Playing both himself and his alter ego, Hndrxx, the “56 Nights” rapper muses on the style differences between his two distinct personas. 90 Day Fiance star Steven Frend was hospitalized earlier this month after a serious accident and a spinal injury. Fortunately, he seems to be making a good recovery, and has taken other steps to work on his health. With a pair of shirtless photos, he’s revealing his recent weight gain and why that’s exactly what he needed. Steven took to Instagram and shared a before pic and an after photo of himself after increasing his weight by about 7.5%. “Let’s face it,” his caption begins. “We all know I was a moody guy.” Moody enough that his tone of voice on 90 Day Fiance set off people’s fight-or-flight response. “Over time I learned about how little I was eating,” he writes. “At the time I did not realize how our eating habits affect our mood as well.” “Olga taught me that we are what we eat,” he expresses. “On the left photo (3 and half months ago) I was 145lbs,” he shares. This is the “before” photo to which he refers. He looks great — but is he healthy? “On the right photo,” Steven writes. “I am (2 weeks ago) I am now 156lbs.” “As of today,” he continues. “I can say how right she was.” Steven affirms that “eating a healthy diet is so good for us in more ways than we think.” Here is the “after” photo. While it’s not a jarring change, we agree that he really does look better. “Flash back to 3 months ago when it all started,” he says. “And I realized all was wrong with my body itself” “In Saint Petersburg,” Steven narrates. “Olga took a photo of me from behind while playing with our son.” “She then showed me the photo,” he continues. “And said ‘Steven look, do you see what I mean?’ I could see my rib outline from my back.” To be clear, he’s not saying that Olga was body-shaming him. She was genuinely concerned for him. As his wife (as opposed to a random social media follower), it’s not inappropriate for her to discuss his health. “At the moment,” Steven reveals. “I realized it’s time for a big change in my lifestyle habits (slowly still realizing).” “As a father and husband,” Steven asserts. “I must be a protector to my family.” This is a little dramatic of him to say. He doesn’t have to fight off wolves in, like, Maryland. “in order for that though,” he continues. “I must pick myself up and push my limits.” “My main goal is to be excellent in Calisthenics,” he shares. “What is Calisthenics?” “Calisthenics,” he quotes. “Is a form of physical training focused on teaching you to master your own bodyweight using minimal equipment.” “For a better understanding,” Steven suggests. “Just look at @dominik_sky his page is amazing as he practices it daily.” He refers to the Instagram page of a super ripped dude who shares plenty of his workouts. “Soon,” Steven announces. “I will be creating workout videos of my progress.” He continues: “but I feel that it’s too soon to do so since I’m still a beginner.” “And,” he acknowledges. “This takes a lot of time and patience.” It’s very wise and healthy that Steven has a sense of perspective that tells him that he’s not yet qualified to give out advice on the subject. That said, we think that plenty of 90 Day Fiance fans would be interested to watch his transformation from twink to twunk in real time. (Note: we’re not making an assertion about Steven’s sexuality; those terms are just very useful bodytype descriptors) He should of course do whatever makes him most comfortable, but his followers might like seeing him just getting started. A source tells In Touch Weekly that Selena has finally addressed the situation and opened up about her feelings. “She’s sent Justin very loving messages of support,” the insider reveals. She is “wishing Justin the best.” The Canadian native tied the knot with the model in a secret ceremony at a Manhattan courthouse in September 2018. And even though we were (artificially) happy for Justin, we couldn’t help but question Selena’s thoughts on the sudden news. She claimed it was to be “more present to the moment,” though many speculated, including Justin that his marriage had caused her to spiral. Kraft fap-aroni and sleaze! As you’ve likely heard by now, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was busted participating in a prostitution ring in — where else? — Jupiter, Florida last week. News of the scandal comes just weeks after the Patriots celebrated their sixth Super Bowl victory. And it seems that for Kraft, at least, future victories just won’t be the same without the ladies of the Asian Orchid massage parlor. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Kraft enjoyed the services of numerous masseuses on the weekend of January 19, 2019. On Saturday, Kraft was chauffeured to Asian Orchid in his blue Bentley. While there, he paid and generously tipped two women, both of whom “took turns manipulating his genitals.” After the women “cleaned [Kraft] up” (ed. note: yeesh), he tipped them each with a crisp $100 bill. The next day, Kraft returned, once again chauffeured in his Bentley. This was an early morning session and he didn’t linger quite as long. After all, Kraft had places to be. After being rubbed and tugged to completion, the Pats owner boarded his private jet for Kansas City, where the Patriots took on the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game, The Pats pulled out a thrilling overtime victory, thus giving Kraft his second happy ending of the day. All of this is extensively detailed in a police report released on Monday: “[Employee] escorted Kraft to a room identified as JPPD Cam 2. There, the two hugged each other and Kraft took off all his clothing, laid face up on the massage table and [employee] hugged him again,” reads one portion of the report. “At approximately 1102hrs. [Employee] began manipulating Kraft’s penis and testicles and then put her head down by his penis. This went on several minutes,” the report continues “After a few minutes, [employee] wiped Kraft in the area of his genitals with a white towel, helped him get dressed and hugged him again. “Kraft gave [employee] one $100 bill plus at least one other unidentifiable bill.” We joke about Kraft’s indecency, but the crimes he’s accused of are actually quite serious. Police allege that Kraft was an active participant in a sex trafficking ring in which women were essentially sold into slavery. Since Kraft could easily afford high-end prostitutes who are in business for themselves, his preference for enslaved foreigners might carry some distressing implications about his character. On paper, NFL owners are bound by the same conduct policy as players — so we’ll see if the NFL is willing to hold a 77-year-old billionaire to the same standards as a 22-year-old recent college grad.

