Swizz Beatz, DMX Feds Say Swizz Beatz Owes Back Taxes Uncle Sam has accused Swizz Beatz of not paying nearly $280,000 in back taxes, and now the federal government has headed to court demanding he pay up in full, BOSSIP has learned. According to official records in New York, the IRS has filed a lien against the music producer turned art aficionado, accusing him of screwing them out of taxes for 2015. The document states that Swizz is refusing to pay up on $275,727.12 for unpaid taxes. The IRS isn’t playing around with their money and demanding he pay up the full amount or they will begin coming after his property and assets to pay off the debt. Earlier this year, the IRS slapped Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, with another federal tax lien, accusing him of owing a total of $88,662.94 for the year 2014. The lien is still active and has yet to be paid off. A few months earlier, Swizz dropped $732,000 to Uncle Sam for unpaid taxes for the year 2006, and the IRS released the lien against him for that year. Swizz dropped an additional $556,000 last year to pay off his 2007 tax debt. The music producer has a long history of tax problems and at one point he owed more than $2.6 million dollars to the IRS. Beatz blasted the reports about his tax issues explaining he was all caught up – despite evidence showing otherwise.
Milan Christopher On “Don’t Be Scared” Milan Christopher stopped by BOSSIP’s “Don’t Be Scared” podcast this week to dish on his background, his music career and his love life. On being cast on “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” because he’s gay: “At the time I didn’t feel like that [that I was being exploited], even now I don’t feel like that. I think everything has its time and space in pop culture. Even though it can be lucrative, there are people who say ‘we gotta get a gay guy, we gotta get a black guy, we gotta get a white guy’, but I wasn’t brought on the show for that. I was brought on the show as Hazel’s friend and once they met me and seen me and aesthetically was like ‘wow who’s that guy?’ They said, ‘let’s get some more information.’” On his ex Miles Brock: “I actually just spoke to him, Tyler Perry had a movie screening maybe about a week ago. He was there and we spoke, we actually talked about some stuff. I don’t have any ill will or any gripes. I still hear interviews and there’s a bashing of Milan. I don’t really care, if you’re so popping you can pop. If you feel like you that n***, then go be that n***. I brought you to the show, I shared what was offered to me because I loved you. It wasn’t because you were this dope rapper, or they were so interested in your story. It was because of me. If you are who you say you are then you’re going to be that person regardless.” On his previous beef with Sundy Carter: “This is the thing, I have had commercials. I wasn’t this big giant superstar before I was on the show, you know it’s like people get this degrees [in reality TV] without going to school, they get these honorary degrees—I worked for my degree. He [Miles] doesn’t know how to maintain his relevancy without doing bulls** stuff or stunts. That’s a stunt, it wasn’t real. He wasn’t in a relationship with Sundy. I went on her podcast on DishNation we talked, we laughed about it and it was cool. For your listening pleasure… Q Parker Talks The Bad Boy Reunion Tour On “Don’t Be Scared” Q Parker of 112 fame recently stopped by BOSSIP’s Don’t Be Scared podcast to dish on the “Bad Boy Family Reunion” tour. While there he also recounted classic 112 stories including the time the group first head Tupac’s “Hit Em Up” diss. “So we’re actually on the road and we’re on the west coast,” said Parker. “At the time no Bad Boy artists are traveling to the West Coast but we have to promote our single “Only You” and the West Coast is the only coast that initially jumped on the record. […] “So we had to beef up security and we go to the West Coast and we’re out at this club and they play the song and we hear it and we’re getting ready to be like ‘Get money!’ but then we’re like—‘woah!’ From that moment on we would never allow any DJ to play it.” Listen to Q Parker on “Don’t Be Scared” below. @BossipDBS @HipHopObama @IamDaniCanada @DavidDTSS
50 Cent Agreed To Pay Lastonia Leviston $6 Million As Part Of His Bankruptcy She once sued him for leaking a sex tape of her, and Rick Ross’ baby mama has accused 50 Cent of screwing her over once again. Lastonia Leviston has headed back to federal court to demand the judge order the rapper to follow through on their deal to dismiss their sex tape lawsuit and to pay the $6 million he agreed to in his bankruptcy plan. Recently, the rapper saw a federal bankruptcy judge sign off on his proposed deal to pay back a substantial amount of his debt to the various creditors, which brought the case to a close. The repayment plan will pay out $17 million to his former business partners Sleek Audio and $6 million to Rick Ross’ baby mama after she scored a judgment against the rapper for leaking her sex tape online. Before the plan was OK’d, 50 Cent had attempted to continue on with his legal battle with Rick Ross’ baby mama. He believed the $7 million judgment was excessive and wanted to drag Rick Ross into the case. 50 Cent said that his archenemy should be found liable for a portion of the judgment due to him allegedly being to blame for the leak. He also said the emotional distress claim by Lastonia – which she was awarded $500,000 for in the jury decision – wasn’t legit and wanted it thrown out. It appeared all their issues were settle once the judge signed off on the repayment plan where he was to cough up $6 million to Lastonia. But now it looks like things didn’t go that smoothly, and Lastonia has asked the bankruptcy judge help her force the rapper to follow their deal and him pay her the millions. She explained in her court documents that the deal she signed with 50 states both parties are to dismiss the sex tape legal battle in New York Supreme Court following the execution of the agreement. However, she says that she has repeatedly sought the cooperation of 50 Cent to dismiss the New York suit but he refuses because he wants to pursue a claim against Rick Ross in that legal battle, in hopes the court will find him liable for a portion of the $7 million awarded to Lastonia. She is furious that the rapper won’t follow his end of the deal and says nowhere in their agreement did it state he could pursue claims against Ross. Lastonia is pleading with the judge to order 50 Cent to dismiss the New York sex tape case and to cough up the $6 million per his plan.

