Brandi Glanville is firing back at claims that she cheated on Eddie Cibrian several times during their marriage before he ever slept with LeAnn Rimes. Specifically, sources say that at her bachelorette party in 2001, she got frisky with NBA star Rick Fox, who was then married to singer Vanessa Williams. “Brandi went over to Rick’s table, came back and announced, ‘I just made out with Rick Fox!’” a source tells celebrity gossip magazine Us Weekly . Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Josh Brent is facing a manslaughter charge after a one-vehicle accident that killed linebacker Jerry Brown, a member of the team’s practice squad. Irving, Tex., police spokesman John Argumaniz said the crash happened at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, just hours before Brent was to fly with the team to Cincinnati to face the Bengals. The 25-year-old Jerry Brown – a practice-squad linebacker who also was Brent’s teammate for three seasons at the University of Illinois – was pronounced dead at a hospital. “I am devastated and filled with grief,” Josh Brent said in a statement. “Filled with grief for the loss of my close friend and teammate, Jerry Brown. I am also grief-stricken for his family, friends and all who were blessed enough to have known him.” “I will live with this horrific and tragic loss every day for the rest of my life,” he added. “My prayers are with his family, our teammates and his friends at this time.” It marked the second tragedy in as many weekends for the NFL. Last Saturday, Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher fatally shot his girlfriend before killing himself in front of his coach and general manager. “We are deeply saddened by the news of this accident and the passing of Jerry Brown,” Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said in a statement yesterday. “At this time, our hearts and prayers and deepest sympathies are with the members of Jerry’s family and all of those who knew him and loved him.”

LeAnn Rimes is firing back at Brandi Glanville’s comments that she is addicted to laxatives and is calling The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star out for calling her out publicly. Last week, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife Glanville accused LeAnn, who Cibrian infamously left her for, of being a terrible stepmother to Brandi and Eddie’s two young sons. Specifically, Brandi claimed LeAnn carelessly let one of the boys eat one of her laxatives, making him sick, and that Rimes pops pills 24/7 due to a “serious eating disorder.” Cibrian stood up for his wife and called out Glanville in the aftermath of that outburst, saying she had every chance to discuss this privately but did not do so. Now LeAnn, who has battled anorexia rumors in the past and recently checked into rehab for stress and anxiety issues, is slamming Brandi’s “outlandish allegations.” Rimes says she has no diseases or addictions, and while she’s tried to remain silent in the past out of respect for their families, she’s reached her threshold of “harassment.” LeAnn tells TMZ : “It’s a shame to have one party constantly spreading lies. I know this drama is exactly what she wants to create. But Eddie and I hope for everyone’s sake, this changes.” The tension between the pair is not new. Sheldon Stevens, the man who accused Kevin Clash, the voice of Elmo, of having sex with him while he was underage, says he was coerced into recanting. He’s meeting with lawyers to ” undo the settlement ” with the puppeteer, TMZ reports. Clash and Sheldon Stephens entered into a settlement in which Clash agreed to pay him $125,000, but in return the agreement came with one condition. Stephens agreed that upon execution of the deal, he would retract his original accusation and state that his sexual relationship with Clash was consensual and adult. The accuser did retract the allegation at that time … but now wishes he had not. Stephens has met with lawyers and told them he was pressured into recanting, however, and insists he he had sex with Kevin Clash when he was underage (16). Clash has denied this from the start, while acknowledging he is gay and was involved with Stephens, now 23; Clash, 54, says his lover was 18+ at the time. Stephens says he would gladly forfeit the $125,000 to restore his name, and was literally crying during the final negotiations and insisting he didn’t want to sign. Clash’s lawyer had no comment.
