Chris Brown is in jail at the moment, but just because he’s locked up doesn’t mean the hot-tempered singer can’t create drama on the outside. Two of Chris’ exes nearly had a run-in last at a Hollywood nightclub. Karrueche Tran (who may or may not still be dating Brown) narrowly avoided confrontation when she and her friends bolted from the club upon learning that Rihanna had arrived with her entourage. Reportedly, Rihanna is dating Drake so it seems unlikely that she’s still so hung up on Chris that she would start beef with Karrueche. Even, so RiRi’s temper is alomost as notorious as Chris’, so Tran and company may have done the right thing by playing it safe. Besides, maybe Tran wasn’t afraid of a physical confrontation and just wanted to avoid partying with her ex’s ex. Even semi-celebrities like Karrueche probably hate awkward situations like that. While a cat fight between Rihanna and Karrueche would’ve been hugely entertaining, we’re glad they’re just avoiding each other like grownups. If they started clawing each other’s eyes out, it would only be yet another boost to Breezy’s already enormous ego. Brown and his bodyguard are scheduled to stand trial for assault on April 17. Overruled! Judge Joe Brown Arrested For Contempt Of Court, Sentenced To 5 Days In Jail!

“Your honor” is a wild boy . Judge Joe Brown Arrested For Being In Contempt Of Court Via MyFoxMemphis Judge Joe Brown was arrested Monday on contempt of court charges FOX13 News has learned. Judge Brown is a Democratic candidate for the Shelby County District Attorney General’s office. Apparently, Judge Brown was at Shelby County Juvenile Court and he wanted to speak on behalf of a juvenile in a child support case. He was waiting for the court to bring the child’s documents. It’s being reported Judge Brown chastised the juvenile court and judge, threatening to take the matter to a judicial review. The 66-year-old former television judge and Shelby County Criminal Court judge, was physically removed from the courtroom and held in contempt for five days. Judge Joe was turnt UP! Juvenile Court Chief Magistrate Dan Michael told FOX13 News Brown nearly started a riot in Courtroom 5. He was brought out in handcuffs. A witness who was in Courtroom 5 at the time of Brown’s tirade said Brown told the magistrate he had no authority. Brown was transported to 201 Poplar in Downtown Memphis shortly after 3 p.m., where he will was booked, photographed and fingerprinted. FOX13 News has learned supporters of Judge Brown are working to get him released on his own recognizance. Chris Brown really wishes he wasn’t in jail. After getting the rehab boot for the second time in a few months, the singer was sentenced a few days ago to a month in the slammer . With Brown alone for 23 hours a a day in solitary confinement , a source tells TMZ that the singer can’t stand life behind bars. Brown feels like “a caged animal,” the insider says, adding that the star refers to it as “the worst experience of my life.” In a related note, Rihanna thinks getting her face beaten and bloodied by Brown was the worst experience of her life. What has Brown been doing while in custody? Writing songs and working out, the source says, while telling folks on the phone that he’s been scared straight and will never “f-ck up again.” We’ll believe that when we see it. But there may be hope yet for Brown: he’s negotiating to pay off his alleged assault victim in D.C. in order to make that case goes away. Chris Brown: Kicked Out of Rehab For Touching Women, Refusing Drug Test, Mocking Process

Chris Brown got thrown out of rehab last Friday for three different rules violations, according to reports, including one designed specifically for the singer. The 24-year-old was ordered to stay at least two feet away from all the women there, given that he’s on probation for a felony assault against Rihanna. Fair or not, the people who run the facility imposed this highly unusual requirement on Chris, who violated it by ” touching elbows and hands ” with a woman. The second reason he got the boot was that the R&B star left the facility last week on an authorized outing, then refused a drug test upon his return. Sources say he later took the test and passed, but the initial refusal was a violation of rules. Finally, he allegedly “made a mockery” of the rehab process. That occurred when he made harsh comments in a group session. It’s unclear what he said, but these infractions combined to get Chris Brown kicked out of rehab . Insiders say Chris also had some kind of sexual encounter with a woman at the facility this month, but that is not part of the basis for booting him. This is also the second rehab facility to kick Brown out since his October arrest. The first showed him the door after he threw a rock at his mom’s car . Chris Brown Kicked Out of Rehab, Jailed Brown is in jail now for violating probation, following Friday’s dismissal. His anger management treatment was the only thing keeping him out of the slammer after his probation was revoked as a result of his D.C. assault arrest. Prosecutors wanted him jailed pending trial, but the judge allowed him to stay in rehab for treatment until mid-April, when his assault case played out. Once he got the boot from Malibu, off to a jail cell he went. Since his probation was already revoked, and that this is the second facility that told him to go kick rocks, it’s likely he’ll remain locked up for a month . His lawyer, Mark Geragos, will appear in court today with Brown, presumably to ask for house arrest or rehab at another facility until the D.C. trial. Chris Brown: JAILED After Getting Kicked Out of Rehab AGAIN!

