BOSSIP Exclusive: Bankrupt Ex-CSI Star Gary Dourdan Demands $110K Settlement For Beating Ex Erased!

Troubled Star In Bankruptcy Court Ex-CSI star Gary Dourdan is demanding the $110,000 debt he agreed to pay his ex-girlfriend – after accusing him of brutally beating her – be tossed now that he’s bankrupt. Dourdan filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in September 2014, stating he had $988,000 in assets and $1.46 million owed to creditors. His assets included $20 cash on hand $1,000 in his savings, one grand in household items, another grand in clothing and a $1,000 watch. His debts include $949,000 on his L.A. home mortgage, more than $200,000 in back taxes, $1,400 to American Express, $626 to Time Warner, $4,368 in fees due to his criminal probation, $2,000 to a Marina Del Rey hospital, more than $2,000 for a storage unit and $130 for a traffic ticket. He lists himself as an actor/musician and makes $11,500 a month but his expenses total $11,302 leaving him only with $198 in leftover cash. Then shortly after he filed the petition, Dourdan’s ex-girlfriend Nicole Cannizzaro headed to court in the bankruptcy and sued the the actor. Back in 2012, Cannizarro sued Dourdan for assault and battery, accusing him of attacking her at his apartment. She said during the attack he punched her in the face and dragged her across the apartment. The ex-girlfriend said the actor beat her so badly that her nose was broken. Continue reading →

And he gave an interview about it over the weekend to a blogger named Romina… but we can’t figure out if he’s actually being a jerk to her in the following exchange. Or if it’s sort of all part of the act. Considering Romina said the actor “humiliated” her and added that Eisenberg “isn’t very nice” when she put the interview online, we’re guessing he really was irritated by her during the Q&A, especially her lack of respect for Morgan Freeman. Gary Coleman’s Funeral To Take Place This Weekend

Former child actor will be buried in Salt Lake City. By Gil Kaufman Gary Coleman Photo: Getty Images The funeral for former child actor Gary Coleman will be held in Salt Lake City this weekend. According to UsMagazine.com , the service for the sitcom star will be held either Friday or Saturday at a funeral home in the actor’s adopted home state. Coleman’s lawyer, Randy Kester, said the actor’s estranged parents, Sue and Willie Coleman, are planning to attend the service, despite having seen little of their adopted son for much of the past 20 years following a 1989 lawsuit over the handling of his childhood acting earnings. Kester said he recently spoke with Sue and that it’s been “kind of hard” for her to deal with the sudden death of Gary, 42, who passed away on Friday after suffering a brain hemorrhage as a result of a fall last Wednesday. Sue Coleman spoke to People magazine, saying that her son had, “a God-given talent” and getting into show business was his idea. “We always told him, ‘It’s up to you, Gary.’ We never forced him to do anything. We protected him as best we could.” After his career stalled following the cancellation of “Strokes” in 1986, Coleman blamed his parents for allegedly taking advantage of him financially, settling a lawsuit against them and his business manager in 1993 that cemented the long estrangement. “We never stole from our son,” Sue told the magazine. “We always had his best interests at heart. After we stopped hearing from him, we reached out to him anyway we could. Over the years, we sent him birthday and Christmas wishes through his agents and managers because we often had no phone number, no address to reach him. But we always hoped someday he’d come around. … We want him to be remembered as the talented young man he was. We never stopped being proud of Gary.” As for Coleman’s wife, Shannon Price , and other members of the “Diff’rent Strokes” actor’s family, Kester said “they seem to be doing OK. … It’s all kind of a shocker. Even I think back, ‘Oh my gosh!’ You know. Gary’s really gone. It’s one of those things that you keep trying to get your mind around.” At press time it had not yet been announced whether this weekend’s service will be private or open to the public. Angelina Tracy Insists: Charlie Sheen and I are Just Pals!

