‘I have never met anyone from Roc Nation,’ ‘X Factor’ whiz kid tells MTV News. ‘I’d love to, but I’m not signed right now.’ By Rob Markman Astro Photo: MTV News Yes, they both rep Brooklyn to the fullest, but Jay-Z has not signed “X Factor” ‘s rap wunderkind Astro. “I don’t have a check or a contract, so as far as I know, I’m not signed,” the 15-year-old MC told MTV News when he stopped by our newsroom on Monday (December 5). Last week, rumors that Hov signed the L.A. Reid-backed Astronomical Kid began to swirl online but the upstart rapper shot down the buzz. “I have never met anyone from Roc Nation. I’d love to, but I’m not signed right now to anyone,” he said. “Nobody ever hit me up about that — just go on the Internet and it’s up there. But I’m not signed as far as I know.” On last Thursday’s episode, after giving a Michael Jackson-themed performance the night before, Astro was eliminated from the competition. Not that he was sweating it. “Hey, man, it’s for the better,” the MC told “X Factor” host Steve Jones during his exit interview. “The only reason I’m mad is ’cause I don’t get to see my girl that lives in Cali, but I will be back. … I love my time. I’ve gained a lot of fans. People got picket signs tonight. I wish y’all the best of luck.” Astro wowed judges with his initial audition for the show when he rapped his own original composition, the viral hit “Stop Looking at My Mom.” And during his “X Factor,” run he took hip-hop hits like Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” and Jay-Z’s “Show Me What You Got,” effectively making them his own by adding new lyrics to the already popular beats. Now that he is off the show, the Brooklyn whiz kid is looking forward to getting back into the studio and eventually signing a deal. “I just want to be in a place where I’m comfortable 100 percent. I just want to be able to release my music, do my movies, [and] everything is fair,” he said of his dream deal. “I just want to be able to have fun doing it. I don’t want music to be a job for me; I want it to be something I’m doing for fun. As long it’s not a job then you’re straight.” Related Artists Jay-Z

Brooklyn MC hints at possible involvement in West’s G.O.O.D. Music compilation album. By Jocelyn Vena Theophilus London Photo: Getty Images Given their similar aesthetics and emotional rhymes, it’s no surprise that Theophilus London and Kanye West have plans to team up — on something. When MTV News caught up with London this week, he teased that he and Yeezy have some sort of collaboration on the horizon. “He’s working on his G.O.O.D. Music record soon,” London said, not mentioning whether he’s involved in that project. “I’m just happy to be affiliated with him. We email each other back and forth and tip each other off on different fashion things. He’s just a good friend. Right now, I can’t say anything else about that, but he’s just a good friend.” West announced last month that he was working on a G.O.O.D. compilation album , even citing a time frame for when he wanted to drop it. “Goodmusic. The album. Spring 2012,” he tweeted , providing just enough information to get fans excited for what’s to come. These days, Yeezy is on the road with longtime pal Jay-Z on the Watch the Throne Tour . London already caught the show and has only the kindest words to say about it. “I went to check out the Watch the Throne Tour; it’s amazing,” he said of one of two Madison Square Garden shows. “I recommend it.” While Kanye tours with Jay-Z and decides what his next move with London is, the Brooklyn MC is riding the wave of being included on the “Breaking Dawn- Part 1” soundtrack with his song “Neighbors.” “When they asked me do it, I was very privileged and pleased. I wanted to do a super emo song about neighbors and how neighbors are very important,” he said. “A lot of people are freaking out, but it’s a whole new fanbase for me. I’m just so stoked that all these cute girls that like vampires hear my song.” What kind of collabo do you want to see between ‘Ye and Theophilus? Share your ideas in the comments! Jennifer Aniston’s banana routine may be a tease in Horrible Bosses , nude on DVD and Blu-ray, but Mr. Skin knows some sexy scofflaws who aren’t quite so skingy. Nude on Blu-ray, Jennifer Jason Leigh shows her tasty twosome as tragic trollop Tralala in Last Exit to Brooklyn , and Chloe Sevigny mainlines T&A as a drug dealer’s dame in Mr. Nice , nude on DVD and Blu-ray. Also nude on DVD, racktastic redhead Doira Baird will put a ten-gallon hat in your pants in the Western South of Heaven, and Maria Bello will make you swell-o baring beautiful boobs in Beautiful Boy . Plus, stick out your thumb and hitch a ride with the 80’s softcore sinsation The Hitchhiker , which features nudes from stars like Shannon Tweed , Kelly Lynch and Virginia Madsen and hits DVD this week for the first time ever: Writer Hubert Selby Jr. penned the book that Last Exit to Brooklyn (1989), a story of borough losers, drug addicts, whores, and transvestites, is based upon. And base it is. There’s hardly an attractive character in the plot. When you begin rooting for the child molester then you know you’re in dangerously depressing territory. One-time-only skinster Maia Danziger provides half the nudity here. The other half goes to Jennifer Jason Leigh playing another one of her light and airy roles as Tralala, a hooker who is gangbanged outside the Brooklyn Navy Yard. All aboard! Rhys Ifans plays Howard Marks, AKA “Mr. Nice”, the Welsh drug smuggler whose empire was built on connections with the IRA, the Mafia and MI6, in the British biopic Mr. Nice (2010). Chlo
