The new season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? premieres very soon, and fans can expect to see more of Ashley Martson’s health battle . But there’s more than lupus that’s trying to ruin Ashley’s life. She has now revealed that her husband, Jay, has cheated on her — again . On Monday, April 15, Ashley Martson took to her Instagram Stories to announce to the world that Jay Smith is in hot water. “It’s all fun and games until your ass gets deported,” Ashley writes. “Have fun at the strip club with MY money and MY car,” she adds. Ashley then notes that it’s a car that “you’re driving around without a license!” In case there was any doubt, she tags her husband, Jay Smith. To make her feelings even clearer, she adds: “Bye Felicia” and “canceled!” Ashley had also shared an earlier, even more hostile version of the message. “It’s all fun and games,” she had written. “Until I get your disgusting, cheating ass deported.” Despite her slightly moderated tone, it’s clear that she’s pissed. It sounds like she’s accusing him of once again cheating on her — the second time since they got married. Ashley and Jay have both unfollowed each other on Instagram. In Touch Weekly spoke to an inside source who says that Jay has torpedoes his marriage for the last time. “Ashley is indeed filing for divorce,” the insider confirms. “After catching Jay cheating yet again.” “She has reached her breaking point,” the source elaborates. “And this is the final straw.” “She feels like she was an opportunity for him,” the insider reveals. “And,” the source expresses. “She is hurt and disgusted.” “She also feels like he manipulated her,” the insider notes. “And,” the source says, Ashley “is saddened he cheated multiple times.” Ashley may be sad now, but Jay is the one with the most to lose. “Due to him not being a citizen,” the insider begins to caution. “Once she proceeds with the divorce,” the source concludes. “He could potentially be deported.” Even before Ashley and Jay got married, Ashley’s friends were warning her that her deeply horny fiance was going to cheat on her. “Maybe I don’t care what Jay does when I’m not over there,” Ashley said at the time. She added: “What he does in Jamaica when I’m not there is not my business.” “Honestly,”:she expressed. “If Jesus came down from heaven right now and said he cheated on me, I wouldn’t do anything about it.” That was her policy when they were merely engaged and living in different countries. “But,” she warned. “If Jay cheats on me here in the U.S., I would have to send him packing and back home.” Well, the two of them got married in Vegas. And then Jay cheated, even if Ashley caught him before he had the chance to lay any extramarital pipe. Jay downloaded Tinder just days after the two got married. She caught him video chatting with a girl. (They had also had a non-binding “wedding” ceremony in Jamaica months earlier, making his behavior even less excusable) Ultimately, Ashley gave him a second chance. Clearly, he will not get a third. However … Ashley has taken Jay back before. After he cheated that first time. She also briefly filed for divorce on January 11 of this year, only to take it back just days later. So she could change her tune on Jay. We also don’t know what Jay might have done. Obviously, merely going to a strip club is not cheating — and Ashley didn’t say that it was. Wendy Williams Confronted Cheating Husband After Mistress Gave Birth!

Last week, talk show villain Wendy Williams filed to divorce her terrible husband , Kevin Hunter. Reports of his alleged cheating had been pouring in for ages, and it looks like her sobriety journey helped her make other changes in her life. Now we’re learning that the divorce only went down after Wendy confronted him about fathering a child with his mistress. People   reports that Wendy’s divorce is going down because she could no longer ignore Kevin’s antics. “The split is definitely due to Kevin’s ongoing infidelity,” an insider confirms. “And,” the source adds, due to the fact “that his mistress recently welcomed their child.” “Wendy had hired a private investigator,” the insider reveals. She got the facts first, the source explains, “and confronted him.” “He confessed to everything,” the insider notes, adding that this went down “three weeks ago.” The source explains: “All of the recent drama put a huge strain on Wendy.” Of course! Rumors are bad at any time, but especially when they’re true — and even more so when you’re in addiction recovery. All of this was a trigger for her, the insider explains, “and caused her to struggle with her sobriety.” She wrestled with her addiction, the source says, “as she did everything she could to try and save their marriage.” Even though it’s definitely the right move, apparently Wendy has really struggled with this choice. “The decision to split was terribly hard for her,” the insider expresses. “But,” the source notes. “She’s regaining her health.” Her health and general wellbeing matters more than any marriage. “She decided she needed to finally put herself first,” the insider reports. Wendy Williams’ representative released a much less informative statement about the divorce. “Thank you to everyone for respecting the family’s privacy during this time.” the statement began. She has addressed the fact that her show has operated under the motto: “Their business is our business.” “It’s crazy ’cause now my business is your business,” Wendy pointed out. “It’s kind of funny,” she admitted. “Turnabout’s a fair game, I get it.” “I’m moving out of the sober house in just a few days, you know,” she revealed. “It’ll be Wendy on her own.” “I have to tell you, you know, I’ve been dealing with issues with addiction, alcoholism,” Wendy reminded her viewers. “And,” she revealed. “I have a whole new life that I planned for myself and my son,” “Believe me you,” Wendy expressed. “When you lay in a room with no TV and four gray walls all day …” She added: “this is my life in the sober house.” Not exactly the best advertisement, but Wendy says that it’s been good for her. “It’s one of the best things, honestly, that could have ever happened to me,” Wendy expressed. “Addressing my sobriety, my addiction, head-on has really helped me sort out every single compartment of my life,” Wendy announced. “I have a commitment to me and my son,” she affirmed. “To come out of here better, stronger, and faster than ever.” “And by the way, I will still commit,” she promised. “I commit that the motto of this show will always be, ‘Their business is our business.’” In other words, just because her personal life was laid bare doesn’t mean that she’s suddenly sensitive to the privacy desires of other public figures. Shannon Beador: I Beat Jim Bellino in Court But He Won’t Pay Up!!

