Two McSteamy’s For The Price Of One

We spotted Eric Dane walking through West Hollywood with what looked to be a body double. Same glasses, same salt-and-pepper hair… If you’re trying to throw off the paps it’s not gonna work. We’d know our McSteamy anywhere.

Um, Britney…..What Is Going On Here?

Britney Spears , honey, you seriously need some help. We spotted the “Womanizer” singer shopping on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and usually we’d refer to her as a “hot mess” but there s nothing hot about the way she looks, leaving just the mess. No bra, unflattering strapless mini-dress, awful glasses and we’ve seen better hair on a homeless dog caught in the rain. Hopefully she picked up something more appropriate while shopping at Bebe.

Britney Spears and Her New Hot Look of the Day

There are some pictures of Britney Spears last week that I didn’t bother posting because following Britney Spears is not one of my many hobbies, plus I’ve been pre-occupied trying to get my Asian grocer to agree to working on my new project, where we pay random homeless people to shit on his chest, something that I am telling him will be the next big thing but is really for my own personal “Shits and Giggles”, but this new look, with the glasses and the bra that makes me forget her tits hang to the fuckin’ ground like a fat chick who just got her stomach stapled and dropped 140 pounds….So if she kept up this naughty nerd hiding behind her glasses, I’m sure a lot more of us could start masturbating to her again…you know it’s almost good enough for us to forget all the damage she’s done to her pussy and how crazy she is, cuz everyone knows nerdy girls can’t be crazy, they’re too busy studying….see Britney, it’s already working on me. Lady Gaga: The Early Years

Before Lady Gaga was a crustacean wearing, Fame Monster warbling, trend-setting, label-defying pop music tour de force, she was just another little girl in Manhattan. Nowadays, a certain element of mystery is a huge part of Gaga, “the recession-age, downmarket, satirist-wannabe Britney Spears , and who is channeling no less than Madonna, patron saint of glitter, media manipulation, and Britspeak.” The end result “makes even Katy Perry look childish and even Christina Aguilera (with all her writhing and stage wrangling) couldn’t even begin to match Gaga’s ability to eyebrow raise.” Back in the day, though, it all began like this: Vintage Lady Gaga: The Stefani Germanotta days . When the photo above was taken, she was probably told not to eat candy too close to bedtime. In New York Magazine ‘s feature story on her Gaga, conducted the interview using a “robot voice” while proclaiming singers shouldn’t eat … at all. Oh, how times change. One day, you’re at a private high school for girls. The next, you’re known across the world and Lady Gaga hermaphrodite rumors pop up. Somehow we think she’ll take it.

Erykah Badu’s ‘Window Seat’ Joins Long List Of Naked Music Videos

From Alanis Morissette’s ‘Thank U’ to Lady Gaga’s ‘Telephone,’ artists have been stripping down in their clips. By Gil Kaufman Erykah Badu in her video for “Window Seat” Photo: Universal Motown Nudity and music videos — two great tastes that go great together. From Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s raunchy “Relax” in 1983, to Madonna ‘s S&M-fueled “Justify My Love” clip in 1990, artists have been pushing the envelope for years, while mostly letting the extras do the dirty work. But in the revealing clip for “Window Seat,” from Erykah Badu ‘s New Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh), the soul high priestess latches on to a lesser-followed path in altogether videos: the full-frontal artist reveal. Over the course of the nearly five-minute, one-take clip, Badu casually strips out of a black overcoat, purple hoodie, black pants, sheer white T-shirt and black underwear and bra as she walks toward the intersection in Dallas where President Kennedy was assassinated in 1963. The guerrilla-style video was shot on St. Patrick’s Day and Badu tweeted that it went off without a hitch, though she did get heckled by some parents for the stunt. The intro to the clip pays homage to Matt And Kim’s very similar 2009 video for “Lessons Learned,” in which the duo strip as they walk through Times Square and Kim gets flattened by a bus at the end. Only in Badu’s version, like Kennedy, she is taken out by an unseen assassin’s bullet. Badu said she asked for the group’s permission to remake their video before filming “Seat,” and surely she’s aware that music-video history is littered with acres of celebrity skin. Blink-182 hustled down the streets wearing only their tats in their landmark 1999 “What’s My Age Again?” clip, released a year after Alanis Morissette bared it all while doling out hugs to strangers during the “Thank U” video. D’Angelo nearly revealed his naughty bits (and way-chiseled abs) in 2000’s “Untitled (How Does It Feel).” Robbie Williams stripped off his clothes (and his skin) to impress girls in the “Rock DJ” video that same year, and Britney Spears wore only some carefully placed sequins in her iconic “Toxic” clip while using her hands and some steam to cover up in 2008’s “Womanizer.” More recently, Flaming Lips singer Wayne Coyne went full monty for “Watching the Planets.” And who could forget Lady Gaga nearly showing us her bits in the intro to the epic “Telephone” video ? Snooki Fave DJ Kaskade Talks Tiesto Collabo At WMC 2010

