Bobbi Kristina’s Estate Administrator Sued Pat And Cissy Houston For Refusing To Pay Estate Legal Bills Bobbi Kristina Brown’s aunt and grandmother have fired back in a lawsuit accusing them of shirking paying the bills on the estate of their late relative. Marion “Pat” Houston and Emily “Cissy” Houston denied that they’ve held up paying Bobbi Kristina’s estate expenses, and said they’re not paying for the estate’s wrongful death lawsuit against bad boy Nick Gordon because they believe it’s a waste of money, and it’s Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, who has the authority to file the wrongful death suit, not the estate administrator, Bedelia Hargrove. The family said in court papers that they never gave the OK for Hargrove to file the suit in the first place. “It is not in the estate’s best interest to pursue the wrongful death claim against Gordon, because the costs of litigation will be prohibitive, the likelihood of obtaining and collecting on a judgment is extremely doubtful, and such an action by Mrs. Hargrove, the administrator, will only serve to deplete the estate,” the Houston’s wrote in their answer to the suit this month in Fulton County, Ga. Superior Court.

Rick Ross Countersues ‘Assaulted’ Groundskeeper—But Why Is 50 Cent Named In The Lawsuit???

Rick Ross Countersues Groundskeeper Jonathan Zamudio Remember when we told you that Rick Ross was arrested for the alleged assault of his groundskeeper Jonathan Zamudio ??? Well Rozay is firing back via his legal team and filing a countersuit for defamation and damages claiming that Zamudio’s lawsuit is nothing more than an extortion attempt. In it, he claims that his accuser was trespassing on his property, had drug paraphernalia and waited hours to call 911 without mentioning any assault or injuries. A statement from Ross’ attorneys reads; “On behalf of Mr. William Roberts we have filed a countersuit that addresses the real perpetrators, Jonathan Zamudio and Leonardo Caceres, and calls for all claims in the August 25th assault/kidnapping civil suit be dropped. At its core, these trumped up allegations lack credible evidence and are an attempt at extorting money from Mr. Roberts—from the 911 call that doesn’t mention an assault or injuries, to the notion that Mr. Roberts kidnapped his accusers, when they were in fact trespassing on his property without permission. And, the mere association between Mr. Roberts’ accusers and Mr. Curtis Jackson, speaks volumes to their lack of credibility and the likelihood of collusion. Mr. Roberts’ reputation has been defamed and his businesses compromised. We will vigorously dispute all of Mr. Zamudio’s and Mr. Cacees’ claims, and aggressively pursue the substantial damages Mr. Roberts has incurred stemming from these false claims by the plaintiffs.”   Rozay is now asking that the charges against him be dropped. Additionally Rick Ross is also naming 50 Cent in the suit and claiming that he “instigated” via the below Instagram post that 50 said was written by his “Power” character Kanaan. “Now you pay,” Fif captioned the photo of him and Ross’ accuser.   Welp! What do YOU think about Rick Ross’ countersuit??? This Jonathan character’s story does sound fishy…

During Tuesday’s installment of Snooki’s Naturally Nicole podcast, the famous host turned her attention to the recent Ashley Madison hack. And addressed the strong possibility that her husband was a client and has been cheating on her? Nope. Snooki made no mention at all of the likelihood that  Jionni LaValle was an Ashley Madison member . Instead, the former Jersey Shore star honed in on the latest Duggar family crisis and posed a question to Anna Duggar. “He called himself a hypocrite, and he said, ‘I’m ashamed of myself,'” Polizzi said of Duggar’s admission that he’s a cheater . “His wife is still standing by him. Like, what the f— is wrong with you? Like, what are you doing?” Earlier this month, hackers infiltrated the Ashley Madison database and released endless amounts of data on those affiliated with the infidelity-themed website. After it came out that Josh Duggar’s credit card was on file, the estranged reality star owned up to a porn addiction and multiple instances of stepping out on his wife. Said Duggar in a statement at the time: “I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him.” Anna Duggar, meanwhile, is yet to respond publicly to her husband’s infidelity. I hate Victoria’s Secret in terms of the evil corporate brand, the shitty product offering, the played out, repetitive creative direction of their photoshoots, but I like their choice in models, even when old an fat, and moms cuz like a good Catholic, they don’t use condoms, but then again who really does. My love for model, carries through into my everyday life. I only talk to tall skinny girls. And the good thing about tall skinny girls, other than them not being fat, is the likelihood that they have done some level of modeling – usually low level because let’s face it they are talking to me. And the nice thing about low level modeling, is that it means titty pics from photoshoots and the nice thing about the internet, and being this good at the internet, you know cuz I work it daily, is that I can easily find that shit…I just need a name. I mean I guess I could just try to sleep with them, instead of stalking them on the internet, for nude pics, but that requires work and I hate work, if I liked worked, I probably would have a job other than stalking pics of babes that I don’t get paid to do….like these pics of Adriana Lima…. I’m glad we took this journey together.

