetic and less despicable for crapping all over the institution of marriage… so be it, right? Justin Bieber to Take Paternity Test, Sue Mariah Yeater

Justin Bieber has hired an attorney and will file a lawsuit against Mariah Yeater, sources tell TMZ. The pop star is reportedly teaming with Howard Weitzman, a big-time lawyer in Hollywood, and plans to take a paternity test when he returns from Europe in the near future. Weitzman has already contacted Yeater’s legal team and informed it of his client’s intentions. While Yeater’s assertion that Bieber is the father of her three-month old son was always questionable, new evidence – that Yeater previously accused another man of knocking her up, and was subsequently arrested for slapping that other guy multiple times – calls the claim into more doubt than ever before.
