An honor bestowed on her by a bloated Tho, who decided it was time for a new ruler. During Comic Con this weekend, Tessa revealed, not only will Valkyrie appear in Thor: Love and Thunder , she will be looking for love in the same sex, making her Marvel’s first on-screen LGBTQ superhero. “As new king [of Asgard], she needs to find her queen. That will be the first order of business,” Tessa revealed during Marvel Studio’s Hall H panel at Comic-Con . Tessa’s bad a** character Valkyrie is originally bisexual in the comics so it only made sense to have her live-action portrayal match. Tessa confirmed she is bisexual in an earlier interview with NetAPorter.com. “I’m attracted to men and also to women,” she said. During the interview, a few of her comments were taken out of context and led to rumors she was dating Janelle Monae . Ever since Luke Perry’s tragic death from a stoke earlier this year, he’s received a massive outpouring of loving tributes from fans, friends, and family. Luke’s longtime friend Shannen Doherty was one of the many stars who spoke out to honor him . Now Shannen has revealed she’ll make an appearance on Riverdale in an upcoming epsisode that will pay tribute to Luke’s memory. Shannen returned to Instagram on Sunday to share some cute throwback photos from when Shannen and Luke were costars on Beverly Hills 90210 . The caption included with the post revealed that Riverdale would be doing a tribute for Luke in the upcoming season. Shannen also shared that she had been cast in the episode, which she felt did a beautiful job of remembering her late costar. “I am deeply honored to pay tribute to Luke on Riverdale,” Shannen writes. She continues, “The care in which this show takes in honoring his memory is beautiful.” “He is missed,” she added in conclusion, “Today. Tomorrow. Forever.” As Fred Andrews, father of main charater Archie Adrews, Luke played a major role on Riverdale . He appeared in nearly every episode of the hit CW series until his death at age 52. The show will definitely not be the same without Fred’s calm, authoritative presence constantly calling on Archie to make the honest, upright choice. Riverdale will have to make quite an adjustment to make room for Fred’s death in the midst of its over-the-top, fast-moving storyline. After Luke’s death, Fred was missing from the last few episodes of season three, but the show has yet to adress his absence in any way. We don’t yet know what role Shannen Doherty will play on the show, but it’s a safe bet her character will be connected to Luke’s somehow. According to report from Variety , Shannen’s casting was announced at Comic-Con on the same day of her post. During a Comic-Con panel, Riverdale creator Robert Aguirre-Sacasa told fans a bit more about the upcoming tribute. The episode will “reflect Perry’s enduring legacy and the indelible imprint his character” left on the show. He shared that Shannen’s cameo would be a “very emotional” one. It was “something that Luke wanted to happen since season one,” he added. “They were such good friends,” Aguirre-Sacasa said of Shannen and Luke. “When we were putting together this tribute episode,” he explained, “we wanted to make it as special as possible.” “And so,” he went on, “we asked Shannen to do a pivotal, super-emotional role.” “She read the script,” he recounted, “and immediately said ‘Yes.’ It’s very impactful.” Aguirre-Sacasa also took to his Twitter account on Friday to reveal that the episode would be the season four premier. “Probably the most important episode of #Riverdale we’ll do this year,” he tweeted, “if not ever.” He went on to say he was “Thankful for this opportunity to honor Luke & Fred.” The tweet included a photo of the script for the episode, revealing its touching title: “In Memoriam.” We’re absolutely going to miss Luke Perry on Riverdale , but we’re so excited to see him honored on-screen. And we can’t wait to see how the show handles Fred’s passing, or if Shannen’s role kicks the story off in some crazy new direction. Source: Randy Shropshire / Getty Authorities Investigating Vandalization At Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club Jay-Z’s 40/40 staff is on high alert after the club’s front door was vandalized in a possible attempted break-in, TMZ reports. While surveillance footage shows two men hanging around the venue “all week,” authorities don’t feel there’s enough evidence to treat them as suspects. “Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … NYPD took a criminal mischief report over the weekend after the club’s staff called cops and reported someone had jacked up their front door, in what the