Woman Says Derrick Rose And Two Friends Raped Her When She Was Passed Out The woman accusing Derrick Rose and his two friends of gang rape has described the alleged incident in horrid detail in newly filed court documents. The alleged victim said she woke up vomiting in her bed and then noticed one of the NBA star’s friends was inside of her – despite the three men claiming the sex was entirely consensual. The unnamed woman filed a $21 million federal civil suit against Rose and his friends Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton because she said they drugged her then took turns raping her in her apartment in 2013. The NBA star fired back at the lawsuit saying it was nothing more than a shameless money grab. Rose denied all allegations that he raped his ex-girlfriend and said she gave him and his buddies consent to have sex. Rose claimed that the woman was only upset with him due to her not being reimbursed for sex toys used during the night in question. He said that once he started ignoring her texts that she became even angrier with him. Rose demanded the entire suit be thrown out and the woman not be awarded a dime. The suit is in the discovery phase with both parties taking depositions and exchanging documents preparing for the upcoming trial later this year. According to docs filed on August 4th, Jane Doe describes in detail the alleged rape she endured during a deposition under oath. When asked about the sexual interaction with Rose at her apartment she recalls, “He was standing right on the edge of my bed and he was dragging me to the edge of the bed. And I remember him pulling his pants down. As I was trying to get off the bed, I remember him like penetrating me. And I just kept on trying to roll off the bed. I was – didn’t want to like – anything to happen, so I was trying to roll off the bed.”

Michael Jai White Michael Jai White Talks “The Vigilante Diaries” Michael Jai White’s newest film, The Vigilante Diaries , hits Theaters and VOD today. We caught up with the action star to talk more about the film, his path in the industry, and what’s on the horizon for him as he steps into directing: Tell us about your character in the film, Barrington: He’s a chessmaster. A rougue CIA agent pulling a lot of strings, to the point where you can’t tell if he’s good guy or bad guy. This one is a dark action/comedy — there’s no political statements, not one to sit and wrack your brain over. Just a fun movie to sit back and crack open a beer and enjoy. What was it about the script that drew you to this role? I actually never got a script. The movie done before I was involved. It started out as a web series and after some success went on to the studio for production. The movie was done and my character wasn’t even included at first. They interwove my character into the story. There were times I actually acted against people who had already been filmed a year ahead of time. Now, llooking at the film it worked. It’s a Tatantino-esque action/comedy romp. Shot at various locations in Lodon, Armeia, involves the Mexican cartels, mercenaries all of that. So, there were a lot of different flavores they wanted to add to the story. It wasn’t just me. Even while I was involved other actors became involved later in the game as well, like Danny Trejo, for instance. Even though action is what you’re known for, we’ve seen you foray into more drama and comedy with Why Did I get Married , Real Husbands of Hollywood , etc….do you still prefer the action roles now that you’ve gotten more of a taste for something different? Action AND comedy are actually my thing. If you lay out my career, I’ve actually done more comedy than action. Action tends to be the thing that gets me more attention – it’s more universal and more unique for an actor, since there are fewer people out here kicking people in the head. Initially, I didn’t want to do martial arts or action until I got established as an actor, so a lot of the movies I’ve done were just pure acting. I wanted to establish longevity in the industry. So what’s up next? We know you’ve got Chocolate City 2 coming later in the year… Yes! I’ve also just directed my first film. It’s called Never Back Down: No Surrender . Thankfully, it’s gotten rave reviews. I’ve gotten a lot of people tell me they’ve watched it multiple times in a day, critics have been loving it, Sony, the producers love it. The production company was so excited they offered me another starring role right after it. So it was a really great experience for me. I put a lot of what I know into the movie – comedy action. But in the end it’s more about love and friendship — not just MMA fight moves. I also have a film coming soon called Cops and Robbers with Rampage Johhnson who’s in Vigilante Diaries as well playing my brother, and my real wife Gillian actually plays my wife in the movie. It’s an action/thriller and I can’t wait for everyone to see it.
