The dirty dog doesn’t sound so smooth anymore… Robin Thicke Says He Just Wants To Get Paula Patton Back According to TMZ reports : Robin Thicke was shockingly candid as he arrived in Washington D.C. Thursday afternoon … making it clear he’s not throwing in the towel on his marriage, telling our photog, “I’m just trying to get her back.” TMZ broke the story … Paula Patton called him last Friday and said their marriage was over, and Robin flew to Canada — where she was filming — in a desperate but failed attempt to change her mind. As we reported … things really fell apart after Robin simulated sex with Miley Cyrus onstage at the VMAs last month. But Robin told our photog, the performance had nothing to do with his marital problems. Our sources say Paula was livid and felt “utterly disrespected” by Robin’s antics with Miley. Robin is in D.C. for a concert Thursday night. He says his performance will be the same, even though some of his songs are about Paula. He told our photog he’s just trying to figure things out. No Jeezy, they treated you like a criminal because you allegedly laid hands on your son. Young Jeezy Says Cops Treated Him Bad Because He Is A Rapper One-time ain’t got love for Jeezy. According to TMZ: Young Jeezy was hauled off to jail by cops who treated him like crap just because he’s a rapper … according to sources close to Jeezy. We broke the story … Jeezy was arrested when Alpharetta police responded to a panic alarm last night at his girlfriend’s house. But our sources dispute the official police report — that cops didn’t know who he was because he refused to identify himself. We’re told … Jeezy didn’t NEED to show ID because the officers recognized HIM instantly, saying “Oh, you’re Jeezy the rapper” … then started “antagonizing” him as soon as they realized who he was. According to our sources … Jeezy thinks cops treated him like a criminal from the get-go … refusing to let him make a phone call … and forcing him to stand outside while cops searched the home as they went on the hunt for a reason to bust him. Police say he gave them a reason … because he struggled with them when they tried to slap cuffs on him. Easy, Jeezy. You know these cops…they will pop a cap in yo’ black azz real quick.

YouTube Co-Founder Fires Back At Kim And Kanye Kim is probably saying, “don’t look at me, it was all Kanye’s idea.” According to TMZ: The billionaire who co-founded YouTube is refusing to back down from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West — firing back at the couple after they sued him for posting video of their engagement online. We broke the story … K&K filed a lawsuit against Chad Hurley, claiming he violated the confidentiality agreement he signed at AT&T Park in San Fran back in October … when he posted the footage on his video-sharing website. But now, Chad has filed legal docs of his own … claiming NO ONE ever told him he wasn’t allowed to shoot or distribute the footage. Chad says … after the proposal, someone did approach him with a waiver and told him it was a release so they could use his image in a TV special .. and he signed the doc without reading it. He also posed for a pic with the signed form, at the request of K&K’s peeps. But still, Chad says he shouldn’t be legally bound by the waiver because he was misled into signing it and he got no compensation in return for signing away his rights. Chad is asking the judge to throw out the case — and force Kim and Kanye to pay for his legal fees. Clearly, Chad can afford it … he’s just trying to send a giant F-you back to the happy couple. Chad has to learn to read everything he signs—he is a billionaire. WENN

ASAP Rocky Dodging Charges For Slapping Woman ASAP said, “catch me if you can.” According to TMZ A$AP Rocky is dodging charges for beyotch slapping a female fan, and it’s because nobody can nail down the dude’s whereabouts to serve him … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Lisa Wade claims the rapper smacked her in the face — for no apparent reason — as he made his way through the crowd at a Philly concert last month. But since police didn’t see it happen and it’s a misdemeanor offense … Wade had to file a PRIVATE criminal complaint with the D.A. — which means the alleged victim has to give the D.A. contact info for the alleged assailant. Problem is … the paperwork was sent to A$AP’s record company — as Wade requested — via certified mail, but he wasn’t there to sign for it. Bottom line … the docs were returned to sender. Now the D.A.’s Office can’t move forward … until Wade provides a viable address where A$AP can get served with assault and harassment charges. So the woman can’t press charges until SHE finds him. Rihanna’s navy…where were you? Rihanna Stalker Hit With