staff believed to be an attempted break-in,” TMZ states. “ We’re told cops were shown photos of the damaged door, which looked like someone chipped away at it with some sort of instrument. However, officers noted the door had since been fixed.” See a photo of the door here . After reviewing surveillance footage, there wasn’t any clear evidence of a crime being committed, but according to the site, authorities are still going to investigate. Based on what the staff have seen on their OWN cameras, they reportedly feel “strongly” that someone was, in fact, trying to break in to the venue. We’re told the club is in possession of footage that shows two suspicious men hanging out in front of the building Friday afternoon, where one of them appears to come to the door in question … according to the staff who reviewed it, anyway. The alarm didn’t go off. Our 40/40 sources also say that upon further review of more surveillance video, the staff noticed these two guys had been hanging around the club all week, with suspicious vehicles driving by around the same times as well. We’re told the club feels they were staking the place out. Now, it should be pointed out that the two men of concern are NOT suspects in the probe yet, as police didn’t feel there was enough there to list them as such. TMZ goes on to say that the staff is in a “state of worry” and have had “round-the-clock security since Friday because of it.”

The Real Housewive of Atlanta fans will recall that season 11 did not exactly end peacefully . There’s been a schism between the girls ever since the Bye Wig party erupted into a huge fight. And after a tense reunion on Wednesday, drama addicts can rejoice in the knowledge that the bad blood will carry over to season 12 as well. The occasion was housewife Marlo Hampton’s “I am Her” hair event. As is often the case on the Housewives shows, one of the girls holds a promotional event of some kind, and the other cast members show up to give their support. Or at least that’s how it looks on paper. Usually, the event only exists in service of the drama — an upscale backdrop for the girls to trash talk each other while wearing cocktail dresses. That certainly seems to be the case here, as star NeNe Leakes finally reunited with on-screen nemeses Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams. NeNe has been avoiding some of her castmates ever since her epic freakout at the Bye Wig party. As fans will remember, that altercation became fightentingly heated and culminated with NeNe attacking a camera man, who lost part of a tooth. NeNe still has a grudge against Porsha, who instigated that whole fracas by trying to sneak into NeNe’s very off-limits walk-in closet with Kandi Burruss. Nene was also reportedly enraged to learn that Kenya was brought back for another season, after producers fired her for keeping her marriage a secret. Ironically, Kenya might have been kept off the show if NeNe didn’t hate her so much. Apparently, the beef the two women was too much for Bravo to pass up. Since rejoining the group, Kenya has been going out of her way to find a story line for herself. To that end, she made sure to stir up some trouble at the “I am Her” event on Wednesday too. An inside source tells RadarOnline that Kenya attempted to crash the party, bringing her own rival line of hair care products. “Kenya was trying to wage a war with Marlo to cause drama,” the source claims. A tacky move to be sure, but it’s sure to make great TV if the cameras were rolling for this event, and we expect that they were. But despite this perfect receipe for another NeNe vs everyone blowout, sources say NeNe was on her best behavior. “There were no confrontations,” the source told Radar. “And [NeNe] even said hello to Kenya.” That’s some true progress for NeNe, who recently refused to be filmed in any scenes featuring Kenya or Porsha. With that said, it’s best to keep in mind that we all say hello to people we dislike on a regular basis. Sometimes you have to play nice or not play at all. At some point NeNe will have to swallow her pride and interract with her enemies, or she’ll miss out on a ton of screen time. But sources say she’s not quite there yet with Porsha. “Porsha is the only RHOA who said she is not interested in rekindling a friendship with NeNe at all,” the insider claims. This was plainly evident at the “I am Her” event, where NeNe froze Porsha out and the two girls didn’t acknowledge each other at all. So at the end of the night, an olive branch was offered, but plenty of bad blood lives on. We can’t wait to see how it all goes down on the next season of Real Housewives of Atlanta .
