Kim Kardashian Posts Engagement Ring Pic, Reaction: YES!!!

Kim Kardashian has issued her first public statement since getting engaged to Kanye West last night, and it’s comprised of a single word: YES!!! That’s what the reality star wrote on Instagram today, along with an up-close at the 15-carat engagement ring presented to her by West inside AT&T Park on Monday. Check out the enormous stone here:: As previously detailed, Kanye surprised Kim by blindfolding her… walking her inside the home stadium of the San Francisco Giants… and having the giant outfield video screen scream his heartfelt plea: “PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!” After Kardashian responded in the affirmative, friends and family members came flying out of the dugout to congratulate the couple, all while a 50-piece orchestra serenaded Kimye with songs by Nicki Hilson and, of course, Kanye himself. Fireworks and Roman candles also exploded into the night sky, as the occasion marked both the couple’s engagement and also Kim’s 33rd birthday. This posting is Kardashian’s first reaction to the life-changing news, while Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian have also responded and sent their best wishes to Kim and Kanye. Expect details galore – location, date, gown designer – to spill forth over the coming days and weeks, but for now simply react: Do you share in Kim’s glowing mood? Juan Pablo Galavis’ season of The Bachelor is already heating up, if you know what we mean. We mean that aspiring model and trophy wife Nikki Farrell is hot. Check out a shot of the two of them on a totally unscripted date below: From the looks of it, she’s a frontrunner. And not only due to her looks. Nikki is a 26-year-old registered nurse from Kansas City, who was spotted with the former pro soccer player in Miami, where he’s already down to his final six. Will she advance beyond that? The Bachelor spoilers that we’ll post by the end of this week (they are starting to come together) should shed light on that. If she doesn’t, he’s crazy. Juan Pablo Galavis was a contestant on The Bachelorette this summer. We reiterate that because he got about five seconds of screen time all season. We’re not sure if that says more about Juan Pablo’s appeal, or the fact that Desiree Hartsock ‘s choice in men does not jibe with the show’s audience. Either way, January 6, the most dramatic season EVER is on.

Walter White Funeral Raises Money, Sparks Protests in Albuquerque

A faux funeral was held last weekend for Breaking Bad character Walter White in Albuquerque, N.M., and while it raised money for charity, not everyone was pleased. Over 200 fans paid respects to the man who “brought people into Albuquerque, brought attention into Albuquerque, and brought money into Albuquerque.” The funeral, put together by Breaking Bad fans, raised $17,000 for a local charity, with mourners making donations to shovel dirt onto Walt’s (empty) coffin. Family members of actual people buried at Sunset Memorial Park, weren’t happy, though, given that the coffin, grave site and headstone are all real. “My son is buried just about 15 yards from where the makeshift grave site is,” says one upset father. “This is a place of mourning. It’s not a spectacle.” Officials at Sunset Memorial Park say they are aware of the complaints and will remove the Walt memorial if it becomes too much of a tourist attraction. “We are a cemetery first and foremost,” says the general manager. “Our allegiance lies with our families that have allowed us to bury their loved ones here.” According to the Albuquerque Journal, at least one petition is already calling for the gravesite to be taken down, but there are no imminent plans to do so. That same paper ran a fan-sponsored Walter White obituary this month. Clearly, he has left more of a mark than perhaps any TV character in history. Incidentally, the grave site accurately states that Walt died on his 52nd birthday, though it’s not clear why the fans chose 2011 as the date of death.

Teen’s Selfie With Laboring Pregnant Teacher: Funny or Inappropriate?

Florida teen Malik Whiter is being criticized for posting a selfie with his pregnant teacher in the background. She was going into labor at the time: Malik, clearly, is sporting a big smile as his business lecturer is suffering through what look to be serious labor pains. He Tweeted along with the caption: “Selfie with my teacher while she having contractions.” Of the seven-months pregnant Susana Halleck, he added, “I told her to smile and she said no.” He took the photo anyway to “commemorate the moment.” The timing of the “moment” makes some Rihanna selfies look appropriate … maybe he was just really excited to meet her baby? Or for class to be over? The teacher was rushed to the hospital, but it turned out to be a false alarm and both she and the baby are fine. As for the reactions to Malik’s move? Some people got a kick out of it, while others were perplexed or even outraged that he’d choose to show his teacher in such an anguished moment. Other people in the room were tending to her, in his defense. While it may not have been the most intelligent or sensitive thing to do in that situation, he wasn’t putting her risk, and it clearly wasn’t mean-spirited. On the contrary, really. Look at that smile!

The only tragedy in this sports fan video-bombing ESPN is that he’s not a girl…because if he was a girl his silly little antics that may make you laugh a little as the sportscaster tries to block him out of the frame…would be a lot better if he was rocking’ a set of DDs…not because I like men with tits, or men with really big tits, but because, call me crazy, I prefer my topless stunts to involve chicks…but it’s still silly enough to watch.

Jenna Jameson’s Going to Die of the Day

Jenna Jameson is addicted to prescription pills. She’s been kicked out of her house and her kids have been taken away from her. She’s a mess. I saw her last week in Jersey and she looked liked she was about to die…I met one of her exes this week and he didn’t have very nice things to say about her….apparently she’s always been a horrible unstable junkie and here I was thinking porn bred top quality girls you want to bring him to mom. She is on tour promoting a romance series that she is involved in called Sugar and her handlers, who I am sure aren’t all that involved in taking care of her, allowed her to go on TV where she made a total fool of herself because she is full of pills and seemingly totally out of her fucking mind….which I guess a nice stop to make before officially killing yourself off. I mean this has been going on for years. I was at the AVN awards her last year in the business and she made a speech similar to this, this is going back 8 years, she’s just a wreck that I am sure is going to end soon, because when it gets to this point of trying to mask all those sad feelings with medication instead of random penis…it’s usually too far gone to come back from… That’s not to say she’s like this everyday all day, but she was this way on TV today and that’s probably the day she should have saved the pills until the end of the day…. The whole thing is sad.
