Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office Katt Williams Arrested After Allegedly Assaulting Uber Driver According to a report by  The Blast  ,Katt Williams allegedly got into an argument with an Uber driver who had arrived to pick him up and take him over to his scheduled appearance on “Wild ‘N Out”. Katt allegedly put hands on the driver after an argument about transporting the comedian’s dog. He reportedly fled the scene after getting another ride and the Uber driver rushed to the hospital with minor facial injuries. Katt was later found early Saturday and arrested by authorities on an assault charge, in addition to being held for a warrant out of Georgia. He is currently being held at the Multnomah Count Sheriff’s Office and being charged with misdemeanor assault and was given a bail of $2,500.

Rack, Rack City Bih: Birdman Allegedly Working On A $10 Million Settlement With Tyga For Unpaid Royalties

KIKA/WENN.com Tyga Slaps Birdman & Cash Money With $10 Million Lawsuit For Withholding Royalties According to The Blast Birdman is trying to work out a settlement with Tyga for the $10 million lawsuit he filed after leaving Cash Money Records. He is claiming the record label screwed him out of millions of dollars in royalties. Tyga sued Cash Money and Young Money Records earlier the year accusing them of refusing to pay him royalties for his albums “Careless World” and “Hotel California”. The “Taste” rapper sued Birdman for breach of contract and is seeking a total of $10 million in damages. Court documents were filed earlier this month on Birdman’s behalf where Cash Money is asking for an extension to respond to the lawsuit. Birdman acknowledges that his answer was due this week but is requesting until the end of the month to work the issue out. He stated that Tyga has already agreed to the “extension of time to facilitate ongoing settlement discussions.”

One of  Usher ‘s herpes accusers is reconsidering going forward with her $20 million lawsuit after suddenly ditching her attorney in the case … TMZ has learned. Laura Helm ‘s attorney,  Lisa West , filed a motion Thursday to withdraw from the case, saying she could no longer “effectively represent” her client. However, sources connected to Helm tell us what really happened, in plain terms, is Helm fired her lawyer. And the bigger news — we’re told Helm is now uncertain about continuing the legal battle with Usher at all. His attorney has already filed a motion to  dismiss the case  and for now, Helm has until November 5 to respond. READ MORE

Wenn Image Steve Harvey Responds To Ex-Wife’s $60 Million Lawsuit Steve “don’t look me in the eye” Harvey is not going to be giving up the green to his ex easily, if at all. He responded to his ex-wife Mary’ Sheckleford’s lawsuit through his lawyer, according to a Jasmine Brand  report. His attorney released the following statement: Mr. Harvey vehemently denies any allegations set forth in the lawsuit. The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false. We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint. Vigorously. Yesterday, we reported that Mary filed a claim through her “civil rights activist” that says Steve   inflicted irreparable damage on her soul . She also claimed their breakup pushed her to the brink of suicide and into harmful self-medicating. She says Steve took her son, her businesses, and basically her will to live. The two parted ways back in 2005.

Rocko Asks Judge To Set Aside Future’s Tour Earnings Rocko isn’t quite sure that Future won’t eff up the commas he owes him after raking in the cash from his latest tour…so he’s asking a judge to hold his money to the side. If you’ll recall, Rocko filed a $10 million lawsuit against Future for breach of their old contract…and won. Now, Future has a multi-city tour on the way that he’s set to make roughly $5 million from. But Rocko thinks that Future is reckless with cash…and alleges that he’ll be too busy blowing his money on Gucci belts, strippers, and child support payments to make good on the debt he legally owes. According to TMZ , Rocko is asking the judge to set aside some of Future’s “Nobody’s Safe” tour cash in escrow, just to be sure that he can come through with the cash he’s owed. Amber Rose Facing $1 Million Lawsuit Over Ace Of Diamonds Ownership Announcement Many were taken aback when news broke that Amber Rose was now the new owner of famed L.A. strip club Ace Of Diamonds. Was she making THAT much money? Why would the owners sell it? Something just didn’t add up. Well, according to TMZ , the reason it doesn’t add up is because technically Amber doesn’t own the club. She does, however, own a corporation called Ace of Diamonds. Word is that Muva applied for a trademark for the name as well as the well-known acronym “AoD”. The trademark hasn’t been made official quite yet, but Amber felt so sure she would be approved that she went ahead and made her announcement. Thing is, AoD has been a successful business for several years, that might stand in the way of Amber’s trademark approval. But that might be least of her troubles because the actual owners of L.A. best shake junts are suing her for BIG money. TMZ reports state that AoD proprietors want $1 million for slander and have called Amb’s claim “unequivocally false”. Without a solitary f**k to give, Amber says in 90 days her new location will be open for business…on the same poppin’ night as the “real” AoD. Monday. Katt Williams’ Assault And Kidnapping Suit Thrown Out Turns out the comedienne that Katt Williams allegedly slapped up and insulted on tour is being a little greedy. Katt’s lawyers had to tap her on the shoulder and remind her that she’s already been paid for her troubles and is going to need to drop her new case — or else. Via TMZ : Katt Williams is the victim of a serious double-dipper — that’s his reaction to a comedian suing him over an alleged beatdown, because he says he’s already forked over a settlement. TMZ broke the story … Ashima Franklin filed a lawsuit, saying Katt attacked and kidnapped her, but sources close to Katt say her suit is just a repeat of claims she made months ago. We’re told Ashima accepted a “small amount” of cash to squash the drama, and even signed a settlement agreement. Apparently, her lawyer didn’t get that memo … and went ahead and filed a $3 million lawsuit for her. Obviously, Katt’s attorneys sent Ashima’s lawyer the previous agreement, so she’s dismissed the suit. WELP. If she took the small amount she can’t go seeking more after finding out Katt has some batsh*t crazy tendencies. BOSSIP Exclusive: Ex-NBA Star DeShawn Stevenson’s Bank Account Seized Over $400K Credit Card Debt

Former Atlanta Hawks Baller Had Just $62 In Bank Account Former NBA player DeShawn Stevenson is refusing to cough up more than $384,000 to American Express for unpaid credit card bills – and now the company is on the hunt for his bank accounts. American Express Centurion Bank sued Stevenson back in March 2014 in Florida’s Orange County Circuil Court. The bank accused the ex-NBA star of breaching the agreement he had with them over his line of credit. The American Express Centurion card – aka the exclusive members only Black Card – is issued to cardholders who have a certain net worth and spend more than the average cardholder. DeShawn, 35, famously posted a photo of him on social media holding the exclusive Black Card back in 2008. However, it appears the free agent blew off his credit card bills with American Express, which then sued him for breaching their deal. The former Atlanta Hawks player also decided to blow off the lawsuit and never responded to the allegations he owed the credit card company money. As a result, the judge in the case granted a default judgment for $384,000.82 against DeShawn last May. Then last month, American Express headed back to court demanding the judge help them collect on the former NBA star’s six figure debt to them. Bank officials explained that that DeShawn hasn’t paid a dime on the judgment. American Express pleaded with the judge to allow it to issue a writ of garnishment against the NBA star’s bank account to collect on their money. The Florida judge signed off on the motion and allowed the company to subpoena Bank of America’s records for DeShawn’s account. The bank then responded by informing the court they only had $62.09 of his cash and plan on handing it over American Express to put a small dent in the $384,000 judgment. The credit card company will now be on the hunt for other banks or credit unions where DeShawn keeps his cash so they can get their money.
