A member of the paparazzi found that out for himself this week when he tried to ask Bruce about his separation from Kris Jenner and got cursed off as a result. But ask him in a scheduled interview to discuss the split – confirmed Tuesday by this married couple of 22 years – and Jenner is glad to open up. There’s no animosity. Everything is good,” Jenner says simply, echoing similar sentiments shared by other members of the family. Sources connected to Kris and Bruce tell TMZ … Kris — who is the moving force in the separation — has NOT contacted a divorce lawyer. We’re told as of now she’s fine with the status quo. Fact is … they’ve been separated for awhile, and Kris and Bruce don’t want to screw up their reality show … which is raking in $40 mil for the family. The couple issued a statement saying, “We are living separately and we are much happier this way.” Sources connected with the family tell TMZ … Bruce has been living in Malibu full-time and spending a lot of time with his sons Brody and Brandon. Kris is firmly planted in Calabasas with her daughters. We’re told Bruce has privately told his sons living away from Kris was just the way the relationship evolved. In their statement, they say they will continue to have love and respect for each other. It’s unclear how the split will impact their reality show. Kris, specifically, has been asked about the chatter many times and yet has always brushed it off as tabloid nonsense. “We love each other and just laugh about it,” she told E! in November. “These kind of stories have been circulating for the last couple of years.” So either something has changed since then or Kris has been misleading folks for a very long time. Just last month, sources said the Jenners might divorce, have been separated for months and have been sexless for years . Now we know at least one – and mostly likely two – of those allegations are accurate. Following his second procedure of the last two years to remove a growth from his face, Bruce Jenner has issued a statement in regard to his health. Speaking to E! News, the First Father of Reality Television acknowledged he’s suffering from “basal cell carcinoma” and underwent “Mohs surgery” this week to take care of the issue. Bruce Jenner Skin Cancer Report “I have been struggling with this for several years and appreciate all of the support and prayers while I continue to fight the battle against skin cancer,” Jenner said, adding a life lesson and passing along advice: “This has taught me to be extra vigilant when out in the sun and I encourage others to get regular checkups and always wear sunscreen.” Well put, BJ. Let’s hope all fans take note and let’s also hope daughter Kim Kardashian is serious about getting out of the public eye.
Talk of a Khloe Kardashian divorce is running rampant these days, considering the rumored infidelity and substance abuse problems of husband Lamar Odom. And if this split does indeed go down, the latest issue of In Touch Weekly claims Khloe won’t be the only newly single member of her family: Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner are also allegedly on the outs! “They can’t hide the truth much longer,” a source tells the tabloid. “After years of fights, cheating allegations and public humiliation, friends confirm the rift in Kris and Bruce’s relationship is deeper than ever – and after 22 years of marriage, divorce is right around the corner.” This isn’t the first time talk of a Kris and Bruce divorce has come up, nor is it the first time In Touch has been at the center of such chatter. In June, the magazine estimated that over $200 million could be at stake in this major break-up, while Khloe admitted on an appearance with Jay Leno that her step-father actually has his own separate home. “They’ve had problems for a long time and have been separated for months,” according to this new report. “They haven’t slept together in years and pretty much just have a business relationship at this point. Their marriage is over.” That’s too bad. But at least Kris can fall back on her talk show if all else fails… or can she? This week on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the very first North West photo was revealed and Khloe Kardashian-Lamar Odom divorce rumors escalated. Wait, that was real life. We forget that the show lags by a few months. On the E! program, we saw (the producers pretend to have) Kim Kardashian hatch a plan to get back at her judgmental family by secretly feeding them placenta. Meanwhile, Rob shocked everyone when the producers had him take up chainsaw art in Khloe’s yard, and late night jokes began to bother someone. Who was it? And how did it all play out? Also, Rob Kardashian was the subject of concern after Khloe pretended to just happen upon a huge bag of candy wrappers he threw in the trash. People try to help Rob find a hobby or something to make him happy, so naturally we soon learn that he likes doing wood carvings with a chainsaw. Minus 1,100 for more contrived nonsense. He starts making “art” in Khloe and Lamar’s backyard, and when it gets to be too much for the duo, Khloe sends him over to Kourtney and Scott’s house. Bruce Jenner and Kris Jenner have seen better days. They sometimes live apart and they may be headed for a $200 million divorce and now we totally know why: Kris won’t put out! That’s the word from an anonymous Radar Online source, who has caused us to almost lose our lunch just imagining these two having sex and claimed of Bruce: “It’s gotten to a point where he’s accepted this marriage is not working for him. He says they never have sex and she’s nasty to him – and he’s had enough.” Kris has always been controlling, of course, but a “turning point” apparently came for Bruce when confronted recently by son Brody. “Bruce’s boys – especially Brody – have been telling him how they felt abandoned by him when they were young,” a family friend alleges. “It was a turning point for Bruce and made him realize where he is in his life.” And that place in life is apparently under Kris’ thumb, not her naked body. (Sorry.) With Kris soon anchoring her own talk show, it doesn’t appear as if things will get any better between the couple either. “I wouldn’t put it past her to beat Bruce to the punch and separate from him before the show and try to play up her personal drama on-air just to get viewers,” concludes the friend.
Last night’s offering of Keeping Up With the Kardashians continued the now-familiar storyline of Bruce and Brody Jenner trying to repair their relationship. Meanwhile, Kris Jenner and the girls battled allegations from Ellen Pearson, Robert Kardashian Sr.’s ex-wife, with emotions running high as always. Perhaps most significantly, Rob Kardashian gaining 50 pounds carried the most weight Sunday … pun intended. Come along for THG’s official +/- recap! Rob Kardashian’s weight loss became a major story last month. Now, we get to see the precursor – the gain, and the concern of his family members. He’d put on 50 pounds, and felt he was “embarrassing to the family” after weighing in at 241 pounds with a 45-inch waist. Wow dude. Minus 241 . Not only that, be missed the private training sessions Kim Kardashian had set up for him, even as his body fat reached upwards of 50 percent. 50! “I really needed a pregnant friend,” Kim joked, in the line of the night. When Rob insisted he wasn’t pregnant, Kim said, “I know, but you eat like one.” Plus 70 , because even though it was clearly scripted, ouch! The tough love continued, too. Khloe’s plan was to get him to binge hard, getting him so sick on junk food that he’d never want to eat it again. Unfortunately, the plan backfired, however Rob did say later that he wanted to get fit and planned to work out with Khloe’s husband Lamar. Plus 40 . He’s proving a man of his word, too, looking noticeably slimmer and saying his goal is to get down to 200 pounds by July 4. Good work, Rob. Plus 20 . Meanwhile, Kris & Ko. continued their feud with her ex’s other ex, which seems designed primarily to stretch Keeping Up into its hour-long time slot. Seriously. Don’t you miss the half-hour days? Minus 50 . As for Brody and Bruce, we’ve been hearing whispers for awhile, but it was surprising to learn just how absent Bruce was from Brody Jenner’s life. No wonder Brody said Bruce is not the best father . Minus 50 . While it’s terrific to see that they both care enough to work on things now, you can’t help but feel that Bruce’s image has been dented a bit by this.
