Waka Flocka Flame has broken his silence over the death of his friend and Brick Squad rapper, Slim Dunkin. As we previously reported, Slim was murdered on Friday at a recording studio on Memorial Drive. The killer remains at large. Brick Squad-affiliated rapper Slim Dunkin was shot and killed Friday evening as he prepared to record a music video. The shooting happened at a recording studio along Memorial drive in southeast Atlanta. Slim Dunkin (real name Mario Hamilton) was reportedly shot in the chest after he got in an argument with another individual who pulled a gun. Slim was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The shooter remains at large as police continue their investigation. Despite Gucci Mane telling Waka Flocka and Hot 107.9′s DJ Drama that he would be released from jail on July 5, the Brick Squad rapper is  still incarcerated, according to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office . Gucci’s claim that he would be released July 5 was bolstered by tweets promoting a “Welcome Home Party” that he was supposed to attend. We reported last week that while Gucci Mane’s bail is only $5,000, the wealthy Atlanta rapper had yet to post bail and remains incarcerated in the DeKalb County Jail. Sgt. Adrian Bell of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office explained to Hot 107.9 that Gucci (born Radric Delantic Davis) was still locked up because “he has a probation violation and he has to go to Fulton County to answer those charges.” According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Gucci was officially moved from DeKalb County to the Fulton County Jail today. There’s still no word about if and when Gucci will be able to post bail in Fulton. “He has to have a probation hearing in Fulton County before bond is set,” said Tracy Flanagan, Public Affairs Information Officer for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. Meanwhile, Hip Hop Wired is reporting that Gucci’s lawyer is denying the accusations that the rapper pushed a woman from his moving Hummer and that Gucci intends to plead not guilty to charges next Tuesday. Yesterday (April 19), the Brick Squad CEO was formally charged with battery, reckless conduct and disorderly conduct by DeKalb County prosecutors. Read more here. Gucci Mane Arrested AGAIN After Allegedly Pushing Woman Out Of Moving Car [UPDATE]

Gucci Mane has been arrested again. The trouble-prone Atlanta rapper was arrested on Friday, April 8th, and is being charged with a misdemeanor count of battery. This time police say he pushed a woman out of a moving car during a dispute. Gucci Mane was visiting his probation officer when he was arrested by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad for the incident. As a result of the arrest Gucci could face a longer jail sentence for violating his previous probation , reports CBS Atlanta. According to the AJC.com, Gucci (born Radric Davis) will also be charged with violation of probation. More details have also emerged about the case. Gucci is accused of pushing a 36-year-old woman from his vehicle as he drove down Brannen Road in DeKalb. He allegedly picked up the woman, a hair stylist, as she was standing outside South DeKalb Mall on the morning of Jan. 28, according to a police incident report. He asked her to eat breakfast with him, and she agreed, but once inside Gucci’s vehicle, the rapper told her he wanted to take her to a hotel rather than a restaurant, the report says. He offered the woman $150, but she declined and demanded to be returned to South DeKalb Mall. That’s when he reportedly shoved her out of his vehicle. An ambulance came and treated the unnamed woman for pain on the left side of her back.