Last year, Jim Bellino sued two of his ex-wife’s former castmates, alleging that Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge maliciously tried to ruin his life . A judge clearly disagrees with that, because Shannon, at least, is off the hook for his massive defamation lawsuit. Jim was ordered to reimburse her for money spent on an attorney, but he’s refusing to cough up the cash. We’ve been covering this story since it began, nearly a year ago. But though the judge reached a major decision for one of the people involved, it’s not over yet. Just a very quick refresher: Jim Bellino has been suing Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador to the tune of $1 million. He said that their idle gossip about his trampoline park business, made on a podcast last spring, caused him real financial harm. The pair argued in court that the disparaging comments about Jim’s business practices, calling him a “shady motherf–ker,” were not defamation. They explained that they could prove that Jim Bellino was shady , pointing out that it’s not defamation if it’s true . The judge came to agree with their argument … but only up to a point. The Blast reports that the judge has removed Shannon Beador from the lawsuit. While Tamra appears to still be on the hook — for now — until she, too, proves that her comments are true, this is already costing Jim. The judge ordered him to pay Shannon’s legal fees. But that bill totals to a hefty $220,000, and Jim is balking at paying such a steep sum. According to the report, Jim Bellino is arguing that the six-figure sum is “excessive” and “unreasonable.” (This from the guy suing two Real Housewives for one million dollars after they said unkind things about him) He has asked the judge to reverse that part of his decision, and to order that Jim owes Shannon nothing. If he doesn’t get his wish, he’s asking the court to slash his debt to Shannon by 80%. If the judge agrees, he would only have to pay Shannon $44,000. It is unclear why he thinks that her legal fees are “unreasonable.” We are not legal experts, but if that’s what she paid, it sounds reasonable that she be reimbursed for the full amount. And, as you can imagine, Jim is also less than satisfied with the court’s decision to remove Shannon from the lawsuit. The judge had ruled that it was essentially Jim’s fault, because he hadn’t come up with enough evidence or arguments to be convincing. But Jim says that Shannon’s investigators need to provide the court with more detail on the work that they did. It is unclear if this is a stalling tactic, a genuine legal strategy, or just an effort to drag this out by keeping Shannon tied to the case. Regardless, by fighting this, Jim may risk increasing the amount that he has to pay Shannon. He also may risk further irritating the judge. Notably, Tamra Judge is still facing this defamation suit. She and Shannon have been friends for a long time (despite that little hiccup last year, when they came close to openly feuding). Tamra has also asked to be removed from the lawsuit, but the judge has yet to grant that request. Maybe Jim has more evidence of Tamra’s alleged “defamation,” or maybe her statements about his business were just a little trickier to prove or disprove. If the entire lawsuit gets tossed, we wonder how much Jim will end up owing to the two women from whom he initially sought $1 million. Is this the most petty and humiliating lawsuit in Real Housewives history? No. That would be Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit against Brandi Glanville. That was also a defamation case — over an offhand comment that Brandi had made about Joanna’s alleged vaginal odor. Joanna actually put exes on the stand to testify about how her bits smell — and she won . There is always a chance that a lawsuit like Jim Bellino’s could win. If so, Tamra could be on the hook for a lot of cash. But Jim has taken a big risk here, and things don’t seem to be going his way. Amid rampant divorce rumors, apparently the 48-year-old bought the talk show host a $40,000 diamond watch last week from the swank NYC boutique Flawless Jewelry. According to E! News , a source claims that he purchased the custom-made piece last Thursday. “Kevin came in on Thursday and got Wendy a customized diamond encrusted Frank Muller watch,” a source familiar with the transaction exclusively told the entertainment website. “The job cost $40,000. This is a customized piece,” adding, “Kevin comes in and sees Eddie from Flawless for pretty much all of his jewelry needs,” the insider reveals. As we know, Hunter has a lot to apologize for to his wife of 22 years including allegedly having a decade long affair with Hudson , perhaps even having a baby with her. That, and Williams has been  battling with addiction issues , which Hunter’s alleged cheating may have caused her to spiral. Also, it was reported that Williams was allegedly rushed to the hospita l after hearing of Hudson and Hunter’s bundle of joy. That, and the 54-year-old’s popular talk show is on another hiatus . Despite all this drama about the couple, Hunter, who is also Williams’ manger, claims as a family they are “doing fine.” “Wendy is doing well. We’re doing well as a family. We are moving forward with working on her sobriety and doing the work to help others, not just ourselves,”  he told “Entertainment Tonight last month . “It is a family process. Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club Season Finale Recap: It’s Finally Over!

