BOSSIP Exclusive: Derrick Rose’s Rape Accuser Says Baller Is Trying To Intimidate Her

Accuser Said Derrick Rose Is Trying To Intimidate Her In Rape Case The woman suing Derrick Rose for rape said his bid to grill her parents under oath was his latest attempt to intimidate her into dropping her $21 million lawsuit against him. Lawyers for Rose filed a motion to force the unnamed accuser’s parents to give testimony as part of the rape case about his accuser’s state of mind and other issues, including the “traditional, religious” upbringing she referenced in her lawsuit against him. Rose claimed he served both the woman’s mother and father with deposition subpoenas but they failed to show up on March 23rd in Stockton, Ca. He demanded the court order the accuser’s parents to sit down and be grilled under oath during a deposition in the case. But earlier this week, the woman blasted Rose’s attempt to force her parents to answer questions about the alleged rape. The accuser’s lawyer, Brandon Anand, explained in court papers that Rose has been repeatedly informed that her parents don’t have any knowledge about the alleged sexual assault. Further, Anand said in court docs that the testimony about her religion that Rose is trying to get from her parents violates federal right of privacy laws.

Erin Andrews SHUTS DOWN Taxi Driver Trying to Film Her!

If you've heard anything about Erin Andrews in the past month, you'd know that she's likely to be a little sensitive about randos trying to film her. But that didn't stop this taxi driver at LAX, who whipped out his camera phone to get some footage of the Dancing With the Stars host rolling her luggage. Andrews made headlines earlier this month after she won a $55 million lawsuit against Marriott and stalker Michael David Barrett, who surreptitiously filmed her through a peephole in her hotel room. In this video from TMZ , Andrews maintains her composure as she's followed by paparazzi and the cab driver, blowing off questions about Von Miller farting too much on DWTS . “What's the taxi guy doing?” Andrews asks the pap. “Are you guys paying him?” She appears to be in good spirits, but when cab captain offers her a car, she makes her discomfort clear. “I don't wanna go with him, though,” she says, pointing at the driver who was filming her. OH SNAP. Andrews then gets in a taxi with a non-filming cabbie, and the first driver seems nonplussed. “She don't like me,” he tells the paparazzo. “She doesn't like the taxi drivers filming her,” explains the pap. Sorry, dude, your invasion of privacy just cost you a fare. Watch below:

BOSSIP Exclusive: Scott Storch Back On Drugs, Ex-Biz Partners Allege In $4 Million Suit

Storch’s Drug Abuse Claims Part Of $4 Million Lawsuit For Breach Of Contract And Fraud Scott Storch has allegedly botched his comeback by falling off the wagon and weaseling out of a deal that was supposed to mark his return. That’s according to Storch’s former business partners Brad and Seth Cohen, who made the claims in a fraud and breach of contract lawsuit that accuses the prolific producer of backing out of an agreement to make hits exclusively for their company, CCS Music Group. The suit, filed New Year’s Eve 2015 in U.S. District Court in Fort Lauderdale, explained that Storch got hooked on his drug of choice – cocaine – back in 2006, and his three-year addiction helped fuel a $30 million spending spree, and resulted in an arrest for coke possession in 2012. Last June, Storch filed for bankruptcy, listing assets of $3,600 and debts of $4.4 million. The Cohen brothers said they agreed to help Storch make a comeback by forming a company, CCS Music Group, where Storch would produce music and the Cohens would own and sell it. They inked the deal last June, and Storch agreed to transfer his music publishing rights and let the company use his name and likeness to promote the music. The brothers said they sunk more than $1 million into the company and paid Storch’s rent and a weekly salary. The Cohens also leased a Rolls Royce Ghost for Storch and the men agreed that the car would be taken away if Storch failed a drug test. Last month, the Cohens discovered that Storch had fallen off the wagon and was again using drugs, the suit alleged. When the men demanded the Rolls Royce back, Storch told them he wasn’t going to work with them anymore, and instead began making music for Florence Mirsky – who is also named as a defendant in the suit. Storch’s lawyer later fired off a letter to CCS Music, banning the company from accessing the music Storch made or even communicating with him.

BOSSIP Exclusive: Author Sues Lee Daniels For $600 Mill – Says “Empire” Was His Idea!!

