Man Sentenced To 40 Years For Getting Freaky With Minors According to Raw Story An Indiana man named Richard Finkbiner was sentenced to 40 years in prison on Wednesday for coercing more than 13 minors, mostly teen boys, from across the country into stripping and performing lewd acts for web cameras. According to the Associated Press, 39-year-old Finkbiner used a false online identity to gain the teenagers’ trust, then threatened them with exposure if they did not do his bidding. “The sheer number of individuals Finkbiner exploited and extorted justifies a sentence Finkbiner is almost certain not to outlive,” said prosecutors June 18 in court documents from Terre Haute, Indiana U.S. District Court. The estimated number of victims is believed to be higher than 150, but only around a dozen were positively identified by prosecutors. Finkbiner targeting teens between 12 and 17 years of age, entering chat rooms on Omegle.com, a website that connects users randomly in one-on-one chats. Finkbiner fooled other users by using an avatar depicting someone other than himself engaged in a sex act. He would gain the teens’ trust and convince them to disrobe and take pictures with the cameras on their computers. The Brazil, Indiana resident would then threaten to send those photos to the teenagers’ parents and friends if they didn’t comply with his demands for even more risque and potentially humiliating photos. Linkliner called his victims “cam slaves.” He accumulated more than 22,000 separate video files of his “slaves” over the course of multiple years. He has been sentenced to 40 years behind bars and fined $700,000. The Indianapolis Star reported that Finkbiner was arrested in April of 2012 on “11 counts of sexual exploitation of children, two counts of extortion and one count of possession of child freaky flicks.” Court records cited the case of a 12-year-old boy who refused to do more explicit videos, but pleaded with Finkbiner not to post the videos he had already done online. Finkbiner posted them anyway. In January, Finkbiner agreed to plead guilty to child exploitation, extortion and possession of child freaky flicks in exchange for a recommended sentence of 30 to 50 years in prison. On the judge’s orders, as with most cases involving sex offenders, Finkbiner will be supervised by federal officials even after his eventual release in the 2050s, if he should live that long. Forty years isn’t enough. The bastard should have got life in prison so he can have his anus busted down to the white meat.
It took a couple weeks, but we finally have a Powerball winner. Gloria Mackenzie, an 84-year old Florida resident, stepped forward yesterday and claimed the second largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history. It was announced on May 18 as $570.5 million, though Mackenzie has reportedly chosen a smaller one-time payout of $370.9 million before taxes. Mackenzie did not appear at a press conference yesterday, but she did release a statement through Lottery Secretary Cynthia O’Connell. It read: “While in line at Publix, another lottery player was kind enough to let me go ahead of them in line to purchase the winning quick-pick ticket. “We are grateful for this blessing of winning the Florida Lottery Powerball jackpot and appreciate the interest of the public, the state of Florida and the lottery. We hope that everyone will give us the opportunity to maintain our privacy for our family’s benefit.” Why did Mackenzie wait so long to claim her huge prize? “To make sure [her family was] ready to handle the types of responsibility that come with that kind of a jackpot win,” according to O’Connell.
Dr. Conrad Murray, the man serving a prison sentence for his role in Michael Jackson’s death, has left a bizarre message for Paris Jackson. In the wake of Paris’ suicide attempt yesterday, Murray apparently found a pay phone and left what he describes as a “letter” for the troubled 15-year old. “I don’t know if there’s anything to do to solve your pain,” he says in the message, quoting multiple verses from old MJ songs and adding: “I’m here for you.” The disgraced physician adds Paris consoled him “in [her] deepest moments of grief.” Listen to the voicemail in full here: Conrad Murray Letter to Paris Jackson Paris Jackson is resting in the hospital at the moment. An unidentified man pulled out a knife and sliced himself open this morning in Rockefeller Center. The incident took place around 7:50 during Today ‘s live broadcast, though NBC did not catch it on camera. A few minutes later, Matt Lauer updated viewers on what took place. “There was an incident a short time ago,” he said. “A man attempted to harm himself with a knife. He did manage to cut himself. He was controlled by our security team out there. However, he did harm himself, and he is being attended to by medical personnel. So, we’re keeping the area clear for law enforcement.” The co-anchor added that the man “did say something about not wanting to harm others.” In that regard, he was successful: no bystanders were injured. Witnesses tell The New York Daily News , meanwhile, that the individual ranted about how the Internal Revenue Service is corrupt and “ruined his life.” He then pulled out a pocket knife and announced he was going to cut himself. But an onlooker actually wrestled it away from the man… only for him to produce another and successfully inflict a self-wound. Lauer later took to Twitter with an update, writing, “All secure on the plaza after a scary incident. Thanks to our security team and the NYPD.”

The man who has sculpted Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez naked – along with Britney Spears giving birth and Suri Cruise’s poop (really) – debuted “L.A. Fertility” last night at the LAB ART Gallery in Los Angeles. It’s a life-sized statute of the expecting reality star without any clothes on. According to Edwards’ press release, he chose to design this sculpture without arms so that people would focus on Kim’s “voluminous” belly and “lactiferous breasts” in order to “entice visitors to give a respectful rub for good luck and success.” Daniel need not have worry there. Kardashian remains popular specifically due to how she prompts many fans to give themselves a rub.
Anyone who has been through or seen someone go through cancer treatment knows what a difficult experience it is. The way the treatment is conceptualized, understood, and dealt with plays a huge part in the patient’s recovery. With children, it can be even harder to explain what cancer is, how it is treated, and why it is happening to them. That is why this news story out of Brazil so awesome. Brazilian hospital A.C.Camargo Cancer Center has “rebranded” their cancer treatment as Superformula , teaming up with Warner Bros. to use real superheroes from the DC universe in order to help inspire the patients in their Children’s Ward.
