Jaden Smith’s Association With Sara Snyder Is Causing Rifts In The Smith Household? Photos of Jaden Smith’s boo-thang Sarah Snyder popping pills and posing in front of sizzurp are floating around social media and Will & Jada are not having it! The couple have allegedly checked Jaden about his girlfriend’s habit and having her around. We hope he takes their advice. Here’s the story from the National Enquirer reports via RWS . Will Smith’s 17-year-old son, Jaden is in the middle of a shocking drug scandal! “The karate Kid” star’s cradle-robbing squeeze, 20-year-old Sarah Snyder, was caught on tape snorting a white “mystery powder” in an alarming video obtained by The National Enquirer! On the damning clip, leaked by one of Sarah’s “pals,” the pretty blonde looked into the camera, bent down and used a $1 bill to inhale a white substance laid out in a line! A voice in the background is heard laughing and saying, “Say no to drugs!” Sarah then looked directly into the camera and shrugged as the off-camera voice added: “That was cocaine, by the way!” The video has sparked a big rift in the Smith household, sources said, with Will and wife Jada Pinkett Smith blasting their son for hanging out with Sarah who’s had a few brushes with the law.
Former Atlanta Hawks Baller Had Just $62 In Bank Account Former NBA player DeShawn Stevenson is refusing to cough up more than $384,000 to American Express for unpaid credit card bills – and now the company is on the hunt for his bank accounts. American Express Centurion Bank sued Stevenson back in March 2014 in Florida’s Orange County Circuil Court. The bank accused the ex-NBA star of breaching the agreement he had with them over his line of credit. The American Express Centurion card – aka the exclusive members only Black Card – is issued to cardholders who have a certain net worth and spend more than the average cardholder. DeShawn, 35, famously posted a photo of him on social media holding the exclusive Black Card back in 2008. However, it appears the free agent blew off his credit card bills with American Express, which then sued him for breaching their deal. The former Atlanta Hawks player also decided to blow off the lawsuit and never responded to the allegations he owed the credit card company money. As a result, the judge in the case granted a default judgment for $384,000.82 against DeShawn last May. Then last month, American Express headed back to court demanding the judge help them collect on the former NBA star’s six figure debt to them. Bank officials explained that that DeShawn hasn’t paid a dime on the judgment. American Express pleaded with the judge to allow it to issue a writ of garnishment against the NBA star’s bank account to collect on their money. The Florida judge signed off on the motion and allowed the company to subpoena Bank of America’s records for DeShawn’s account. The bank then responded by informing the court they only had $62.09 of his cash and plan on handing it over American Express to put a small dent in the $384,000 judgment. The credit card company will now be on the hunt for other banks or credit unions where DeShawn keeps his cash so they can get their money.
Accuser Said Derrick Rose Is Trying To Intimidate Her In Rape Case The woman suing Derrick Rose for rape said his bid to grill her parents under oath was his latest attempt to intimidate her into dropping her $21 million lawsuit against him. Lawyers for Rose filed a motion to force the unnamed accuser’s parents to give testimony as part of the rape case about his accuser’s state of mind and other issues, including the “traditional, religious” upbringing she referenced in her lawsuit against him. Rose claimed he served both the woman’s mother and father with deposition subpoenas but they failed to show up on March 23rd in Stockton, Ca. He demanded the court order the accuser’s parents to sit down and be grilled under oath during a deposition in the case. But earlier this week, the woman blasted Rose’s attempt to force her parents to answer questions about the alleged rape. The accuser’s lawyer, Brandon Anand, explained in court papers that Rose has been repeatedly informed that her parents don’t have any knowledge about the alleged sexual assault. Further, Anand said in court docs that the testimony about her religion that Rose is trying to get from her parents violates federal right of privacy laws.

For your listening pleasure… Tobias Truvillion Dishes On ‘Empire’ If you’ve been watching “Empire” season 2 then Tobias Truvillion is a familiar face. On today’s episode of “Don’t Be Scared” the actor known for roles in “One Life To Live” and “Hitch” breaks down the character development behind his role as D-Major, the down-low music exec that’s Jamal’s love interest. Truvillion recently sat down with Danni and Jah to breakdown how the landed role and to sound off on Wednesday’s dramatic finale. On how he landed the role: “I had been running around doing films here in Atlanta and in D.C. and running around doing the stuff I do with the youth and I was sitting in the house like ‘damn I’m still broke! This is killing me right now.’ So I said I’m gonna go to the gym and work it off because I didn’t want to sing the blues. I come out the gym and I got a phone call saying ‘hey we like your work and we want you to think about this role that we have.’ One minute I was like ‘damn what’s going on’ and the next minute I’m being offered a role on a hit television show. Never give up, your breakthrough’s just around the corner.” On being a straight man portraying a down-low man: [They told me] This guy is on the down-low, how do you feel about it? They wanted to know I felt about it. I talked to my wife and my team and after talking to them I was like ‘yeah, I’m gonna go do this work.[…] People that know me who are close to me or have been following my career they know my pedigree. Those people see me and they’re like ‘Tob, another notch on the belt..this is what he’s supposed to be doing. At the same time I’m being introduced to a whole new audience who might know my face and not know my name and there’s a whole group of people who’ve never seen me at all. The response who don’t know me or did follow me is a lot of respect. It’s been a range of respect, a range of ‘oh my god get this outta my face.’ We’re stirring up conversation here, I wanna do work that people wanna talk about and want to do stories that are pushing the envelope. On criticism he’s gotten over playing D-Major: “I do a lot of work with the youth, one of the main things that’s so important to me is that—for me to even do a role like this, when I’m working with the kids I tell them that anything’s possible. Taking on a role and acting and being on Empire is wonderful but that’s what really drives me, bringing up the people with you. I might have to play character like D-Major but it’s easy when I have that little young man who doesn’t have a father or a positive heterosexual male to look up to or talk to. It’s important that people know that people judge and have stuff to say but some of the work that you don’t see is the give-back and how I pay it forward. You got all that stuff to say, go mentor a young man or young woman and then come see me.” Listen to Tobias Truvillion on “Don’t Be Scared” below. @BossipDBS @HipHopObama @DanniCanada @DavidDTSS @Tobias411