Sinkhole Swallows Florida House; Man Missing

A 37-year-old Florida man is missing after being swallowed by a sinkhole that appeared under his bedroom around 11 p.m. Thursday, an official said. Jeffrey Bush has not been heard from since the hole appeared in his bedroom in Seffner, Fla., near Tampa. Bush is feared to have been killed. Sinkhole in Florida Authorities have said the sinkhole, believed to be up to 30 feet deep, was “seriously unstable.” A 100-foot safety zone was set up around it Friday. Nearby homes were evacuated for fear of a sudden collapse. Jessica Damico, public relations officer for Hillsborough County Fire Department, said Saturday that experts resumed working at the site at 7 a.m. ET. “Right now they are still looking at soil samples and drilling and looking for stability, so they can find the edge of the sinkhole ,” she said from the scene. She said the sinkhole seemed to be about 15 feet deep, or perhaps even more. However she added the actual depth of unstable ground was unclear. Damico said there was still no sign of Jeffrey Bush. “If you look in, it’s about 15 feet and then there’s only sand,” she said, noting that engineers are only using camera equipment to examine the hole. The area is still too unstable for people to go onto. Bill Bracken, the owner of an engineering company called to assess the hole, said he “cannot tell you why it [the house] has not collapsed yet.” He said the earth below is a “very large, very fluid mass.” “This is not your typical sinkhole,” Hillsborough County administrator Mike Merrill added. “This is a chasm. For that reason, we’re being very deliberate.” While some in the neighborhood did not the risks, sinkholes are common in Florida; home insurers are required by law to provide coverage for them. Florida’s geological makeup increases the likelihood of sinkholes, and more than 500 have been reported in Hillsborough County since 1954. A monster 400-foot sinkhole sucked in a house, five sports cars, two businesses, and part of a swimming pool, appearing near Orlando back in 1981. “Envision a piece of Swiss cheese,” Taylor Yarkosky, a sinkhole expert from Brooksville, Fla., told the AP. “Any house in Florida could be in that situation.”

Smoking In Movies May Lead To R Rating Tired of seeing people smoking in movies? Okay, maybe you aren’t but you might not want your kids to see it necessarily. Apparently, Hollyweird is developing a way to keep smoking away from your teenage kids’s faces on the big screen. (Health.com) — Movies that show actors smoking tobacco should automatically earn an R rating in order to minimize copycat smoking among impressionable tweens and teenagers, the authors of a new study suggest. PG-13 films account for nearly two-thirds of the smoking scenes adolescents see on the big screen, according to the two-year study, which surveyed roughly 5,000 children ages 10 to 14 about the movies they’d seen and whether they’d ever tried a cigarette. Smoking in PG-13 films — including background shots and other passing instances — was just as strongly linked with real-world experimentation as the smoking in R-rated films. For every 500 smoking scenes a child saw in PG-13 movies, his or her likelihood of trying cigarettes increased by 49%. The comparable figure for R-rated movies was 33%, a statistically negligible difference. Assigning an R rating to all movies portraying smoking would lower the proportion of kids who try cigarettes at this age by 18%, the authors estimate. (Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult to buy a ticket for an R-rated movie.) This this will work? Or is it just nonsense?

With Maybach Music rapper Meek Mill at his side, Ricky Rozay confirmed that the December 13 release date for his album is subject to change because of the lull in his workflow. “The date is still tentative, December 13. [Because of] my little health situation, I had to postpone a lot of my groundwork,” Ross said. “And I feel like that’s important for artists like myself. “If I wanted to, I’m pretty sure I could still meet that date, but I think for the people, it’s more important [to lay groundwork] for when I get out there and look them in the face and touch them hands,” Ross said, explaining the likelihood of a delay. “We’ve just gotta lay ground for it, and I’mma keep y’all updated.” During his rest and recovery period, Ross had time to link up with Jay-Z for a new track, which is set to appear on God Forgives, I Don’t. “Just expect the biggest collabo we’ve ever made together. It’s just gonna make the project mean that much more,” he said. “Any time me and the Big Homie get together, you know I’m coming with my A-game, ’cause I wanna make sure the homie is impressed with whatever I’m coming to the table with — and he was. Dr. Conrad Murray Defense Witness Finally Puts it Out There: Michael Jackson Killed Himself!

The late Michael Jackson likely helped himself to extra doses of potent drugs while Dr. Conrad Murray’s back was turned and accidentally took his own life. That’s according to the defense’s final witness, who finally came out and said, under oath, the theory that Murray’s defense has been floating for months. Murray’s lawyers long have asserted that Jackson caused his own death , even as the likelihood of such an event has been discredited by the prosecution. Still, White told the jury, in Jackson’s last minutes of consciousness, the insomniac took several pills of the sedative lorezepan, then injected the Propofol. “You think it was a self-injection of propofol between 11:30 and 12?” defense attorney J. Michael Flanagan asked. “In my opinion, yes,” White responded. White, like the prosecution’s star witness, Dr. Steven Shafer, is an anesthesiologist and Propofol expert. The prosecution will cross-examine him next week. After that, it’s up to the jury to determine if there is reasonable doubt to acquit Murray of involuntary manslaughter, or if the prosecution made its case . It goes without saying that Jackson’s family feels they have. Family members have attended trial every day, wasting little time praising the D.A. – or in this case, denying Michael was responsible for his own death. His sister La Toya Jackson Tweeted, after a particularly tense Friday in courty: “MICHAEL DID NOT KILL HIMSELF!!! HE WOULD NEVER DO THAT!!!!” The implication isn’t that he tried to, but point taken. There’s also the question of whether that would absolve Murray of guilt even if it did occur. The state contends it would not, and that he’s guilty anyway. Prosecution witnesses say Murray not only gave too much Propofol, he also failed to properly monitor MJ, botched CPR and waited too long to call 911 . That, along with inconsistencies in Murray’s own timeline of events, plus startling images like the Michael Jackson autopsy photo , could be his undoing.