Restraining Order Rih Rih aint playing no games. God forbid someone breaks into her next home and steals all of her sticky icky. According to TMZ The delusional man who allegedly smashed his way into Rihanna’s L.A. home and also claimed to be her “future husband” has just been hit with a restraining order, TMZ has learned. We broke the story … Jonathan Whooper was taken into custody on Oct. 4 after cops ID’d him as the man who threw a chair through a glass door at RiRi’s Pacific Palisades home on Sept. 29. According to court docs obtained by TMZ … Whooper made multiple trips to the home. During the incident on the 29th, cops say he broke into the home, triggering the alarm. When he couldn’t disarm the system, he decided to leave … but not before breaking a glass patio table. According to the docs, Whooper returned to the home on October 4th … but this time, he was confronted by security. When asked why he was there, Whooper explained, he was “there to see Rihanna.” When the guard ordered him to leave, Whooper allegedly said, “Do you know who I am? I am Rihanna’s future husband!” Police arrested Whooper later that day a few miles from Rihanna’s home. He was charged with prowling and felony attempted burglary, vandalism and stalking. Rihanna begged the court for protection — claiming she’s suffered “substantial emotional distress and concern for her personal safety.” However, RiRi says she’s unable to testify as a witness in the case because she’s “currently on tour.” Hey, girl’s gotta work. The judge decided Rihanna has a legitimate concern — and issued a temporary restraining order against Whooper, ordering him to stay at least 100 yards away. The case is due back in court later this month — where Rihanna will most likely seek to make the order more permanent. Fortunately, she left that stalker-plagued home. Aaron Hernandez’s Fiance Indicted In Connection With Odin Lloyd Murder Investigators in the Aaron Hernandez murder case believe Shayana lied to help her man (big surprise). She does seem like a ride or die chick, but that has now came back to bite her in the azz. According to TMZ The fiancee of ex New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez … along with Hernandez’s cousin … were indicted today .. in connection with the Odin Lloyd murder case. According to the Bristol County, MA D.A.’s Office Shayanna Jenkins — Aaron’s fiancee and baby mama — was hit with a single count of perjury. No further detail has been provided on her charge. Tanya Singleton — Aaron’s cousin — was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Accessory After the Fact. Translation: authorities believe she helped one of Aaron’s alleged accomplices get outta dodge … by buying him a bus ticket to Florida. That guy, Ernest Wallace, was eventually arrested in FL, and charged with being an accessory to Lloyd’s murder. Singleton has already pled not guilty to a criminal contempt charge — authorities say she refused to testify before the Grand Jury in the murder case. Jenkins and Singleton were not arrested … and they don’t have a court date scheduled yet. Jenkins faces up to 2-and-a-half years in a county jail if convicted on the perjury charge … but sources close to the situation tell us she would likely only get six months to a year. She could also be hit with a $1,000 fine. If she goes to jail … child services would have to make arrangements with Jenkins’ family for the care of her child … since both parents — Hernandez and Jenkins — would be behind bars Damn, baby girl is no snitch… she’s going to do those six months. It’s sad that these kids might lose their mom though.
Again Kanye ? Well, we actually don’t blame him this time… Kanye Spazzes Out On The Paparazzi Again Kanye might actually be justified for spazzing on the paparazzi this time. Who camps out at someone’s home at 4 a.m? According to TMZ Kanye West went nuclear again on the paparazzi — but this time Kanye has good reason to be pissed. Kanye was at his bachelor pad at 4 AM, when several photogs (not TMZ) approached him as he was getting in his car to leave …. and asked about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel. It appears Kim is also there. Sources say he and Kim were on their way to the airport with the final stop — Paris. An infuriated Kanye lunges at the photog but it does not appear there is any physical contact. It looks as if the photogs are very close to Kanye’s driveway — but the photo agency insists they did not trespass. As you know, Kanye is currently facing charges of battery and attempted grand theft in connection with the LAX attack, where a photog claims Kanye injured him. TMZ broke the story … Kanye’s reps have advised him to avoid LAX … specifically so there would be no other blow-ups with photogs.
