Again Kanye ? Well, we actually don’t blame him this time… Kanye Spazzes Out On The Paparazzi Again Kanye might actually be justified for spazzing on the paparazzi this time. Who camps out at someone’s home at 4 a.m? According to TMZ Kanye West went nuclear again on the paparazzi — but this time Kanye has good reason to be pissed. Kanye was at his bachelor pad at 4 AM, when several photogs (not TMZ) approached him as he was getting in his car to leave …. and asked about his feud with Jimmy Kimmel. It appears Kim is also there. Sources say he and Kim were on their way to the airport with the final stop — Paris. An infuriated Kanye lunges at the photog but it does not appear there is any physical contact. It looks as if the photogs are very close to Kanye’s driveway — but the photo agency insists they did not trespass. As you know, Kanye is currently facing charges of battery and attempted grand theft in connection with the LAX attack, where a photog claims Kanye injured him. TMZ broke the story … Kanye’s reps have advised him to avoid LAX … specifically so there would be no other blow-ups with photogs. ASAP is already phucking up his scrilla. ASAP Rocky Dropped From Canada Music Festival See what happens when you allegedly get slappy happy with a a female fan? According to TMZ A$AP Rocky won’t be getting wild for the night at a music festival in Canada — the event organizers just canned the rapper over his alleged fan-slapping ways. TMZ broke the story — A$AP was charged with criminal battery last week for allegedly slapping a fan during a Philadelphia concert … and the victim wants his azz punished in court. AR was scheduled to perform at York University next Wednesday in Toronto — but the school’s student federation has now pulled the plug saying, “the event cannot proceed until this matter is resolved.” The organizers added … their decision to boot A$AP does NOT mean they think he’s guilty of getting slaphappy. The alleged victim Lisa Wade called in to TMZ Live last week — and said the slapping was no accident. First it’s losing concerts and now endorsements. Chanel, come get your man.

Pope Francis has once again broken from tradition. The religious figure, who shocked many last month when he said he would not pass judgment on homosexuals , posed this week for what many consider to be the first-ever pontiff selfie. The head of the Catholic Church followed the lead of a few Vatican visitors who turned their camera phone on themselves and then posted the picture on Twitter. Khloe Kardashian to Lamar Odom: Get Help or Get Out!

Khloe Kardashian is laying down the law. Either Lamar Odom goes to rehab and actually sticks with it this time or he can pack his things and hit the road. He is not welcome back in their home until he gets clean. As has been well documented, Lamar Odom has a problem with drugs and has been unwilling to address it since his addiction spun out of control. Khloe Kardashian has kicked him out before, only to cave and take him back, but Lamar’s DUI arrest Friday morning was apparently the last straw. According to reports, Lamar didn’t even call Khloe OR his lawyers after the arrest, leaving them to find out when TMZ broke the story hours later. Suffice it to say, his estranged wife was far from thrilled with him. Khloe and Lamar did spend time together Saturday, but after four hours of talking about his addiction to crack and who knows what else, he was sent away. To go look for his own apartment?  Score some crack from the junkies downtown? Tool around with his “crack head” enabler/mistress Polina Polonsky ? No one knows, but the basketball star clearly isn’t taking a hint, leaving his wife at the end of her rope and with little choice but to do what she did. Sources say the couple is “still at an impasse” regarding his addiction, which seems ludicrous given how one-sided the debate should be at this point. Embroiled in cheating scandals and what looks like a serious substance abuse problem, Odom is effectively ruining his marriage, NBA career and life. What is Khloe to do at this point? She clearly wants to save Lamar in all those respects, but without effort or even admission on his part it will be a lost cause. Damn Mack , this is a bad look. Mack Maine To Be Charged With Sexual Battery And Assault If this is true, Mack needs anger management…it’s not cool to lay the smackdown on chicks. According to TMZ Rapper Mack Maine WILL be charged with sexual battery and assault for allegedly groping a female and then punching her female friend on Lil Wayne’s tour bus last week … officials tell TMZ. TMZ broke the story … Maine has been accused of inviting the alleged victims onto Wayne’s tour bus following a concert in OKC last week. While on the bus, one woman claims Maine stuck his hand down her shirt and squeezed her breast without consent. The woman claims she slapped Maine and tried to get off the bus, along with her female friend … but Maine was so upset, he blocked the door and punched the friend in the face, breaking her jaw. The D.A. tells TMZ it’s unclear WHEN they will file the charges against Maine, but officials say it’s just of matter of time. We reached out to Mack to for comment — so far, no word back. Lamar, you make too much money to be sniffin’ yayo. Lamar Odom Allegedly Has Drug Problem Khloe needs to drop Lamar like a bad habit…sniffin’ that yayo is something serious and misery loves company. According to TMZ Lamar Odom has been deep into yayo for at least 2 years … TMZ has learned. TMZ broke the story … Lamar has gone off the rails with drug use … which is the principal cause of the crisis in his marriage to Khloe Kardashian. As we reported Lamar went to a rehab facility a year ago this month and stayed for 3 weeks before bailing — and we’re told the problem was yayo. Sources say Lamar’s yayo use was extreme before he went to rehab, but he cleaned up his act during the basketball season that just ended. Sources say shortly after he hung up his jersey, he started again with a bang. As we reported … Khloe threw Lamar out of the house a few days ago after he rejected an attempt at an intervention. It’s unclear how Lamar’s problem will affect his basketball career. We made calls to Lamar’s reps. So far, no comment. Lamar will never get better until he wants to get better. Poor Khloe.