Chris Brown is back behind bars yet again. The star was jailed after getting kicked out of rehab, and thus violating his probation, for the second time. It’s unclear why, but the 24-year-old was booted from the Malibu rehab facility where he’s been living for about four months, and sent directly to jail. Here’s the rundown on today as well as the background here: Chris is on probation until late 2014 for beating Rihanna in 2009. As a condition of that probation, he must obey all laws or risk being jailed. He was arrested for assault in D.C. last fall, but dodged the proverbial bullet when a judge allowed him to serve 90 days in rehab instead. After he completed that stint, prosecutors still wanted him jailed, but the judge ordered Chris to stay in rehab while the D.C. case ran its course. The deal was simple: Chris could choose rehab or jail. An easy call, until Brown was thrown out of the rehab center a second time Friday morning, for violating “internal rules” NOT involving violence or drugs. He was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom’s car , but that did not play a role here; he’d been making progress, supposedly. Chris was caught having “an inappropriate relationship” with a female worker earlier this year, but that’s reportedly not the reason he got tossed today either. In any case, back to the slammer he goes, because when he left (by choice or not), he violated the judge’s orders and therefore his get out of jail free card. Chris Brown Sued For Assault After Dude Calls Foul on Him in Pickup Game

Malcolm Ausbon, a California man, says short-fused singer Chris Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at a 24 Hour Fitness last year. All, he says, because of a disputed foul during a pickup basketball game. Ausbon is suing Brown, his goons and 24 Hour Fitness for unspecified damages claiming assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. The lawsuit states that when Brown, 24, refused to acknowledge the foul called on him by Ausbon around 11 p.m., Ausbon “expressed his dissatisfaction.” Chris allegedly replied that he was a member of the Bloods street gang. As Ausbon began to back away, members of the singer’s entourage stepped in and said, “If you f–k with Chris, you f–k with us,” the lawsuit states. According to Ausbon, Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at the gym and began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp” his head and body. Ausbon ended up in the ER with a fractured rib and other injuries including cuts and bruises over his face and body, his lawyer Stephen Wegman said: “He was jumped, beaten and dazed, and at some point my client made a police report about the incident and is waiting for police follow-up. Police never followed up.” “Imagine going to play a game of basketball, and you get jumped by four guys because you call a foul,” he said. “This isn’t for fame or fortune. He’s got medical bills and issues.” Ausbon has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, distorted vision, dizziness, nervousness, embarrassment, fear and anxiety, the lawyer specified. “All a result of some famous guy thinking he’s above the law.” Wegman said he filed the civil lawsuit after a failed attempt to negotiate a private settlement with Brown’s legal team, who “didn’t want to communicate anymore.” “If Chris Brown isn’t willing to compensate (Ausbon) for what he did to him, I’m not going to back down. It will be for a jury to decide.” Brown is also fighting an unrelated criminal charge that he punched a man in Washington, D.C., last October, and is in anger management rehab as a result. He is still on probation after he pleaded guilty to beating pop singer Rihanna in 2009, agreeing to a no-jail, felony probation plea deal that’s now in jeopardy. He is due back in court February 28. For Chris Brown , or more accurately the people who cross Chris Brown, it appears the hits just keep on coming.

Why can’t Chris get right? Chris Brown Sued Over Beating On Basketball Court Hopefully rehab is working for Chris. Otherwise, a seat on Iyanla’s “Fix My Life” probably awaits. According to TMZ: Chris Brown got so pissed off over a foul call during a pick-up basketball game at a 24-Hour Fitness … he allegedly proclaimed himself a member of the Bloods street gang and then beat the crap out of the other player. Malcolm Ausbon just filed a lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — in which he claims he was playing BBall last July against Chris when he called a foul on Brown … which Brown vehemently denied. Brown allegedly threatened the guy saying he would kick his ass. Ausbon claims Brown then bragged that he was a member of the Bloods. Ausbon wisely decided to back away, but Brown was on a tear. He allegedly rushed Ausbon with 3 members of his security team, who screamed, “If you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us.” The lawsuit claims the 4 men then began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon’s head and body.” He says he ended up in the emergency room with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs. He also says he’s suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. Ausbon is suing Brown and 24-Hour Fitness, as well as the security team for unspecified damages. A source close to Brown acknowledges an “incident” on the court but says there were no punches thrown. What’s up with the false flagging? So lame. WENN
