Poor Omarosa’s mom . That judge said…FOH. Omarosa’s Mom Denied Restraining Order Being a drama queen comes natural for Omarosa and now we know why..the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. How the phuck you look the judge in the eye and swear that Claudia Jordan is a threat with her chicken arms? You need more people Mrs. Manigault. According to TMZ Omarosa’s mom got shut down in court — a judge slammed the door on her attempt to get a restraining order against ex-”Celebrity Apprentice” star Claudia Jordan … for now. Theresa Manigault filed her request for the restraining order last week … just a few days after she and Claudia got into the most ridiculous, and childish fight ever on the BET Awards red carpet. TMZ broke the story … Claudia claimed Omarosa’s 65-year-old mother punched her in the arm — while Omarosa claimed Claudia’s the one who shoved her mom. In her court filing, mama Manigault describes the incident this way: “She started to use profanity at me. As I was walking the carpet, she began to be physically aggressive” … and used “her shoulder to try to knock me off balance.” Mortal combat, right? Clearly, the judge didn’t see any immediate threat because according to the documents … Mom’s request to keep Claudia 20 yards away was denied. Omarosa’s mother will get a chance to restate her case during a hearing on July 24. And the fight happened at the BET Awards…go figure. SMH.

How you fire the rachet at beyotches and get no jail time? Where they do that at? Chamique Holdsclaw Pleads Guilty To Assault Ninjas out here getting more time for stealing ribs than firing a gun. WTF? According to TMZ WNBA legend Chamique Holdsclaw just pled GUILTY in that crazy attack on her ex-GF — where she FIRED A GUN inside the woman’s car — but she won’t spend a single day behind bars. TMZ broke the story … Holdsclaw — one of the WNBA’s all-time greats — was arrested in Atlanta last year. Cops say the 35-year-old trailed Jennifer Lacy’s car in November, then attacked it with a baseball bat and fired a gun into the backseat while Lacy was inside the vehicle. Earlier today, Holdsclaw pled guilty to 2 counts of aggravated assault, 4 counts of criminal damage, and 1 count of illegal firearm possession. But despite the fact she FIRED A GUN … Holdsclaw wasn’t sentenced to any jail time … instead, she got 3 years’ probation, a $3, 000 fine … and is not allowed to possess a gun for the next 3 years. She’s also been ordered to stay away from Lacy and complete anger management … along with 120 hours of community service. Anger managemnent won’t do a hot-headed lesbian like her good. Once crazy dykes like her get some awesome box, they will cut anybody trying to push up on that kitty kat.

They really don’t love Sosa … Chief Keef Claims Racism In Drug Arrest Via TMZ reports: 17-year-old rap sensation Chief Keef is crying RACISM — telling TMZ the “fat azz” hotel security guard who busted him for smoking had it out for him because he’s black. TMZ broke the story … Keef was arrested in ATL for disorderly conduct after a security guard at Le Meridien Atlanta Perimeter Hotel called 911 this week … claiming Keef was “rolling” inside his hotel room with two “black male” friends (one of whom was fellow rapper Tray Savage). Here’s Chief’s account of the situation: “So me and my homie Tray Savage was in the hotel room chillin’ when some fat azz security guard started knocking on the door talking about he needed to fix a water leak.” “So his azz walked in and started looking around at us and immediately gave me the racist look then started talking sh*t to me.” “I told him, ‘I thought you wanted to fix a water leak?’ Which he obviously lied ’cause there was no water leaking.” “Then he immediately started talking sh*t to us. He told me that he was going to call the police on me so I called him a b**ch.” “He kept saying how the police about to be on their way to lock me up so I blew smoke in his face and pulled out 30 racks (white person translation: $30,000) and said I got the bond money — there is more where this come from.” Keef says he felt the security guard was “racist from the moment he walked in the room. The way he looked at us was a racist look.” As we previously reported, the security guard told 911 he was only on Keef’s floor to track down a water leak in the hotel … when he got to Keef’s smoke-filled room, the rapper let him inside “as if it doesn’t even matter.” If you are doing something illegal, you are in the wrong. Shane Sparks Says He Believes Wade Robson According to TMZ Former “America’s Best Dance Crew” judge Shane Sparks — a convicted statutory rapist — has Wade Robson’s back … telling TMZ, he believes Michael Jackson molested the choreographer. TMZ broke the story … Wade has filed a claim with the MJ Estate, alleging the King of Pop molested him for 7 years, from the time he was 7 until he turned 14. Shane tells TMZ, “I’ve been knowing Wade forever. Because of the man he is, I do believe him. I don’t think he would lie about this because this could hurt him … He don’t need the publicity or the money. I think this is something that has been on his mind and he had to get it off.” Shane tells us, a big clue emerged soon after he met Wade, who was not much older than 7 at the time. TMZ broke the story … Kim and Kanye are urging friends and family members to abstain from sending baby