Wednesday night’s Top Chef Season 12 Episode 4 saw the Boston-based gang go for broke once again, while a pair of famous faces stopped by the set: Emmy Rossum and George Wendt! Rossum threw the aspiring culinary curators a curve, meanwhile, as the 28-year-old Shameless stunner revealed the unthinkable as a guest judge: She eats a gluten-free diet. That required the chefs to make some adjustments, to put it mildly, while Top Chef Masters veteran Michael Schlow also made an appearance. Why? Khloe Kardashian: Posts Booty-ful Lingerie Photo to Celebrate 14 MILLION Instagram Followers!

It’s been a tough few months for Khloe Kardashian. First she dumped French Montana , presumably after learning he cheated on with every chick he laid eyes on. Then she attempted to divorce Lamar Odom (finally) but apparently hasn’t been able to locate the dude. Fortunately, KK has a productive way of dealing with stress: Based on the photos she’s been posting, Khloe hits the gym every day . So naturally when it came time to mark the occasion of reaching 14 million (!) Instagram followers she decided to celebrate by showing the world that all that hard work has paid off: Khloe’s unlikely to win any feminist fans by captioning the pic “#THOT” (Internet slang for “that hoe over there”), but the shot itself should certainly gain her more male followers. Khloe even blurred out the rest of the pic to ensure that all eyes are on her famous Kardashian asset. There’s been rumors that  Khloe is suffering from an eating disorder , but she certainly looks healthy to us. Perhaps even more importantly, despite all the break-ups and drama of the past year, it certainly looks as though Khloe isn’t suffering from any self-esteem issues. Thomas Menino Dies: Beloved Boston Mayor Was 71

Thomas M. Menino – the longest-serving mayor in the history of the city of Boston – died today at the age of 71. Menino was elected to his post back in 1993. He retired earlier this year after overseeing a decades-long urban renewal project that revitalized the appearance and identity of the city in which he was born and raised. Just two months after stepping down in January of 2014, Menino announced that he was battling an advanced form of cancer that had spread to his liver and lymph nodes. Menino’s most notable achievement in recent years may have been serving as a source of strength and guidance for frightened citizens in the wake of the Boston marathon bombing of 2013. “Bold, big-hearted, and Boston strong, Tom was the embodiment of the city he loved and led for more than two decades,” said President Obama in a statement issued earlier today. “As Boston’s longest-serving mayor, Tom helped mane his hometown the vibrant, welcoming, world-class place it is today. His legacy lives on in every neighborhood he helped revitalize, every school he helped turn around, and every neighborhood he helped make a safer, better place to live.” Menino leaves behind his wife Angela, as well as two children and six grandchildren. Should Muslims be profiled?? Fox News Host Says Muslims Should Be Profiled For what was deemed the “most controversial” topic ever discussed on Fox ’s Cashin’ In, all the guests seemed to agree: It’s time to start profiling Muslims in America. Via Raw Story reports: “While the administration buries its head in the sand,” host Eric Bolling said of alleged jihadist recruitment in the United States, “we know how to find terrorists among us: Profile, profile, profile.” M*A*S*H star-turned-investor Wayne Rogers agreed: “There’s no other way. You’ve got to do it. It’s stupid not to.” Co-panelist Jonathan Hoenig seconded the motion, perhaps going a bit further: We should have been profiling on September 12, 2001. Let’s take a trip down memory lane here: The last war this country won, we put Japanese-Americans in internment camps, we dropped nuclear bombs on residential city centers. So, yes, profiling would be at least a good start. It’s not on skin color, however, it’s on ideology: Muslim, Islamists, jihadist. That’s a good start but it’s only a start. We need to stop giving Korans to Gitmo prisoners, we need to stop having Ramadan and Iftar celebrations in the White House. We need to stop saying the enemy is not Islamic. They are. Bolling then rattled off historical terrorist attacks: The 1983 Beirut barracks bombing, the 1988 Pan Am Flight 103 bombing, the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, the 9/11 attacks, and the Boston Marathon bombing. The “common thread” he found? “Muslim males.” And so: “Is it okay to say it’s time to start profiling Muslim males? I say, yes, it is.” Newly-minted Fox contributor Michelle Fields also concurred: We don’t have a problem with extreme Buddhists. We have a problem with extreme Muslims; to ignore that is not fair. This is to protect all Americans: Christian and Muslim Americans, everyone. Because they pose a danger to all of us. And if you’re a Muslim who’s going to Syria, yes, you should be tracked. We should know what you’re doing there, why you’re going there. I don’t think that that’s irresponsible. Do you think Muslims should be profiled???