Get To Know Teedra Moses After an intense Atlanta show Teedra Moses carved out time to chat with BOSSIP about her confidence as an unapologetic grown as s***” songstress. “It’s not something distinctively new that I’m trying to give out, I think I’m just confident now,” said Moses. “I’m just like ‘yo this is what it is’. I’m not trying to win you over rather than I’m welcoming you. You’re invited. If you come, you come,if you don’t, nobody’s mad. [It’s] kiind of like a level of confidence that I didn’t have when I started because it was new. Now I’m just grown as sh*t and I’m very secure in who I am and what I’m representing and that lane that that is. I’m not trying to jump in anybody else’s lane. So I think at this point it’s just a little bit more solid.” It’s clear when she’s on stage that she is indeed solid in her craft, even through what she admittedly states was a turbulent show. That however didn’t stop her talent and the genuineness of her music from shining. “Really it was a bit of a mess, a lot of the behind the scenes things were really falling apart,” Teedra told BOSSIP. “But when I get on stage I don’t really think about that. I think about the connection with the people. It doesn’t really matter what’s going on behind me. I don’t concern myself with that when I get on stage. I really want to make somebody feel good because they didn’t come here for my problems, they came here to get away from their own.” Her diverse fanbase reflects this notion of authenticity and Teedra is never surprised by who she finds singing along to her music because her honesty attracts a broad range of different people. “From the beginning there’s been such a broad range. Like you have ratchet girls with gold teeth and tattoos, lawyers, doctors, stush girls that don’t wanna show their stush side. Tough guys, to gay guys singing along. White; black. Every time I do a show in New York there’s a group of people who come from Paris, I’m never surprised. It’s very hard for me to be surprised. Because what I’ve learned is that if you make music from an honest place, it honestly can reach anybody. There’s no face to it.” The New Orleans native gives a nod to her hometown for adding that sense of honesty to her sound. See how she says the city affected her musical growth on the next page.
K.Michelle Misses Promotional Appearances In D.C. K.Michelle has been promoting her new album “More Issues Than Vogue” and living up to the title during the ENTIRE promo tour, beginning with her attack on Angela Yee at “The Breakfast Club” last week and continuing with a cryfest over drug abuse on “Sway In The Morning” … But the real letdowns have happened this week, one radio jock gave Bossip an exclusive on her experience with the Atlantic Records songstress describing her as “Awful. She had a terrible attitude, she didn’t want to talk, she came with no makeup and didn’t want to be filmed or take photos. She’s the one who has an album out.” But it gets worse — at least she showed up for those interviews… Lil Mo went HAM on the ‘gram after K couldn’t be bothered to make it to a Breakfast with her morning show crew. Here’s more details… Your browser does not support iframes. Via KYSDC reports: While out promoting her new album, singer K. Michelle refused to show up to a planned breakfast with some of her biggest fans in DC and The Fam in the Morning with QuickSilva and Lil Mo. Listeners showed up to Radio One DC and thought it was an April Fool’s joke when informed that their favorite artist was a no-show. Reps say K. Michelle not being able to sleep in a 5-star hotel is what deterred her. Lil Mo and Britt Waters of The Fam run down details of K. Michelle’s excuse and how her “Diva” behavior could be a career killer. Word is K.Michelle blamed that missed event on the label failing to book her at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Apparently she can’t sleep if she’s not at a 5 star hotel. We also hear that K. missed a hosting gig at D.C.’s popular Park nightclub. Rumor has it that the Tennessee singer was a no-show after she went crazy because her driver didn’t have on a tuxedo jacket. Sounds like somebody needs an intervention! Do you think K.Michelle is committing career suicide or is she strong enough to comeback from all of these setbacks?

Bobbi Kristina’s Estate Administrator Sued Pat And Cissy Houston For Refusing To Pay Estate Legal Bills Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt and grandmother have fired back in a lawsuit accusing them of shirking paying the bills on the estate of their late relative. Marion “Pat” Houston and Emily “Cissy” Houston denied that they’ve held up paying Bobbi Kristina’s estate expenses, and said they’re not paying for the estate’s wrongful death lawsuit against bad boy Nick Gordon because they believe it’s a waste of money, and it’s Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, who has the authority to file the wrongful death suit, not the estate administrator, Bedelia Hargrove. The family said in court papers that they never gave the OK for Hargrove to file the suit in the first place. “It is not in the estate’s best interest to pursue the wrongful death claim against Gordon, because the costs of litigation will be prohibitive, the likelihood of obtaining and collecting on a judgment is extremely doubtful, and such an action by Mrs. Hargrove, the administrator, will only serve to deplete the estate,” the Houston’s wrote in their answer to the suit this month in Fulton County, Ga. Superior Court.
