Taylor Lautner on his Steamy Love Scene and 7 More Revelations from the Abduction Junket

Look, people (that means you too, Twilight Moms): Taylor Lautner is all grown up now, legal and everything at 19 years of age. He’s got his first non- Twilight starring role coming up in John Singleton’s Abduction , which is also his first young adult bid for action supremacy. So even though he’s arguably the most legitimately nice young actor of his generation — seriously, this kid’s poised like a pro — he’s growing up on-screen faster than teen mom Bella Swan. And you know what that means? Steamy love scenes!

‘Breaking Dawn’ Trailer: A Closer Look

We break down the key scenes in the latest ‘Twilight Saga’ sneak peek. By Jocelyn Vena and Josh Wigler Robert Pattinson in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” trailer Photo: Summit Entertainment Lots of romance, a touch of action and even a vampire/human birthing scene are all included in the latest “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” trailer . After dropping a trailer during June’s MTV Movie Awards, the newest teaser fleshes out the moments that fans will salivate over most when the Bill Condon-directed film opens in November. Check out our five favorite moments in the new “Breaking Dawn” trailer. Hit play on the embedded video as we walk through some of the key moments in the trailer, then read on for a deeper exploration of what’s going on in the “Breaking Dawn” footage. The Wedding The trailer opens with the ethereal wedding, as Bella and her father come to terms with her decision to marry her vampire lover, Edward. Dad is reserved but offers his assurance that he’ll never let Bella fall, serving as a sort of theme for the trailer: Everyone seems to be resigned to the Edward/Bella marriage. Jacob’s Goodbye “You think I’d be used to telling you goodbye by now,” Jacob says as he embraces his unrequited love. It seems, much like Bella’s father, that while Jacob may not be completely onboard, all he wants is for Bella to be happy. The Honeymoon Sweeping and romantic, the honeymoon has everything Twilighters have been waiting for, including boat rides, skinny dipping and that already teased bed-breaking love scene. “Last night was the best night of my existence,” Edward says — and fans will no doubt agree with that sentiment. Labor Pains As shocked as Bella is by her pregnancy, everyone’s reactions are just as dramatic. With one warning from her new father-in-law, Carlisle Cullen — “Your heart will give out before you can deliver” — a chain of events is set into motion. Edward worries his bride won’t survive, and the wolves warn, “We don’t know what they bred. We have to protect the tribe before it’s too late.” Special Delivery With fans clamoring over any footage of the much-discussed labor scene, now they finally get a taste of the pain and turmoil Bella will face as she tries to bring her baby into the world. While it answers that question, it raised another: Just how will “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” end and where will “Part 2” pick up? What’s your favorite part of the trailer? Tell us in the comments! Seth Rogen Talks Cancer, Sex And ’50/50′