House DJ reveals how a tweet from the ‘Jersey Shore’ star boosted his fanbase. By Akshay Bhansali, with additional reporting by Adam Stewart Kaskade Photo: MTV News MIAMI — With a series of notable remixes over the years for the likes of Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga and Nelly Furtado, progressive house-music DJ and producer Kaskade has become a force to be reckoned with in the electronic music world. He’s had several songs on the Billboard Hot Dance char and amassed a considerable fanbase. And then one fine day, “Jersey Shore” cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, decided to tweet about a song she was listening to. “She’s a fan of my music which was really cool,” Kaskade (a.k.a. Ryan Raddon) told MTV News on Thursday at the Winter Music Conference . “I actually found out through Twitter. I saw her on Twitter. She was talking about, ‘Oh, I was just sitting back listening to my favorite Kaskade mix.’ And I was like, ‘Snooki, isn’t that the girl on “Jersey Shore”?’ “I don’t watch a lot of television so I didn’t really know,” he admitted. “I hadn’t seen the show yet, and my friends are like, ‘Yeah, yeah, moron! Whatever!’ But it’s interesting. man, after she mentioned me on Twitter, it was like thousands of more [fans] within a week of her Twittering about me, and it was amazing. But that’s what’s cool about dance music, you never know. The teller at the bank listens to it, and so does Snooki, so it’s cool.” DJ Tiesto, another artist who’s certainly on Snooki’s radar and worshipped by virtually every person in attendance at WMC this week, also is a fan of Kaskade’s work. And to prove it, the Dutch trance titan did something he’s seldom ever done: He co-produced a song with Kaskade called “Only You,” which is making its debut in DJ sets around WMC this week. “My sound and Tiesto’s sound, they are actually quite different, but there is some similarity to it,” Kaskade said. “I think melodically it makes a lot of sense, even though our production styles are very different, and it’s cool that he can recognize that. He’s always been a big supporter of my music, but he reached out to me, and I was like, ‘Dude, yeah, let’s do this, let’s kill it.’ I’m just really happy with the way it turned out.” Kaskade is set to release his album Dynasty on May 11. And given the recent string of dance music hits on mainstream radio, he’s upbeat about his prospects. “There was a little creeping up there in the ’80s and early ’90s with Deee-lite, and Madonna was voguing, and it was like, ‘Oh my gosh, is this gonna happen?’ ” he recalled. “But the timing wasn’t right yet. When Lady Gaga did it, we were all like, ‘Cool.’ This really is our time.” Stick with MTV News all week for more coverage of the Winter Music Conference 2010. Britney Spears’ Mom Moving In?

Yes, they’re still together despite breakup rumors to the contrary. But for Britney Spears and her agent boyfriend, Jason Trawick, nothing is ever simple. The latest hurdle? The singer’s mom, Lynne, is moving in to her home. It was a decision was made without Jason’s knowledge. “He felt like he had absolutely no say,” says a source close to Jason Trawick . “But he let it slide because Brit’s mood improves by leaps and bounds when her mom is around, and besides, Lynne helps defusing fights between Brit and her dad.” Run for it, J. While there’s still time. Britney and Jason run the usual errands – coffee, cigs, etc. THG NOTE : You can’t spell train wreck without Trawick. That means absolutely nothing of consequence, but seriously! Just try it! It cannnot be done!

Keri Hilson Says Trips To Africa Are ‘Inspiring’ Her New Album

‘Everywhere I travel, I get music from that region of the world,’ she tells MTV News. By MTV News staff, with reporting by Audrey Kim Keri Hilson Photo: MTV News Keri Hilson received plenty of accolades during her transition from songwriter to performer, including a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist . Now, Hilson is in full-on artist mode as she works on the follow-up to her debut album, In a Perfect World … . According to Hilson, promoting her first album actually helped inspire her sophomore effort. “Everywhere I travel, I get music from that region of the world,” she told MTV News. “I’ve been to Nigeria, I’ve been to South Africa, three cites in Africa [in all]. I gather music from these regions, and African music is very drum-heavy. It was very inspiring. I’m definitely going to be using some of that inspiration.” Hilson was one of 2009’s breakout stars with her hits “Turning Me On” featuring Lil Wayne and “Knocks You Down” featuring Ne-Yo and Kanye West. She first made a name for herself behind the scenes by writing songs for Britney Spears, Ciara and Kelly Rowland, among others. Still, moving into the spotlight wasn’t easy. Hilson’s debut suffered a number of false starts, delays for which she told MTV News last year she was “grateful.” “It’s kind of been a little Detox -y,” Hilson laughed, comparing the wait for her debut to Dr. Dre’s years-in-the-making LP . “I’m just a perfectionist,” she said at the time. “I have had many [release dates], but it’s all for a good cause. The label wants to make sure the album has its proper release, and I’m thankful for that. Very grateful, even though fans look at it like it’s a bad thing.” For her sophomore effort, Hilson said she’s expecting Polow Da Don and Timbaland to produce the majority of her yet-untitled set. Hilson also said Kanye will likely be onboard for her next album as well. She said she hopes she can recruit Ryan Leslie into the fold too. What do you think about Keri Hilson and Ryan Leslie possibly working together? Who else should she work with on her next album? Let us know in the comments below! Related Artists Keri Hilson
