Redneck Heaven restaurant finds itself in hot water this week after Lewisville, Texas, banned it from allowing waitresses to wear body paint while serving food. After complaints to police about the waitress’ sexy attire (or lack thereof) at Redneck Heaven, the city council voted to change an ordinance. It is now illegal for women to cover their breasts with just body paint. A woman at Monday night’s council meeting voiced her concerns: “We’re quite shocked to see these young ladies weren’t dressed,” Catherine Holliday said. “They had very scant bottoms on and their tops were painted .” “It’s a restaurant that’s between two family restaurants.” It’s unclear what the “breastaurant’s” reaction will be, but if management wants its staff to keep wearing body paint, it’ll have to apply for a permit. A Sexually Oriented Business permit. Fortunately, while Redneck Heaven patrons may no longer be able to see babes with no clothes, there’s still plenty of options at this meat market. We’re talking about their awesome-sounding burger recipes like a signature “Border Patrol Belt Buster” or “Double-Bubba Pounder” Nolan Ryan Burger.

Via Yahoo reports : Christina Aguilera has spoken out about her desire to expand her acting career- by playing “A crackhead on the street, or a drug addict.” The singer and The Voice coach made the move to the big screen in her first film ‘Burlesque’ alongside music legend Cher. However, Christina does not want to be tied down to musical films or parts that require her to sing. According to E! Online X-tina wants to broaden her horizons and become involved with lots more acting projects. She has reportedly said, “I want it to be honest and genuine in expanding my wings and doing something really, really different.” She then continued to give examples of the type of role that she would like to play: “A crackhead on the street, or a drug addict.” Her reasoning behind these parts are because she wants to stretch her skills as an actress and that these would provide her with a challenge. Christina wants her next part in a film to be “Really outside of herself and outside of music.” The ‘Dirty’ singer confided that she would not find it too difficult playing a character with a dark side, due to the fact that she is such a powerful woman in the business. “I’m known for not always being kind. I learned early on that you can’t always warm and fuzzy as you’ll get bulldozed over.” Playing an addict shouldn’t be too hard for this jawn. Shakira has filed a declaration in her legal war with Antonio De La Rua — who she dated from 2000 to 2010 — in which she adamantly denies A.D.L.R. has any right to her fortune, despite his claim that he’s entitled to a cut of her businesses. FYI — A.D.L.R. claims he wasn’t just Shak’s lover, he was also her business adviser and says she owes him a quarter of a BILLION dollars … based on an oral agreement the two struck back in 2004. But Shakira is calling B.S. on Antonio … claiming in 2011, he sent her an email in which he couldn’t have made it any clearer — “I am not a partner in any of your companies. You are the sole owner of all of them.” Shakira says he sent a similar email to her mother. In the legal docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Shakira also says she had hammered out a relationship contract back in 2006 — the equivalent of a prenup — that spelled out their financial obligations to one another in case they broke up. According to Shakira, both parties agreed back in ’06 to create a joint account worth $10k … which they would split if they broke up. Shakira says they also agreed to “renounce” any rights to future earnings. Shakira explains the point of the contract was to prevent a stupid lawsuit … like the one Antonio has filed. Woman Sexually Abused Four Boys According to Mail Online A 38-year-old woman was arrested twice for allegedly sexually assaulting four young boys at her Virginia home after her boyfriend bought them alcohol. Police alleged Crystal McBride abused the four boys, who were reportedly friends with her teenage child, at her Waverly Drive, Virginia Beach, home on two separate occasions. Her boyfriend James Owens Jr, 39, allegedly bought alcohol for the boys who were aged between 13 and 14. The couple is allegedly known for entertaining teenage boys at alcohol-fueled parties at their home. Police say McBride had sex with two children and performed sexual favors on two others on two separate occasions in May and June. Another three boys at the house may also have been abused, according to police. WAVY.com reports one of the boys’ mothers called Virginia Beach Police Department’s Special Victims Unit claiming her son had been sexually abused by a woman known to the family. Neighbors reacted with horror to the news, shocked that a mother in their area would prey on young boys. Michele Paciello, who used to be friends with McBride, said she did not appreciate how the woman acted around her teenage son. ‘I look back now and I’m not surprised,’ she told wtkr.com. ‘But I’m still like is this really happening. ‘I just didn’t think it was appropriate for a 30-year-old woman to dress like that and act very flirtatious and going a little overboard sometimes and that’s when I kind of eased my way out of the friendship.’ Jon Tari, who knows the couple and lives nearby, said: ‘They seemed like nice people. Shocked.’ The couple was arrested on Wednesday – although McBride was arrested a second time on Thursday after further allegations emerged – and have now been released on bond. McBride faces four counts of custodial Indecent liberties, three counts of carnal knowledge, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Owens, who also reportedly has a child, has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. What is the fascination with little boys? Paula Deen’s partnership with Caesars Entertainment has gone bust. The latest casualty of the celeb chef’s ongoing racism scandal, which resulted in her firing from Food Network , Deen was 86’d by the company today. Paula Deen Cries on Today Apparently Paula Deen’s Today interview didn’t stop the bleeding. The company “reached an agreement with Paula Deen Enterprises not to renew the business relationship,” a statement released today reads. While Caesars “appreciate[s] Paula’s sincere apologies,” the company believes its move to sever ties with her is “in the best interests of both parties.” Caesars currently operates four branded Paula Deen Buffet properties in the following casinos in Louisville, Memphis, Chicago and North Carolina. The buffets will be rebranded in the coming months. On Monday, Deen was dropped by Smithfield Foods , which had previously sold Paula-branded hams and used her as a spokeswoman for the brand. Other sponsors are reportedly weighing their options. Paula Deen Today Show Interview Not everyone is itching to ditch Deen, though. Her restaurants have reportedly been “slammed” (with customers, in a good way), according to her brother. Interest in her annual Paula Deen Cruise has been so great since the scandal broke that its organizer added an additional departure date for 2014. Finally, a Paula Deen Facebook fan page has more than 200,000 Likes since it was created over the weekend, a sign that she still has a fan base. Think that will last if her exposure is reduced? In other words, will people still crave Paula Deen recipes if she loses all her shows and big partnerships?
