The Server Calls the Cops And the father of two was arrested on January 23, charged him with theft of services and held him on $500 bond. Edwards was also charged with possession of heroin from a Red Bank warrant. 5. Toney was beaten brutally on December 3 by Kilpatrick AFTER he was handcuffed, as a result, he was hospitalized with a collapsed lung and fractured ribs, nose and finger according to KSTP . On the jail intake paperwork, the only injury listed is “swelling” that is described as within normal limits”, whatever the f**k THAT means. Despite the video of clear police abuse, Kilpatrick hasn’t been suspended, instead he has been placed on desk duty. Somebody has to see to it that Porky Kilpatrick suffers consequences for his actions.
Teacher In Florida In Hot Water After Supposed “Typo” On Homework A teacher in Florida is catching a lot of heat after what she sent home students with what claims to be a spelling mistake on their homework. The class of 6-year-olds were supposed to be learning how to spell the word “bigger,” but ended up having a spelling sheet with a racial slur on it instead. One child noticed and told her mother, and Terry Day reached out to the Hamilton Elementary School. “I said, ‘Well, you didn’t spell-check your word? You didn’t proofread your word before you sent that out?’ And (the teacher) said, ‘It is a word.’ And I didn’t like the attitude behind that one,’” Day told WESH 2 . The school issued an apology already, and claims the teacher is extremely remorseful. There has been very little positive feedback from a majority of Black Twitter when it comes to anyone shouting “all lives matter,” so one can guess at the type of response the flyer garnered. Both artists have spoken out since the flyer has gone viral. Fantasia created an Instagram video saying the show was canceled. The 2016 Tony Awards aired live from New York on Sunday night. Although host James Corden and company were forced to take a sobering tone due to the tragic Orlando shooting that took place in a gay nightclub just hours prior to the event. “Our hearts go out to all of those affected by this atrocity,” Corden said to open the ceremony, adding: “You’re not on your own. Your tragedy is our tragedy. Hate will never win. We have to make sure of that. Tonight’s show stands as a symbol of that principle.” And that show did have to go on, despite the death of 50 people in Florida. As expected, the best-reviewed and most popular production in Broadway dominated the winner’s circle. Darryl Hamilton was found dead alongside his girlfriend in what cops are calling a tragic Father’s Day murder-suicide. His girlfriend has been identified as Monica Jordan, 44, of Pearland, Texas. Former Mets Player Darryl Hamilton Dead In Murder-Suicide Damn, it’s like Steve McNair all over again. Via ESPN Former major leaguer Darryl Hamilton has been killed in a murder-suicide at a suburban Houston home, police said Monday. He was 50. Hamilton was found Sunday after he was fatally shot in a house in Pearland. He had worked for the MLB Network since 2013. An initial investigation determined Hamilton was shot several times and that a woman in the home died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was identified as 44-year-old Monica Jordan, Pearland Police Lt. Patrick Savage said. Police said Hamilton and Jordan’s 14-month-old child, who was found unharmed at the home, was turned over to Child Protective Services. Hamilton was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He played for five teams over 13 seasons in the majors before retiring in 2001, reaching the postseason in four of his final five seasons. In front of kid?!?! “All of us at Major League Baseball are shocked and saddened by this tragedy,” MLB commissioner Rob Manfred said in a statement. “Darryl followed a successful 13-year career on the field by assembling a multifaceted career in our game, working for MLB Advanced Media and in our Baseball Operations Department before moving on to MLB Network. “He was a talented and personable individual, and we were proud to call him a member of the Baseball Family.