Cops and Clippers is Back! February 21 marked the kick off for the community event titled Clippers and Cops. The community came out to talk face to face with members of the local police force in hopes of gaining understanding and clarity, while building a relationship between the two parties. The event was moderated by Reec Swiney of Hot 107.9 and Ty Dennis(APD ATF Agent) who is also the brainchild of the program. Ruth E. Carter scored her first costume design Oscar nomination in 1993 for Spike Lee’s Malcolm X, and tonight, she made history as the first Black woman to win Best Costume Design. Carter was a crucial part in dressing the entire nation of Wakanda in Black Panther, creating everything from Chadwick Boseman’s suit to the Dora Milaje’s armor. Her award also marks the first Oscar won by Marvel Studios–but only a few minutes later, Marvel and Black Panther racked up another one. Hannah Beachler is not only the first African American ever nominated for the award in production design–but now, she’s the first to win, too. Khloe Kardashian has posted three new messages on Instagram. And she clearly doesn’t care at all at this point about being subtle. Each quote is very obviously directed at Tristan Thompson, Jordyn Woods and the disgusting way they hooked up last week while Tristan was still in a relationship with Khloe. You must know the story by now, right? Kardashian and Thompson were maybe on the outs, but still very much an item this past Sunday night… … when the ever-horny basketball player invited Kylie Jenner’s best friend over to his house, where the two proceeded to flirt and make out (at the minimum), according to multiple sources. Khloe confronted both Thompson and Woods about the alleged spit swap and then finally wised up, kicking Thompson to the curb once and for all. Kardashian then made a public appearance on Wednesday and seemingly hurled some shade at Woods online. But she has left no doubt now that this is exactly what she has done. FIRST, via a passage that seems to be taken from an inspirational calendar of some kind, Khloe has written on her Instagram Story: Don’t let shame keep you from asking for the support you want. Suffering is done in silence, end it with speaking up. Everyone has a dark chapter. Make your shadows go away by shining light on yours. Find the encouragement and the strength needed to face the sun. Remember clouds are always temporary. Believe it gets better. NEXT, she kept things short, simple and pointed by writing: We have to accept that some people are really fucked up and it’s not our job to heal them. Because Khloe stuck with Tristan after his first cheating scandal (which took place while she was pregnant!), it’s safe to assume she’s mostly talking about Thompson here. But the description fits Woods just as well, wouldn’t you say? THIRD, Khloe got all deep and concluded: The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and have found their way out of the depths. These people have an appreciation, a sensitivity and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen. This seems like a terrific attitude for Khloe to take in the face of heartbreak and humiliation. She will hopefully use this to evolve as a person and not to grow ugly or bitter. Thompson, for his part, Tweeted “FAKE NEWS” after this story first went viral. But he then deleted that lame message and has not commented since. Woods, meanwhile, attended the launch party for her fake eyelash brand on Thursday night (yes, this is a thing that exists) and made a reference to the scandal by simply telling those in attendance : “Through everything that’s been going on, you know it’s been real, and Eylure has been super real.” We can understand why Jordyn felt a need to promote this accessory line, however, instead of just hiding out and praying the storm somehow soon passes: Kylie is about to cut her the heck off, if she hasn’t already — and Woods will soon need the money.
