Is Keyshia Cole having Shad’s baby? What about estranged hubby Boobie’s? How about none of the above? Yesterday Fameolous posted claims from an insider that Keyshia is with child due to a tenuous reconciliation with her husband: According to an insider, Keyshia Cole is expecting a child with her husband, Daniel ‘Boobie’ Gibson. We don’t know how long she is in her pregnancy, but she is trying to hide it from the media as long as possible. Keyshia is currently upset with Boobie due to him assaulting her nephew while the two were drinking. We don’t know exactly what went down but the family is ready to kill Boobie, but Keyshia Cole is working everything out with her family and his family. Does this sound like a whole lotta hot mess to you? We had to get to the bottom of this one so we reached out to OUR sources in Keyshia’s camp. Their response: That’s all lies. NOT true at all. Interesting right? We just want Keyshia to get back to making that good love music that put her on the map in the first place. Let’s hope NEITHER of these guys causes her any more grief! BOSSIP Exclusive: Rick Ross Countersues Rapper Over “Mastermind” $2 Mill Legal Battle

Raul Caiz Says Ross Stole His Name Rick Ross fired back in his $2 million battle with an unknown musician over the name “Mastermind,” demanding the case be thrown out and then slapping the man with a counter-suit. Independent hip hop artist and producer Raul Caiz filed a federal lawsuit against Rick Ross, Def Jam Records and Universal Music Group, saying Ross was using a name he’d trademarked and had been using for 17 years to release music. Caiz said he’d had songs played on the radio, one of his tracks was featured in a movie, released tracks and recorded his music using the name “Mastermind.” He said around 2013, Ross, real name William Leonard Roberts, announced his sixth album would be entitled “Mastermind,” and shortly after the rapper began calling himself “Mastermind” in interviews, performances and other people started following suit and calling Ross by the new nickname.

Rapper Denies Abusing “She’s Got Game” Co-Star Priscilla Rainey The Game has mounted a last ditch effort to get out of a $10 million default judgment in his civil sexual battery case. Lawyers for the L.A. rapper asked a judge to set the default judgment aside because plaintiff Priscilla Rainey – his co-star in reality show “She’s Got Game” – never served him, according to facts alleged in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. Rainey sued The Game after she said he abused her last May when she went out on an after-hours date with the rapper after filming the show. The woman said that she went to a local bar in Illinois where The Game was out of control and drunk and high. She said that during the night The Game sexually assaulted her on several occasions, including him forcefully reaching his hand up her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks. The contestant explained she never gave him permission to touch her and she felt degraded by the unwanted touching. A judge Feb. 1 ruled against The Game by default, because he never responded to the lawsuit.

BOSSIP Exclusive: Chris Bosh – My Jobless Baby Mama Is Just After My Money!

Chris Bosh And Ex-Allison Mathis In Court Battle Over “Basketball Wives” Appearance Chris Bosh’s baby mama is a money grubbing leech who hasn’t held a full time job in her entire life – so says the NBA star who has headed back to court in his nasty legal battle with his ex over millions… in her lawsuit demanding he pay damages for getting her fired from “Basketball Wives.” Bosh and baby mama Allison Mathis have been fighting for years in court over their daughter Trinity. The case had gotten so nasty that a Florida judge ripped them apart in court, telling them to stop acting like children and to focus on what is important … their daughter. The two finally reached a settlement agreement in the custody/support battle last year. However, the two are still battling each other in a civil lawsuit. Back in 2011, Bosh sued his Mathis along with “Basketball Wives” production company Shed Media. He claimed that producers and Mathis – who was set to appear on the third season of the show – were going to infringe on his trademark and publicity rights. He demanded the show not be allowed to utter his name and his baby mama not be allowed to film the show. Mathis was eventually dropped from the show prior to the start of production. However, Mathis counter-sued the NBA star claiming he ruined her deal without cause and accused him of lying to the show producers about her having signed a confidentiality clause. A judge later dismissed Bosh’s lawsuit and Mathis’ lawsuit has been pending since 2011, with both parties still battling it out over her claim he made her lose up to $250,000 by interfering with her TV deal. She demanded Bosh be ordered to pay up the money she lost in the deal. Bosh denied he caused her to lose the “Basketball Wives” deal and said he was only looking out for his own interest. Recently, Mathis headed back to court because she believes she is owed a lot more in damages for what Bosh did to her. She filed docs in the lawsuit in which she is requesting she be allowed to change her original complaint to now seek punitive damages – which in Florida can be up to $2 million dollars extra on top of the other damages she may be awarded in her case.

BOSSIP Exclusive: Bankrupt Ex-CSI Star Gary Dourdan Demands $110K Settlement For Beating Ex Erased!

Troubled Star In Bankruptcy Court Ex-CSI star Gary Dourdan is demanding the $110,000 debt he agreed to pay his ex-girlfriend – after accusing him of brutally beating her – be tossed now that he’s bankrupt. Dourdan filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September 2014, stating he had $988,000 in assets and $1.46 million owed to creditors. His assets included $20 cash on hand $1,000 in his savings, one grand in household items, another grand in clothing and a $1,000 watch. His debts include $949,000 on his L.A. home mortgage, more than $200,000 in back taxes, $1,400 to American Express, $626 to Time Warner, $4,368 in fees due to his criminal probation, $2,000 to a Marina Del Rey hospital, more than $2,000 for a storage unit and $130 for a traffic ticket. He lists himself as an actor/musician and makes $11,500 a month but his expenses total $11,302 leaving him only with $198 in leftover cash. Then shortly after he filed the petition, Dourdan’s ex-girlfriend Nicole Cannizzaro headed to court in the bankruptcy and sued the the actor. Back in 2012, Cannizarro sued Dourdan for assault and battery, accusing him of attacking her at his apartment. She said during the attack he punched her in the face and dragged her across the apartment. The ex-girlfriend said the actor beat her so badly that her nose was broken. Continue reading →

Alexander Bradley Claimed Aaron Hernandez Shot Him In The Face Outside A Miami Strip Joint Ex-NFL star Aaron Hernandez finally has some good legal news: he has reached a settlement in the lawsuit accusing him of shooting a man outside a Florida strip club back in 2013. A man named Alexander Bradley sued the convicted murderer three years ago for allegedly shooting him in the face after an altercation at a Miami strip club. The suit explained that while at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami on February 13, 2013, Bradley and Hernandez got into a fight. When both left the club in the same car, Aaron pointed his weapon at Bradley and the gun went off, striking him in the face. The man claimed to have suffered major injuries as a result and lost his right eye. He demanded more than $100,000 in damages. Continue reading →