Well, folks, whether it’s Mueller, or Jussie, or the fact that soon we’re all gonna be strangled to a slow death by our own noxious atmosphere, there’s a lot that might be bumming you out this week … and it’s only Tuesday. But fear not, dear reader, for we bring you tidings of great joy and reason to be hopeful about the future. The long national nightmare known as Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club has finally come to an end. Better yet, because the show’s ratings steadily declined throughout the season, and a lot of people were grossed out by the fact that it was basically a documentary set at a skeezy Mediterranean brothel, there’s reason to believe it’ll never be back. Obviously, this is fantastic news for defenders not only of common decency but of quality television. You see, the problem with LLBC is that it was bad, but not in a fun guilty pleasure way. As we noted in our recap of the pilot episode the show is (was?) the sort of trainwreck that it’s easy to look away from . From the start, the show failed to deliver what it promised — Lindsay in all her hot mess glory. Don’t get us wrong, Lindsay seems to be doing much better these days, but no one wanted or needed a 10-hour infomercial about how she’s reinvented herself as Lisa Vanderpump. (It’s an especially weird act considering that Lindsay is younger than most of Lisa’s employees on Vanderpump Rules, which just contributes to the feeling that LiLo’s attempting an unsuccessful Vincent Adultman.) Anyway, it wasn’t just the fact that Lindsay was obviously cosplaying from the start, or even the fact that her business partner Panos basically admitted that the staff is there to perform sexual favors for guests. No, the most off-putting part of the whole thing was how slapdash and confusing it all was. Was it a competition to see who can go the longest without getting fired or contracting chlamydia?  Or was it more of a “hang-out” reality show where the cast bonds over their shared experiences and struggles with chlamydia? We’re not really sure — and in the season freakin’ finale, it seems that the cast wasn’t really sure, either. All season, Lindsay and Panos have been threatening to fire people, and it often seemed that that was the point of the series — that Lohan would winnow down her staff to a few who would remain on with her full-time. But despite all the threats, very few “ambassadors” got fired — until last night, when two were let go on their last day in Greece. Hilariously, one cast member was canned for behaving inappropriately with guests, despite the fact that the entire cast was encouraged to bone for money all season. Another was let go for striking a co-worker, which would be a good reason — were it not for the fact that Jonitta hit Gabi earlier this season and was not fired for it. “At the end of the day, no matter what you guys do here, it’s my name,” Lindsay said, repeating her mantra about the importance of her brand for then billionth time this season. In the end, Lindsay invited 5 staff members to stay on with her, which might have meant something if the show had established what’s at stake from the beginning. In the end, we were just left with something that started out with promise but ended in confusing disappointment. Not unlike Lindsay’s acting career. I t’s undeniable that rap legend Jay-Z has left an indelible mark on the music industry and he recently received a huge honor for his contributions to hip-hop and beyond. According to Billboard , his album The Blueprint has been inducted into the Library of Congress’ National Recording Registry; making it the 10th hip-hop recording to join the collection. The body of work included songs like “Izzo (H.O.V.A.),” “Heart Of The City (Ain’t No Love),” “Song Cry,” “Renegade,” and many other memorable songs. “I’m a person that believes that everything that happens to you in life will shape you as a person. Every struggle and every challenge that’s placed in front of you is to see how strong of a person you’re going to become,” said Carter in a rare interview before The Blueprint album was released. “ The Blueprint is like the blueprint of my life. It’s the things that made me the way I am; shaped me and all my beliefs and ideas. It’s also a blueprint for rappers in this business.” His album was one of 25 influential pieces of music that were inducted this year. Others that were selected included Curtis Mayfield ’s “Superfly,” Earth, Wind, & Fire ’s song “September” and the song “Mississippi Goddam” by Nina Simone . “The National Recording Registry honors the music that enriches our souls, the voices that tell our stories and the sounds that mirror our lives.” Carla Hayden , who serves as a librarian at the Library of Congress, said in a statement. “The influence of recorded sound over its nearly 160-year history has been profound and technology has increased its reach and significance exponentially. The Library of Congress and its many collaborators are working to preserve these sounds and moments in time, which reflect our past, present and future.” Other hip-hop projects that have been added in the past include Sugarhill Gang ’s “Rapper’s Delight,” Run-D.M.C. ’s Raising Hell , “Dear Mama” by 2Pac and Lauryn Hill ’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill . Carter has been making headlines for the work that he’s doing surrounding criminal justice reform.