Avicii Concert Leaves Dozens Hospitalized in Boston

Avicii’s show at the TD Garden in Boston, Mass., took a scary turn Wednesday night when at least 36 fans of the Swedish DJ were taken to the hospital. A “Level 2 Mass Casualty” incident was declared, but there were no fatalities, and better yet, reports indicate all of the injuries were minor to moderate. Dozens Hospitalized During Avicii Concert EMS workers told the Boston Globe that over 50 people were treated at the scene, and 36 were hospitalized for dehydration, drug, and alcohol issues. The ages of the victims ranged from 16 to 25. “You couldn’t breathe if you were on the floor,” concertgoer Mike Santostefano told the Globe of the show, adding “It was the best and worst time ever.” That about sums up an Avicii concert. Mike added that he saw several people who “couldn’t handle themselves,” possibly because “people who don’t do drugs come here and do drugs.” Another fan, Roisin Saratonion, said, “You get really hot in there and you just pass out . You couldn’t breathe. It was claustrophobic. People get dehydrated.” Following the show, the 24-year-old electronic music producer and performer, a breakout star in the genre this year, tweeted his concerns for fans. He writes, “Just hearing the awful news abt tonight. Its a terrible thing, I rly hope everyone is ok! Jeremy Meeks’ Wife: PISSED at Husband, Media Mug Shot Frenzy!

The wife of Hot Mug Shot Guy Jeremy Meeks, is not amused by all the excitement surrounding her recently arrested husband’s ridiculously good looks. Most likely because they have a kid and he’s being held on $1 million bail? Jeremy Meeks Interview “I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t see her at all in the cameras, because she’s upset,” Simone Johnson, a friend of Meeks’ wife, told CBS13 Sacramento. “She’s totally furious. Her man is in there and people are taking it as a joke, thinking it’s funny talking about his looks, saying all kinds of crazy things.” Jeremy Meeks , 30, was arrested with four other men on June 18 during a joint law enforcement gang sweep, and was arraigned on 11 felony counts. The charges are related to firearm possession, street gang membership, and violating probation. It could be awhile before Hot Mug Shot Guy gets out. The convicted felon, a married dad to a 3-year-old son who works in a warehouse, says he’s a good person and a hard worker despite his gang past. He’s got the Crip and teardrop tattoos to prove his street affiliations, and once served time for grand theft, yet he insists this is not who he is anymore. “Well I appreciate [the attention],” he said in an interview from jail last week, “But I just want them to know that this is really not me, I’m not some kingpin.” He did not address the current charges against him specifically; his mother says he is being profiled due to his old tattoos and believes he is innocent. Stockton PD spokesperson Joseph Silva painted a different picture, however, calling Meeks “one of the most violent criminals in the Stockton area.” Meeks, who has been offered modeling jobs (seriously) as a result of his 15 minutes of viral fame, will be back in court for his arraignment June 27. Eliza Dushku and Rick Fox: It’s Over!

Eliza Dushku and Rick Fox began dating in late 2009. They were regarded by many as one of Hollywood’s most random couples and now it seems that after nearly five years of dating Eliza has bid farewell not only to Fox but to the entire West Coast. Dushku has returned home to her native Boston in order to go to school, and based on comments she recently made to The Boston Globe , the 33-year-old actress may have split with Fox simply because he wasn’t willing to join her back East.  “Rick’s an LA guy and I’m a Boston girl,” Dushku told the newspaper  in a remarkably candid interview. “I’d rather be a little physically cold here than emotionally cold in LA. I missed my town and I missed my family.” Dushku says she doesn’t yet know where she wants to go to school or what she’d like to study, but she does know that she’s weirdly psyched that her new condo has a basement. “Nobody in LA has a basement!” Dushku told the Globe. “They all have the obligatory storage spaces in the Valley.” In other news: we imagine Rick Fox is pretty bummed to hear that he got dumped for a basement.  Celebrity Break-Ups of 2014 1.