Romanus Castro Filed $600 Million Lawsuit Against Lee Daniels Over “Empire” Idea Lee Daniels is keeping his lawyers busy this year … having been sued by numerous writers accusing him of stealing their idea for “Empire” … and now another writer has slapped the director with a $600 million dollar suit blasting him for saying he created the hit FOX show himself. A man named Romanus Castro has filed a federal lawsuit against Fox Network, Lee Daniels, Danny Strong and the production companies behind the “Empire” accusing them of stealing his work to create the hit show. The man says that he wrote an original screenplay entitled “The Summit of Beauty of Love.” The story follows a music journalist who falls in love with a musician who is schizophrenic. He says in 2003 he shopped the story around town to various people but never received a response. Castro lays out how similar his story and “Empire” are in the court documents. The author explains that his characters are from Philadelphia like the Lyon family, he says his characters are identical to Cookie, Lucious and the other main characters in Empire – along with them all having a very similar story-line throughout the works. He also claims that several key moments in his book were straight up copied in the first season of the FOX show. Lastly, both works have the main son character coming out as gay. Castro says that his book laid the groundwork for Empire without his consent or compensation. He says he’s furious that Daniels and Strong claimed they created Empire independently because they didn’t. He has filed suit against Lee Daniels, Danny Strong, FOX and the other producers for $600 million dollars in damages for stealing his work.

Jill & Jessa Duggar Spinoff Series Prompts TLC Boycott!

Nearly five months after TLC canceled 19 Kids and Counting , the Duggar clan is set to return to TV. Of course, the scandal-plagued Josh won’t be along for the ride this time, as the network is launching a spinoff series about Jill and Jessa Duggar and their lives as newly-married moms. But some former fans believe that even without Josh, the family simply has no place on TV. A Facebook page called “Take the Pledge to Boycott All Discovery Channels” is encouraging users to protest the return of the Duggars by refusing to tune into any properties owned by Discovery Communications, which includes TLC, the Discovery Channel, OWN, and several other networks. “Take the pledge on Dec 13, 20, and 27, 2015,” the group wrote on Facebook yesterday. “Join us in boycotting all Discovery network channels for the one hour they are airing the TLC show ‘Jill & Jessa Counting On’ 8/7 c. This family minimized childhood sexual abuse showing victims they do not matter.” The group believes that by essentially sweeping Josh Duggar’s molestation of five young girls under the carpet, TLC is sending the message that ratings are more important than the trauma endured by young victims of sexual abuse. Currently, Jill and Jessa: Counting On is scheduled for a three-week run in December. However, network insiders say that if the show is successful, TLC will offer the girls a contract for a full season. Social media campaigns have proved devastating to the Duggars in the past, as an online group called “No More Duggars” effectively convinced several sponsors to back away from 19 Kids and Counting .  Since launching just three days ago, “Take the Pledge to Boycott All Discovery Channels” has amassed several hundred followers. Justin Bieber Bests One Direction: HE’S Number-One!

Justin Bieber has taken down One Direction. Both the artist and the attractive quartet of Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Tomlinson and Liam Payne released new studio albums on Friday, November 13. But that’s where the similarities come to an end. Because Bieber pretty much blew his cute competition out of the water. By selling 522,000 albums in one week, “Purpose” joins “My World 2.0,” “Under The Mistletoe,” “Never Say Never: The Remixes,” “Believe” and “Believe Acoustic” as top-selling records for Bieber. This figure also makes “Purpose” the most popular album of 2015; the most popular in general since Taylor Swift’s “1989” last October; and the most popular since Eminem came out with an album in 2013. “OUR WORK IS DONE HERE,” Bieber’s manager, Scotter Braun, wrote on Instagram on Friday, adding: “#1 album #PURPOSE @justinbieber @sb_projects People stopped believing. We didn’t. Like I said…we love being the underdog. “Thanks for believing with us and believing in him. Congrats Jb. That’s one amazing album. Welcome back.” One Direction, meanwhile, sold 402,000 albums. Which is far from shabby. Both Bieber and One Direction had their moments at the American Music Awards on Sunday night: The former closed the ceremony with a medley of hits ; while One Direction won Best Artist for the second year in a row. With Styles and company now taking a one or maybe even two-year hiatus, it doesn’t look like this feud will have very many legs in the weeks and months ahead. But when One Direction returns in 2017 or 2018? Look out, Justin! They’ll be coming for their musical revenge! View Slideshow: 17 Shocking Justin Bieber Facts