Following the report that Charlie Sheen has shacked up with Angelina Tracy, this alleged mistress is speaking out. A couple weeks ago, she denied accusations that referenced her as a “paid escort,” and now she tells Radar Online that rumors of her living with Sheen are equally false. “I am not Charlie Sheen’s mistress,” Tracy said . “We are just friends and we are definitely not living together.” Hmmm… but could you be friends with benefits ?!? In mid-April, a tabloid caught Sheen sneaking out of his rehab facility, donning a disguise and visiting Tracy’s apartment. Since then, both Angelina and Sheen’s rep have said the actor was simply helping a fellow addict through a difficult time. Sources say Brooke Mueller is sick of Charlie cheating on her and will soon file for divorce. But Tracy sort of denies playing any role in this development. “I am living alone in my own apartment,” she said, failing to directly address whether or not she receives visits there from a certain prostitute-loving, knife-wielding sitcom star.

Sreenath Malayalam actor died

Sreenath, in his 50s, has acted in more than 100 films and scores of Malayalam serials in a career spanning more than three decades. Noted film and Malayalam serial actor Sreenath allegedly committed suicide in a hotel room at Kothamangalam in Ernakulam district today. Police said the actor was found dead in a hotel room at around 0830 hrs. He allegedly took his life by slitting his vein and bled to death. Lindsay Lohan Promotes 6126, Needs 5150

Lindsay Lohan was, at least at one point, a fairly successful actress. Now she’s doing all she can to eke out a living from club appearances and ventures like 6126. That would be Lindsay’s clothing line, and what a line it is. Calling them clothes is kind of a stretch if you think about it, since, well, look at the girl wearing them. She looks like she wants to ditch those clothes, do some lines of coke, and get naked as soon as humanly possible. You gotta love clothes made just to be torn off. Instead of 6126, they should rename it 5150, as in the code for involuntary psychiatric holds placed on hospital patients (a la Britney Spears ), ’cause she needs it. Colin Farrell Speaks Out Againt Homophobia, Bullying

While it will always be funny to think of him as a sex tape star , Colin Farrell is making it clear that he wishes to be known as more than just a Hollywood bad boy. On the wagon and focusing on his movie career, the Golden Globe winner is also taking up a few good causes. Chief among them: homophobia and the problems his brother, Eamon, has gone through as a gay man in Ireland. Last week, Farrell spoke at an event for BeLonG To, an Irish LGBT organization aimed at teens, regarding his sibling’s struggles. Said the actor: “I can’t remember much about the years of physical and emotional abuse my brother, Eamon, suffered. The thing I do remember, though, quite literally, is blood on his school shirt when he came home in the afternoon. The beatings and taunting were very frequent for him and a constant part of his school years. “Intolerance is not genetically encoded – it is taught. It is learned at home. It is learned in the classrooms and it is learned anywhere else we gather as a group. Bullying is torture, it is another betrayal of basic human decency and its scars reach into the future of its survivors.” Recently, Khloe Kardashian also spoke out against bullying . If this a new cause celebrities are lining up for, it’s certainly one we can get behind.

Kellan Lutz for PETA: Clothed, Pushing for Adoption

Come on, Kellan Lutz. It’s not enough that you have a ridiculous body ? You also need to love animals and pose with puppies more adorable than all the Twilight Saga stars combined? The actor stars in a new PETA campaign. Unfortunately, he isn’t naked, like so many other animal-loving celebrities have been when appearing in ads for this organization. But Lutz still has an important message to send, as the poster below reads: “Buying Animals Is Killing Animals. Save a Homeless Dog or Cat – Always Adopt and Never Buy.” Said the actor: “There are surprisingly so many animals in these animal shelters. It’s sad, and knowing that they get euthanized… and there’s a lot you can do… spay or neuter your pets so that doesn’t happen.” Seriously, Kellan. You already have a hard body. Must you match it with a soft heart? Leave some girls for the rest of us, will ya?
