Toney was beaten brutally on December 3 by Kilpatrick AFTER he was handcuffed, as a result, he was hospitalized with a collapsed lung and fractured ribs, nose and finger according to KSTP . The entire incident was caught on camera. This is Hamilton County (TN) Detective #BlakeKilpatrick . He is mercilessly beating handcuffed suspect #CharlesToney . On the jail intake paperwork, the only injury listed is “swelling” that is described as within normal limits”, whatever the f**k THAT means. Despite the video of clear police abuse, Kilpatrick hasn’t been suspended, instead he has been placed on desk duty. Somebody has to see to it that Porky Kilpatrick suffers consequences for his actions.

LeSean McCoy’s Ex Gal Pal Reveals Horrific Photos From Home Invasion (Exclusive Details)

Courtesy of Fulton County Court Delicia Cordon Blames Ex LeSean McCoy For Robbery & Beatdown The ex-partner of NFL star LeSean McCoy has revealed photos of her severe injuries from a July home invasion that she believes her former lover orchestrated. Delicia Cordon included the gruesome photos in a new court filing where she pleads with the judge not to dismiss her case against McCoy, where she alleges that he wanted her out of his mansion so badly that he set her up to be robbed and jumped at the home. The photos, obtained by BOSSIP, show the mother of two with two black eyes, a swollen jaw, mottled bruises and a gash across her forehead. Cordon said in court papers that it took her weeks to heal after the attack and she continues to suffer from stress and anxiety. In the new filing, Cordon blasts McCoy’s claims that her case doesn’t have a leg to stand on because she was essentially squatting in his house. She said McCoy bought the house for them to live in together, and she and her kids lived there year-round while he visited every now and then. She said he put her at severe risk when he abruptly changed the locks, disabled the home’s camera and got a new security system but wouldn’t share the new info with Cordon. “…A reasonable person clearly understands that preventing access to the home security system to those who live in the house leaves said individuals, and the home, vulnerable and within the range of any dangerous act being done on the premises,” Cordon’s filing, which was obtained by BOSSIP, states. “Such a dangerous act is precisely what was planned and what occurred in the instant matter.” Delicia Cordon’s injuries. Meanwhile, McCoy’s baby mama Stephanie Maisonet also submitted a statement to bolster Cordon’s case, alleging that she overheard McCoy tell someone on the phone “I need to get this b*tch out of my house,” and convinced her to let McCoy’s assistant publish a post on her Instagram saying that he was a great dad right after the home invasion. In exchange, McCoy promised to roll over on their child custody agreement and allow their son to attend school in Miami. McCoy hadn’t responded to either Maisonet nor Cordon’s court filings as of Sept. 19. A judge has yet to rule on the case.

Sadly, it might make the despicable state of affairs in America more understandable. According to PhillyVoice , a video of unarmed 27-year-old Sean Williams being shot with a taser has gone viral. The report states that a 911 call was made about a man threatening people with a baseball bat, police say that dispute began with a woman over a social security card. The video shows Williams interacting with police in Lancaster, Pennsylvania where it appears he was about to be arrested after being asked to sit on the curb. With his hands in plain sight, Williams takes a seat but allegedly failed to properly adhere to the officer’s other commands. Lancaster Mayor Danene Sorace says the incident is being investigated “Like you, when I saw the video, I was upset by it, and it is of great concern to me,” Sorace said in a video statement. “We take the use of force very seriously.” She goes on to say: “There is an investigation that has already commenced regarding the use of force in this incident, and we are in communication with other civil rights groups and other individuals to address the concerns,” Mayor Sorace said. “We’ll be continuing the investigation over the coming days.” Flip the page to peep the video.