Rogen and screenwriter Will Reiser discuss the challenges of making a comedy about a guy with a terminal disease, in our Fall Movie Preview. By Josh Horowitz Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Seth Rogen in “50/50” Photo: Summit Entertainment Thus far in MTV News’ Fall Movie Preview, we’ve looked at comedies about drug-buying babysitters , people who hang out with puppets and stoners shooting Santa Claus in the face. Unconventional topics for big-screen laughs, all. “50/50” sees those flick’s giggles-from-unexpected-places efforts, and raises ’em one: This is a comedy about having cancer, surviving it and figuring out a way to laugh about the whole thing. Based on the experiences of Will Reiser (who penned the script), “50/50” stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Kyle, a young man suddenly diagnosed with the disease. Seth Rogen plays his best friend, the guy trying to cheer him up and get him laid and distract him from the very real possibility of an untimely death. Rogen and Reiser recently called up MTV News to talk about the film’s real-life inspirations, the challenges of marketing a comedy about cancer, and how Reiser’s disease once gained them early access to “Batman Begins.” MTV : So we’re looking at “50/50” as part of our Fall Movie Preview. Where does your cancer comedy fit in with the likes of “Breaking Dawn” and “Sherlock Holmes” and “Mission Impossible”? Seth Rogen : I think it’s funnier than all those movies. It is about something somewhat serious, but I really think it’s as funny as any of our movies. That’s what is really interesting about it to me. We’d always talk about how it’s not a creative challenge to take something depressing and make something depressing out of it. To us, it was much more interesting to take something that’s inherently depressing and try to make something really, really funny out of it. To me, the movies that are about something you generally don’t want to watch but you keep watching for decades to come, the only reason you do that is because they’re funny. A movie like “Dr. Strangelove,” no one wants a movie about f—ing nuclear war, but if it’s funny, you keep watching it. Tonally, that’s what we were trying to do. Will Reiser : Yeah, challenging that idea of what’s acceptable. People are really afraid to laugh at illness in general. MTV : Did the pragmatists in both of you worry about marketing a movie like this? Rogen : I think it’s challenging, but I know people like the movie, and if the movie was in any way disappointing, we would really have a challenge. But because it’s a satisfying movie and ultimately not depressing and our trailers have been good; it’s no bigger challenge than some of the other movies we’ve done. At the time, a weed action movie was not easy to market. MTV : How true to life is this film for you? Reiser : It’s definitely fiction. I took from my own experience and created something that’s a work of fiction. I can relate to the character and I really tried to draw on my own experiences. And the other characters, like my mother in the movie — that’s not my mother — but there are elements of my mother and there are elements there in our relationship that are things we really went through. A lot of the alienation and isolation and the absurdity you feel when you’re sick, that all speaks to my experience. At the time, Seth and I would laugh about it. When you’re that young, you don’t sit around and talk about your emotions. We’re comedy writers. We would joke about it. Rogen : It was never, “What happens when you die?” It was, “Are you too old to get a Make-A-Wish? We should at least go for it. Worst comes to worse, we hang out with Led Zeppelin for a day.” Reiser : It’s dark humor, but that’s who we are and that’s how we came up with the idea for the movie. We were at a party one night and we came up with this idea for a buddy comedy. Rogen : The first version was an R-rated version of “The Bucket List.” MTV : What about the element of encouraging Kyle to use his illness to benefit his sex life. Is that true to life? Rogen : I don’t think it was as specific as, “You can use this to get laid.” But I did aggressively push Will to always look on the bright side and make something good out of it. Maybe we can get a free drink, maybe we can go on a trip somewhere. Reiser : I remember in 2005 I had just had this horrible back surgery and I could barely walk, and Seth and I were waiting on line to see this huge action movie — I think it was “Batman Begins” — and Seth walked to the front and said, “My friend has cancer, can we skip the line?” Rogen : And it worked! So yes, I may or may not have used Will’s cancer to get into “Batman Begins” for free. ‘Breaking Dawn’ Photos Tease One Hot Honeymoon

‘Twilight’ couple, played by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, get steamy in a new batch of stills. By Terri Schwartz Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” Photo: Summit Fans were already invited to Bella and Edward’s “Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1” wedding , and now, new photos are giving a sneak peek at the hotly anticipated honeymoon. Chess game on the beach of Isle Esme? Check. Scantily clad swimming sessions under a waterfall? Check. Bella’s realization that she’s pregnant with a half-vampire, half-human baby? Absolutely. Summit certainly didn’t skimp with this round of stills, which includes some of the pics featured in last week’s Entertainment Weekly. Click here for steamy new photos of Bella and Edward. Judging by the photos, viewers can expect plenty of romancing during the “Breaking Dawn” honeymoon. First, there’s the moonlit naked rendezvous that was teased at Comic-Con, and these stills show off another sexy trip into the water. Kristen Stewart certainly appears to be enjoying herself in the first picture, but it looks like she and Robert Pattinson are being interrupted by an unwelcome visitor in the second. There are three other pictures of Bella and Edward being adorable, including one of the couple playing chess. It is a nod to the cover of the “Breaking Dawn” novel, which features a queen at the forefront of a chessboard. Spoiler: The queen represents Bella coming into her own in the final “Twilight Saga” installment. While one picture shows Stewart and Pattinson in their honeymoon bed, the presence of director Bill Condon spoils a bit of the excitement. Fortunately, there are other cute pictures showing them riding on a yacht to Isle Esme and then walking around the island together. The last image of the two of them shows that there’s some trouble in paradise, though, as Bella clutches her stomach after realizing she’s pregnant. Another photo shows Cullen siblings Alice and Rosalie — played by Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed — doing Bella’s hair in preparation of her wedding. It is one of the few wedding-related images that has been shown beyond the actual wedding sequence that was teased in the trailer . The only still released that doesn’t have anything to do with the couple at the center of “Breaking Dawn” is one of Reed and Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black. It’s a tease for the argumentative interactions that the two characters have in the final two “Twilight Saga” films, something that became a fan-favorite part of the last of Stephenie Meyer’s novels. Fingers crossed that this picture takes place while Jacob directs one of his many blond jokes at Rosalie.
