It’s like Jamie Lynn Spears wanted to give THG something to post about today. The newly-engaged sister of Britney Spears Tweeted at Justin Timberlake out of nowhere yesterday and referenced the “Cry Me a River” controversy. From 2002. Which is probably about when this undated and unsourced photo she Tweeted (and then deleted right away) was taken. Check it out … For reasons unknown, Jamie Lynn Spears wrote to JT: “@jtimberlake Weird hearing ur music as an Adult. Ha Not only do I appreciate it. I GET it. #jay #crymeariver #mirror.” When “Cry Me a River” first came out, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears had just ended a high-profile, made-in- celeb gossip heaven romance. The music video (below) featured a blond girl who many speculated was a Britney doppelganger, while the lyrics implied she Tweeted on the superstar. Is she saying she now understands why he wrote what he did? And in essence confirming that her sister fooled around behind his back over a decade ago?! Justin Timberlake – Cry Me a River Earlier this year, JT performed the track at the Super Bowl, where he said, “Sometimes, you think you’ve found the one, but then one day you find out she is just some bitch.” He later denied this was a shot at Britney Spears. “Wouldn’t disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though *with accent* #Respect,” Timberlake Tweeted. As for Jamie Lynn … who the heck knows what prompted that, but it was gone from her Twitter almost as soon as the 21-year-old posted it. So we got nothing.

Demi Lovato Confirmed as X Factor Season 3 Judge

The foregone conclusion is now an official reality: Demi Lovato will return as a judge on Season 3 of The X Factor . Confirmed Fox and Simon Cowell today in a press release: “I couldn’t be happier that Demi wants to come back this year. She’s a superstar in her own right and was a fantastic mentor last year. Even though she can be really, really annoying – I truly enjoyed working with her and so did the artists. I’m especially pleased she’s back, even during her world tour!” The X Factor will look very different this fall, aside from Lovato and Cowell as panelists. L.A. Reid is out. Britney Spears is out. Khloe Kardashian is a goner. But Demi says she’s “excited” to retake her position: “Last season was an unbelievable experience and I really enjoyed developing personal relationships with the contestants and the panel. I can’t deprive you of the Britney Bikini Pics, cuz they are an awesome throwback, but I also can’t post these pics, because the paparazzi who owns them, want to sue me, and hate me. They are from France and total cunts, but then again, that define all paparazzi. The same paparazzi who were probably hired by, or dating Britney Spears. Paul Jolley on American Idol Elimination: This is Just the Beginning

Paul Jolley got the boot from American Idol on Thursday night . But if viewers were surprised by the result, this aspiring singer says he most definitely was not. “I had a moment this morning when I woke up and I realized like, ‘this is what is going to happen,'” Jolly told reporters not long after Ryan Seacrest made the announcement. Jolley is taking a very positive view of the situation, however. “I’ve realized that it’s only a stepping stone and this is only the beginning and there’s a lot more things that I want to do with my career then just American Idol,” he said. Jolley’s final performance was of the Beatles’ classic ” Eleanor Rigby .” And even though the judges didn’t love it, and viewers clearly were against it, Paul says he has no regrets. “I wanted people to feel the emotion – someone died in this song. During the beginning of the song, everyone feels alone, no one’s ever appreciated and no one should ever feel that way and everyone should know, big or small… that’s why I sang it the way I sang it. “I wanted the emotion to come across that way and I feel like I did and I’m very proud of myself.” Do you think Jolley deserved the boot this week?   Yes, but he had a great run! Britney Spears and David Lucado: Holding Hands! So Happy!

Britney Spears’ rumored boyfriend David Lucado can drop “rumored” from his title. The duo was not shy about showing their affection for one another when they were seen out and about in Thousand Oaks, Calif., on Friday, doin’ some shopping. Walking across the parking lot at The Oaks, the pair laughed and held hands – their first known-on-film PDA and one clearly designed as a coming-out of sorts. “She was here with her guy and she shopped for quite a while,” an onlooker says of the ex -X Factor judge. “She looked good! They were just casual and normal .” Britney Spears rocked a black-and-pink fitted frock with brown sandals and a pair of gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses, while David Lucado was his casual, cool self. The pop superstar’s new man is reportedly just a regular guy. He works at a law firm and does not have any show business ties or money to speak of. So, in short, he’s perfect? “He’s a good boy. He’s from a good family,” a family source says of the Virginia native, Spears’ first beau since she called off her engagement to Jason Trawick. “David grew up on a farm. He does alright for himself but he is just very nice and down to earth. What you see is what you get. He’s into restoring old cars and golf.” And apparently Britney Spears.

She sho loves herself some country lovin’! Britney Spears has a new boo she’s been spotted out with. Via USWeekly reports : The pop star and former X Factor judge stepped out with rumored boyfriend David Lucado in Thousand Oaks, Calif. on Thursday, March 14, and the pair seemed to be very much enjoying each other’s company. The singer, 31, looked giddy as she and Lucado made their way to the Forever Bella tanning spa, their second tanning trip together this week. Spears showed off her toned figure in a patterned spring green halter dress and sky-high wedges. She topped off her look with a pair of aviators — much like Lucado, who similarly kept things casual in a maroon Virginia Tech T-shirt, shorts and grey sneakers. “He’s a good boy. He’s from a good family,” a family source tells Us of Virginia native Lucado. “David grew up on a farm. He does alright. He’s into restoring old cars.” The source adds that Lucado is “really down-to-earth” — something Spears seemed to appreciate during their daytime date. “She was happy and smiling and she rarely smiles, but yes, she looked happy,” an eyewitness at the tanning salon tells Us. “Her bodyguard was there too and walked them in, opening the door for them.” The pair spent 25 minutes in the shop before heading to their next spot, the Four Seasons Westlake. There, the duo played ping-pong at the lounge, where Spears is a regular. “Britney was really good,” the onlooker said. “They were having a fun time together but there weren’t any PDAs.” The twice-divorced mom of two hasn’t been single long. Spears and agent Jason Trawick, 41, announced their split back in January. “Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement,” the “Scream and Shout” singer told Us in a statement at the time. “I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.” Well go head Britney get ya groove back!