A tearful Andrea Buera said she decided to come forward not only to stand up for herself, but to be an example for her seven-year-old daughter. Buera said the alleged assault happened at an after party Feb. 18 during NBA All Star weekend. “I was attending an after party when Trey began yelling at me, choking me, punching me and ultimately knocking me to the ground,” Buera, accompanied by her lawyer Lisa Bloom, said at a press conference in Los Angeles Tuesday. Buera said that none of the other partygoers tried to intervene, and that Trey’s punches didn’t stop until his security guard pulled the “Bottoms Up” singer off of her. “People stood and watched as some strayed away,” the woman said. When she took out a second phone, she said he didn’t the same thing. “I was crying, terrified, in shock and I just wanted to go home,” she said. Buera went to the police following the incident, and successfully obtained a domestic violence restraining order against the singer. Bloom, her lawyer, has asked witnesses to come forward. Trey has denied jumping Buera. The woman said the alleged battering left her with a concussion and bruising, but her emotional scars have been even worse. She said she’s been struggling to cope since the alleged beat down occurred. “I had to go to the hospital because he hit me so hard that I had a concussion and was throwing up from the migraines,” Buera recalled. “I wake up in the middle of the night having flashbacks as it constantly replays in my head.” Hit the flip for more pics of Buera’s alleged injuries:

Dave Chappelle’s Powerful Words At His Local City Council Meeting About Policing Dave Chappelle just banked $60 million from Netflix for his upcoming comedy specials and God knows how much from his recent tours and everything else. That said, Dave still resides with his family in small town Yellow Springs, Ohio. He’s not big-wig celebrity there, he’s an active member of the community and is deeply concerned about his city. On New Years Eve, a black man was badly beaten by the police. As a result, the police chief and a handful of officers resigned from their posts. As Chappelle addressed his neighbors and the city council, he urged them to return Yellow Springs to a town that was policed by faces that everyone knew and not an outside “alien force”, as he described it. Father Injects Son With HIV As An Baby Brryan Jackson contracted HIV when he was just 11 months old, but it took almost four years for doctors to correctly diagnose him because he had none of the usual risk factors that you would usually see. That’s because the Missouri native wasn’t infected in any normal way: he was injected with a vial of infected blood by his own father in an attempt to avoid paying child support. Now he’s 25, healthy, and running his own HIV charity to raise awareness.

Body Cam Footage Seems To Show Chicago Police Fired First, Paul O’Neal Was Unarmed Despite conveniently capturing everything but the fatal shot that killed Paul O’Neal after a car chase through Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood, The Chicago Tribune reports that police body cams may have recorded just enough to show just how few f—s were given in this latest wrongful police shooting. In the minutes following O’Neal’s death, the officers involved realized that not only did the teenager not fire at police before crashing the stolen Jaguar he was driving; he may not have had a weapon at all. In fact: the officer who shot O’Neal in the back sounded worried about how the shooting would be judged. His sergeant was unbothered, though. The officer who believed he had fired the fatal shot initially thought shots had been fired at his police car from the speeding Jaguar when it actually came from officers down the street shooting toward the Jaguar. While the body camera attached to the uniform of that officer did not capture the fatal shot, a video showed that the officer’s body camera was operating after the shooting and was still recording when police processing the scene asked him to walk through the backyard where he fired his gun and help them find the shell casings. A sergeant asked whether the shots fired at the officer came from the rear of the yard, but the officer told him the shots fired in his direction happened back on the street moments before the stolen car chase ended in a collision. “No, the shots were coming at us when the car was coming at us,” the officer said before describing how he ended up in the backyard chasing O’Neal on foot. “I took off this way, he was coming over this way,” he said, indicating different sections of the backyard. “When I approached this, I didn’t know if he was armed or not.” As seconds passed in the backyard, the officer grew distraught and feared that it would be judged a bad shooting. “Man, this is so f—– up, man. I don’t want nothing to happen to that f—— guy, dude,” he said to the sergeant. “The way s—‘s going man, I’m going to be f—— crucified, bro.” At that point, the sergeant sought to reassure the officer, citing the car theft as justification for what happened. “Relax, he was in a hot car. Nothing to worry about.” With this much proof of wrong doing, do you think the officers involved in this case will actually serve some time?

Florida Cop Shoots And Kills Man Through Windshield And here we go again … Via CBS News : The Florida Highway Patrol has identified the driver whose decision to run from a law enforcement officer set off a chain of events that resulted in his death. Doll Pierre-Louis, 24, was shot and killed Wednesday following a traffic stop with a Florida Highway Patrol officer. His girlfriend, Markisha Fenelon, was in the passenger seat. FHP says the trooper feared for his life when, during the traffic stop on the Palmetto Exwy near Douglas Road, Pierre-Louis backed up and refused to stop his car.
