So much for that pledge to shut up mercifully until May 13. Michael Lohan will be back in L.A. Monday … and he’s already telling people that he’s going to start the legal ball rolling to create a conservatorship for Lindsay Lohan. That would leave him, or a court-appointed third party, in charge of the actress’ finances, career, medical decisions and pretty much her whole life. Hey, it worked for Britney Spears . No word if he would actually be granted such a role, but Mike says he’d gladly serve as conservator but is open to someone else in the role as well. Lindsay is in New York City right now but refuses to see her father, who has been angling to meet with her for weeks. Michael says it’s now time. This photo of Michael Lohan has absolutely nothing to do with this article or his turbulent relationship with Lindsay Lohan. Although in a way it explains so much . Michael Lohan also says he does not want his daughter to go to jail, and fears that she will die, as do many people close to her and on our staff. In the immediate future, however, jail is the more imminent threat. Lindsay is likely to be jailed because she has squarely violated the terms of her probation in her DUI case and a big court day of May 20 looms. Michael wants Lindsay in rehab but not a traditional, group facility. He wants to go the Brooke Mueller route – a private home with lots of doctors.

According to Star Magazine, Tiger’s scorned better half isn’t the only famous spouse making plans to leave her husband: Brooke Mueller has finally had enough of Charlie Sheen. This news follows the report that Sheen has been sneaking out of rehab and conducting an affair with lingerie model/Ashley Dupre-like escort, Angelina Tracy . Truly shocking, we know. “Both Brooke and Charlie were continuing the rehab they began after the Colorado blow-up,” a source told Star . But it’s clear that Brooke has been the only one taking it seriously. She’s still on the road to recovery as an outpatient – but she’s decided that she’ll make that journey without Charlie.” The insider adds that Mueller has moved out of the couple’s home in Beverly Hills, taking the couple’s 13-month old twins with her. Stating the obvious, the family friend says Brooke has “had her fill of Charlie’s cheating and unpredictability.” She already has a new residence picked out in Los Angeles. “Brooke is not surprised by anything Charlie does at this point – she is doing what she needs to do to be a good mother to Max and Bob, and she can’t control what Charlie does,” said another pal. “She is in a really good place right now, and her main concern is the kids.” Elin can relate. The Hollywood Gossip has had its share of fun at Charlie Sheen’s expense, and given some of the actor’s recent antics, it hasn’t been entirely undeserved. Still, we have to give him credit where it’s due, and agreeing to go on Family Guy, which has ridiculed him and Two and a Half Men for years, was classic. Sunday evening, animated Charlie and Jon Cryer came to watch Brian’s terrible sitcom’s television debut, at which point the following exchange happened: Brian: “Hey, what’s the cast of Two and a Half Men doing here?” Charlie: “You’re always saying our show sucks. Let’s see yours.” Touche. You have to love Sheen going on, after so many Family Guy quotes have mocked him, to basically mock Brian’s show within the show. Awesome. We’re guessing, however, that if the Fox show featured Charlie Sheen drunkenly threatening Brooke Mueller , he may not have been as amenable to appearing.
