I think we’ve got a new reality show for Bravo. Snoop Dogg met Brandi Glanville when they both appeared as guests on Kocktails With Khloe in January, and the two have been flirting ever since , according to Page Six . Unfortunately, there’s just one little glitch in this unlikely romance, and it’s not because Snoop’s in a permanent couch lock. The reality star reportedly refuses to date the rapper since he’s still legally married to estranged wife Shante Broadus. Glanville, of course, was the victim of infidelity when husband Eddie Cibrian cheated on her with LeAnn Rimes, and the Real Housewife won’t be a party to adultery. However, Glanville shut down rumors of a Snoop Dogg romance at the NBCUniversal Summer Press Day. “No! What? Not true! Never!” said Glanville when asked about the romance. “He’s never asked me out, and I believe he’s married.” “I’m not dating Snoop Dogg and I don’t know why that’s out there!” she reiterated. Mmkay. Sarah Palin is preparing to trade in her parka for a robe. The controversial Conservative, who is no longer a contributor on Fox News , has signed a contract with a production company named Warm Springs with the goal of starring in a Judge Judy-like reality series next year. “It’s a production deal,” a source tells People of Palin’s proposal to preside over a court room. “What happens next is she’ll meet with stations, make a pilot and sell it.” Warm Springs went to Palin with this idea in 2015 and the company has since put together a team that includes the television executive who found Judge Judy and Judge Joe Brown. Both of those individuals were actual judges before they became reality TV stars, of course. Palin is neither a judge nor a lawyer. “Palin’s telegenic personality, wide appeal and common sense wisdom make her a natural for this kind of format and she was Warm Springs’ top pick for this project,” the insider adds. The proposed talk show would debut some time in 2017. At the moment, Palin is in Alaska, caring for her husband Todd. He suffered serious injuries on March in a scary snowmobile accident. According to TMZ, Brandi recently sent a profane text message to ex-castmate Lisa Vanderpump that shocked even those who have seen Brandi at her wine glass-throwing worst. Sources say that Lisa was partying with Lance Bass and other friends at her own Pump restaurant in West Hollywood when she received the jaw-dropping missive from her former friend: “Merry Christmas vanderC–t and yes i am having my moment 🙂 AND it’s amazing!!! How is yours???? hahahahah #karmasabitch Or is it a c–t?? Hahahaha.” Based on the timing of the text, it seems that Brandi was cruelly mocking Lisa over the death of her beloved dog Daddio (the father of Lisa’s other pup, Giggy, who regularly appears on RHOBH, as well as Lisa’s other series, Vanderpump Rules). The beloved Pomeranian passed away less than 24 hours before Lisa received Brandi’s text, and Vanderpump and pals were out celebrating her adoption of two new pooches when Lisa received the message. The 55-year-old reality star and restaurateur took the high road in a statement issued to TMZ: “It’s sad to have that much hatred in your heart especially at this time of year,” Lisa said. “Our lil Daddio meant the world to us. Earlier this week, we reported that Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have entered marriage counseling . Along with professional therapists and several other couples, the Duggars embarked on a retreat in Ozark National Forest amidst rumors that the many Duggar scandals of the past year had put a strain on their relationship. In response to those rumors Michelle and Jim Bob posted a statement on their Facebook page and explained to People magazine that their marriage was simply in need of a little fine-tuning. “Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful truths!” the Duggars said of the retreat that they claim brought them closer together. They reportedly told People that the retreat was timed so that they would be back in their hometown of Tontitown, Arkansas several weeks before Jessa Duggar’s due date . Jessa is expected to give birth to her first child on November 1, which also happens to be her one-year wedding anniversary. There’s no denying that 2015 has been packed with scandals and public humiliations for the Duggars, but unfortunately they now find themselves in a position where critics and former fans are looking for controversy where none exists. Last we checked in on him Jon Gosselin was delighting in Kate Gosselin getting dumped by millionaire Jeff Prescott. Obviously, Jon has had his share of failed relationships in the years since his marriage ended, but now it looks like he might be giving one of them a second chance. Remember Hailey Glassman? We doubt many people do, as Jon and Hailey broke up way back in 2009, and her attempts to extend her 15 minutes of fame fizzled out. Anyway, according to Radar Online Jon and Hailey were spotted out and about together in NYC earlier this week. The sight of the former lovebirds strolling around Manhattan led many to believe they were back together, but reps for Jon (apparently he has reps!) say their relationship is purely professional. “Jon reached out to Haley again because he’s looking for some help with publicity and press,” says a source. “Jon really trusts her.” Yes, after Glassman’s brief career in reality TV , she went into PR, and now Jon apparently wants her help with whatever’s left of his career. Does this mean Jon is kicking off some sort of new project? Here’s hoping he’s finally given up on his DJing career. That’s just getting sad.
Should we pray for Lamar Odom? Is the ailing basketball star really deserving of our support when his own actions put him in this situation? This open letter says yes, and the reason is profoundly simple. While no one with a heart wishes Odom harm, or isn’t pulling for his recovery, there has been some real backlash to recent media coverage. Is he really deserving of our hopes and prayers, however? To some critics, claiming he is “battling for his life” after an overdose of his the drug addict’s making is disrespectful to other people in crises. But perhaps that’s missing the bigger picture in all of this. We’ll turn it over the most moving open letter to Lamar Odom written since he nearly lost his life, and reflect upon its humbling, sage words. Excerpts below. Let me tell you that I’m not praying for you because you’re name is trending on social media. I am praying for you because some years back I was in the same predicament you are in now. God woke up me because he had a plan for my life, like he has always had a plan for your life. I want you to know that if God does decide to wake you up, know that he’s plan for your life will be fulfilled if you let him. You see God looks pass your addictions, mistakes, what people may think of you, and the current events that lead you to be in your present situation. His main focus is the condition of our heart and soul. As you can tell, that’s all it comes down to at the end. God is a God of many chances, no matter how many times we reject them. He doesn’t give us chances to become “religious” but chances to have a “relationship” with him. If he does choose to give you another chance at life, I can only pray you will choose to take him up on one of those chances. It might be hard at first. In fact, it might the most hardest thing you will ever do. You will struggle from time to time. But get this … IT’S OKAY. God knows the things you will have to face and overcome, he just doesn’t want you to do it alone anymore. Once you start building your relationship with God, you’ll see. You will discover how God will use the little things to get your attention. Now I can go on and on about how awesome God is … but in reality you can only find out when you give him a real chance to show you. You are in God’s hands now. This will be the greatest fight of your life. I pray God’s plan for you may be fulfilled. We are all praying for you!