gifts — instead, they’re asking well-wishers to send donations to the Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Now, reps for the hospital are hailing the couple for the generous move — saying, “Ann & Robert H. Rappers and handcuffs go together like PB&J…SMH Lil Scrappy Turns Himself Into Police Over Refused Court-Ordered Urine Test According to TMZ reports : Lil Scrappy is a lil’ jailbird — the rapper-slash-reality star turned himself in to an ATL jail this morning after cops say he refused to submit to a court-ordered urine test … TMZ has learned. We broke the story … officials say Scrappy violated his probation back in March after a dispute over a pee test. According to court officials, Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with … and when asked to submit another cup, he refused. The court eventually issued a warrant for his arrest … and moments ago, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star turned himself in. On way into the pokey, Scrap was photographed saying farewell to his fiancee Erica Dixon (seen above, holding hands) and his mother, Momma Dee … who was already sporting a “Free Scrappy” shirt. Naturally, the VH1 cameras captured the dramatic moment on tape. Mama Dee wastes NO time. God bless her weary, slightly delusional, soul. It’s about cotdamn time!!! Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries May Settle Divorce Tomorrow According to TMZ reports : Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could settle their never-ending divorce case as early as tomorrow … TMZ has learned. The fleeting lovebirds are both ordered to appear in court tomorrow for a settlement conference. The big hang-up is that Kris has been fighting for an annulment based on alleged fraud, and Kim has steadfastly refused to go down that road. She wants a clean, simple divorce. Sources close to Kris say there are various factors that are softening his position, including: – There’s an ironclad prenup, if the case goes to trial Kris will get NO money from Kim (although as we previously reported Kris has demanded $7 mil from her — good luck with that). – After all the depositions and legal docs flying back and forth, no evidence has surfaced showing Kim defrauded Kris — and that goes to the heart of his claim. – Kris is about to get nailed with monetary sanctions for being a no-show at the last hearing and, in the process, he’s pissed off the judge who would be presiding over the divorce trial. – If the case goes to trial and Kris loses, he could be in the hole for as much as a million bucks in attorney’s fees. Sources tell us each side has already racked up $300k in lawyer’s fees, and they’ll spend another $200k if the case goes to trial. We broke the story, if the case goes to trial and Kim wins, she’ll ask the judge to make Kris pay HER lawyer’s fees. Our sources say it’s by no means a done deal that the case is going to settle tomorrow, but as one source put it, “Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn’t look good.” We won’t count any chickens, but this divorce has been goin’ on WAY too long. What’s wrong with this picture ? Many people across the world would say absolutely nothing, being that it’s Holy Week and Pope Francis is simply continuing the Holy Thursday ritual he’s been celebrating for years as archbishop before becoming pope. If you’re finding this hard to — uh, swallow, we can also tell you that the rite re-enacts Jesus’ washing the feet of his male disciples (and Mary Magdalene, if you believe that version of the story). Pope Francis didn’t discriminate — his kisses blessed the feet of two young women and ten young men. This lil precious face baby is probably glad she ran into the pope on Wednesday — before he started smooching thug footsies. Just in case you were wondering, the foot kissing Mass was held in the Casal del Marmo facility in Rome, where 46 young men and women currently are detained. According to AP reports, “many of them are Gypsies or North African migrants, and the Vatican said the 12 selected for the rite weren’t necessarily Catholic.” SMH. Insurance Company Suspicious Of Fraud In Timbaland’s $1.8 Million Stolen Watch Claim According to TMZ reports : Timbaland is a big fat liar who’s trying to get one over on his insurance company by filing a bogus $1.8 million claim over a missing watch … this according to legal docs filed by the insurance company. TMZ broke the story … Timbaland filed a lawsuit against American Home Assurance Company claiming his 2-year-old daughter lost his Jacob & Co. watch bedazzled with 30 carats of diamonds … and the insurance company won’t ante up. But in new legal docs … A.H.A.C. claims it doesn’t owe Timbaland a dime — claiming he’s been as slippery as a seal, lying like a rug. The insurance company claims: — Timbaland bought the watch for $900,000 but insured it for TWICE the purchase price. — Timbaland reported the watch stolen … but 4 months later claimed his daughter misplaced it. — Everyone involved told a different story … the wife implicated another female, the assistant implicated the maid, the maid only copped to sleeping with Timbaland’s brother-in-law and the brother-in-law refused to cooperate. No one ever mentioned the daughter losing the watch, like Timbaland belatedly claimed. Not for nothin’ Timbo has WAY too much money to by lying about some silly-a$$ watch.