Simon Cowell Wants Baby Mama Lauren Silverman To Settle Divorce To End Bad Publicity According to TMZ reports : Simon Cowell is upset … very upset he’s in the middle of what is becoming a bitter divorce between Andrew Silverman and Simon’s soon-to-be baby mama Lauren Silverman, and he’s pressuring her to settle … sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell TMZ. We’re told Simon HATES the bad publicity, which he feels is making him look like an underhanded cad. Our sources say Simon has painted a clear picture to Lauren — the money she’ll get from Andrew is minimal because of their prenup, so any significant cash will come from Mr. X Factor himself. We’re told Lauren is nervous and doesn’t want to upset Simon, so she’s feeling the heat. Her problem — she and Andrew are at odds over custody of their 7-year-old son, and she feels she may have to give too much in order to end things and appease Simon. Although both sides have said they want to resolve the divorce amicably for the sake of their kids, we can tell you there’s a lot of bad blood on both sides and it’s getting really nasty. Sure, Simon is gettin’ dragged through the mud AND HE DESERVES IT! The doctors are not letting this danger to society out. Amanda Bynes Loses Bid For Freedom They need to hold her azz for as long as they can….no one wants to see her burn her dog alive. According to TMZ Amanda Bynes was just shut down in her bid to leave the psychiatric hospital where she has been held against her will for more than a week … TMZ has learned. Amanda appeared before a judge in the psych ward, as her lawyer argued there was no legal basis to hold her for the two additional weeks … sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ. We broke the story … Amanda was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold 10 days ago after starting a fire in the driveway of a home near L.A. The hold lasted 3 days, and then doctors stepped in and got a judge to extend the hold for 2 additional weeks so they could properly diagnose her. Our sources say Amanda’s lawyer argued at today’s hearing the actress was capable of caring for herself and she was not a danger to others. As we reported, Amanda is actually doing a lot better since doctors have started giving her a cocktail of meds. We’re told there are clear signs Amanda is schizophrenic. In the end the judge agreed with the doctors, that Amanda needed to stay in the hospital because her mental situation is still precarious. Amanda does not acknowledge she has a mental illness, and doctors believe there’s more than a good chance she would not take the meds that have stabilized her if she’s out on her own. All those voices she heard should have told her not to wear those horrible blonde wigs anymore.

Damn Chris . If it’s not one thing it’s another. Chris Brown Sued Chris just can’t seem to keep his azz out of trouble. Life said “you didn’t serve any time for that Rihanna whooping, so from this point on it’s hell ninja.” According to TMZ We called this one from a mile away — the 24-year-old girl who said she did NOT want Chris Brown’s money after he allegedly assaulted her in a nightclub has just filed a lawsuit, demanding $25,000 — minimum. We broke the story … Deanna Gines claims CB violently shoved her to the ground last month inside Heat Ultra Lounge in the O.C., tearing ligaments in her right knee. Chris denied the allegations — and the club owner said she was full of crap. Now here’s what’s really stinky … Deanna told “TMZ Live,” she only wanted an apology from Chris — not his money. She never got an apology … so now she’s suing Brown and the nightclub for battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Chris you should have apologized and saved $25,000. That’s pocket change to you, but that money can feed an African village.
